Every time I have walked by/up to the counter, the cashier is on her cell phone, texting. There's no attention to their personal attire, either. Looks and behavior aside, charging so much for mall sushi is outrageous. Also, the combination of hot bar and cold sushi bar is confusing. Unless you walk up to the counter, you could almost miss the hot bar altogether. And let's not even get into the random selection of Asian snacks in the alcove... This was such a shame, as I'd hoped they would have opened the full Naked Tchopstix instead of this poser.

Slow service with only one guy making sushi on a Saturday night. Fish was edible, but not super. Finished product delivery was poor. I thought maybe I'd get some upscale food being in an upscale mall. Next time it'll be a range free hamburger, from the store next door.

The food is ok, there are so few options in the mall that are worth anything sometimes you just eat here because you've been to the other places a million times already. Expensive, like everything in this mall. The service is ok, but the reason i'm writing this review today is, I was at this location on the 26th of June and left a dollar tip to the kids working the register, I later checked my statement on the evening of the 27th and realized they had charged me $18.85 for a bill which should have been $8.85 with a $1.00 tip, i'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming it was an honest mistake, those pinpads are prone to error, easy to ad an extra zero to the bill. No biggie, i'll go in and talk to them and surely, they'll fix this error. I spoke to an Asian man who claimed to be the manager, and he pretty much refused to acknowledge the problem, or even me for that matter, when I asked him the first time nicely, and the second time having to go back for not accepting his previous answer of "you're SOL"... I was so appalled, that someone claiming to be a manager, didn't have any kind of understanding of customer service or treating your customers correctly, for real, they wanted to screw me out of 9$. I called my CC company and had to contest the charge, what a pain in the ass for something that could have easily been fixed. don't go here, the owners are cheapo creeps that treat their employees like crap, overcharge for their shitty food, and are assholes to their customers, and they clearly penny pinch, 2.45$ for a shitty watered down fountain drink with "unlimited refills", are you going to drink 5 full cokes to get your moneys worth out of .10 cents worth of soda syrup??

This place was terrible and expensive. I tried the serve yourself buffet. At 9.99 per pound that's very pricey for fast food Chinese. I was hoping that the quality would offset the price but sadly, the food was all overlooked and tough. Flavors were ok but chewy meat just isn't appealing. Tossed it -- inedible. What a waste of $10. I didn't try the sushi so do not know if it is better quality or not.

If you are looking to throw away some money on some crappy food.....this is your place! I went to Ban today for lunch and got the bar, which is $9.99/lb. This is outrageous! I got a small amount of rice and some chicken and the meal with a drink was over $15. They don't take out the weight of the box when they weigh it.....come on now. The food was cold and poor quality. The bourbon chicken was WAY too rich and the fried rice was cold and overcooked. I also found a hair that did not belong to me in the rice. Yum! Although I didn't get a chance to try the sushi, I will NOT be returning. What a waste of money!

I am done supporting Naked Tchopstix. Today I was at the location at the Keystone at the Crossing Mall. They are overpriced and the food is average at best. Their customer service is horrible. I was screamed at by one of the managers and told not to come back in front of a group of people because I asked them to follow the law and not charge me for the price of the container. I hope that you ask for what you are legally entitled to when you eat there if you decide to still go after reading my review. They are ripping each person off every time someone eats there. If you will not show any respect for me, I will no longer eat your food. As far as the waitress goes that screamed at me and told me not to come back anymore, I will stop by and speak to you whenever I am in the mall. I am sorry you are so miserable.

it was pretty bland, taste like something you buy premade at a cheap gas station store. Eat at own risk.

As posted by other reviewers, the service here is awful - surprising given that I actually really like the Naked Tchopstix restaurant in Broad Ripple. Ordered a sushi roll and then waited 10 minutes as the cashier talked to a friend rather than get the sushi chef. When I offered to go to the kitchen door to let the chef know I wanted a roll, I was told I was not able to "go back there." I asked for a refund after paying by credit, was told that my refund had to be in cash. So I took my money and ran.

Love the california roll and the taste in the rice. I will be back.

Freshly made sushi in mall food court. Albeit a stylistic, contemporary, spotless and airy mall food court. Much cleaner than the College Ave parent. Quality at the outpost (as well as the parent) not quite on par with heavy hitters like H2O and Tegry but good enough when your waist deep in shopping bags and the yen hits. Sushi prepared lickety split but heavy on gut filling rice ala Ocean World. The hot bar looks pathetic. Granted all four visits have been mid afternoon after the lunch crowd so replenishment apparently not a top priority. Boost to 3 stars because they're a healthy option at Keystone at the Crossing...and I shop.

The food here is disappointing. The sushi is nothing special, which I should expect since it is own by Naked Tchopstix. The main reason it is getting two stars because it carries san pellegrino. I much rather have asian chao instead of this place. At least their bourbon chicken is good.

The food here is fine, but not anything spectacular. I like the fact that there are options for vegetarians--spicy tofu, steamed vegetables, vegetable egg rolls, salads and soups. The service is similar to what you find at food courts in malls, despite the fact that it's in the Fashion Mall. If you partake in the buffet-style take away--be prepared to pay $9.99/pound and to pay for the weight of the take away box too. When asked about this, the manager curtly said that it wouldn't be changing, and that the owners say there are many other options in the mall for people who don't want to be charged for the box. The response threw me off a bit, as it was quite defensive. I definitely don't think anything here is worth $9.99/lb and I will not be returning.
