I love the Beach Tiki Bar. Since they have moved locations it has a great atmosphere and service! It is a clean local bar that serves delicious food too. If you are looking for seafood and drinks head to the Beach!

I was not impressed with this place. it really just seemed dark and poorly done. It advertise seafood, but it's really frozen and over cooked. It was very clear the Management is cutting corners and really it just turned into a loud bar sean. The floors were dirty and the staff did not know the specials. I was really turned off when we got our drinks to find a piece of pasta floating in my drink. Just Gross!,,,,,,. Anyway we are taking this one off of our list and not coming back. Good luck...

We stopped over in Greensburg on our way North. We were a bit surprised to see that most of the town restaurants ( not fast food) were already closed for the evening @ 8:30 pm. Fortunately for us the neon palm tree in the window beckoned us to the unexpected Beach Tiki Bar & Grill located on the town square. Michele our bartender/waitress was lively, prompt & helpful. Our food was cooked to order, served hot and tasty. The menu is very seafood oriented, but there were steaks, burgers & lots of appetizers as well. We did not take the time to play pool, hang out at the huge bar or watch any of the TV 's with various games displayed, but it looked like this could be a great place to be during football season ( if you are a Colts fan!). Not sure we will be back in Greensburg, but if we are, we will visit the Tiki Bar again for more Key Lime pie ( :

My friends and I thought it would be hilarious to dress in Hawaiian shirts and dresses and drive an hour south to Greensburg, Indiana to hang out at The Beach Tiki Bar & Grill. What better way to spend a Friday night, y'know? We arrived well before any "crowd" appeared, around 8:30, and were gawked at suspiciously by the three-or-so other patrons in the bar. I think we pulled off the "We're obviously not locals" look really well. Having made quite the drive (through a torrential downpour!), we decided to peruse the menu for dinner. I definitely did not expect a place like this to offer frog legs and shark meat. I was a little blown away. Granted this is no five-star dining experience and yes, some or most of their food may be frozen until ordered, I had no complaints given our location. I ordered the "fall of the bone" rib tips, which were exactly as advertised. Other orders included coconut shrimp and some pretty tasty tater tots loaded with cheese, pulled pork, bacon, tomatoes, & sour cream. I will say that I'm not a fan of "the bar" here. I'm not usually a cocktail girl because I like my whiskey (neat!), but to keep with the theme I decided to stick to tiki drinks that night. Mistake. I'm pretty certain they all came "virgin," even though they were delicious. And let's not overlook the fact that their "top shelf" is comprised of liquor you'd find at eye-level in most other bars. This was slightly terrifying. By around 10:30, the crowd had started to fill in and I'm fairly certain we were surrounded by the entirety of Greensburg's 21-47 age bracket. The lights were dimmed, the jello shots came out and the loud music was blasting. Almost every pool table was in use, the door man came around to re-check our IDs and stamp our hands (I'm still not sure why?), and a middle-aged man was "twerking" on his date. Quite the small-town spectacle The Beach Tiki Bar & Grill is. We finally called it quits around midnight, as the atmosphere was starting to depress us. I actually really hem hawed between whether I thought this bar was amazing or horrifying. So, my review lands right in the middle. Smiley face.

Typical small town Bar. . Staff was not helpful and the owner just sat around.. Disappointing at best wish this place was better the town needs a great place to hang out.

The Beach Tiki Bar and Grill has moved around the square in Downtown Greensburg to the Minears building. Transformation of the iconic business is amazing and the menu offers a wide variety but features many seafood dishes. I only give it 4 starts today, because I know the menu will expand soon. I am hopeful it will become a nice place for dinner with friends followed by a nice evening of adult beverages and live entertainment! Kudos to the owners and making their new location welcoming and inviting to all!
