I ate dinner at this charming little diner back when I first moved to Huntington and then didn't see it again until fairly recently- we visited when Johnny's closed down for a holiday weekend. Very thankful we did- "The Post" is a cozy, friendly little place that deserves five stars not only for the awesome breakfast food (best sausage gravy and biscuits in town now that Bob Evans is gone, and possible even before that!) and surprisingly generous refills on the coffee. There's a nice selection of omelettes, supposedly the "best pancakes ever!" (will need to try those soon) and some of the friendliest waitresses I've ever encountered. This place has a genuine vibe that makes it one of my absolute favorite places to start my day.
