I love this Starbucks. They are always super friendly and helpful. And they make you laugh when ordering. Great place to hang out with a good book, friends, or to just "be".

You know what to you get at Starbucks, let me tell you what makes this one special. I really like this Starbucks. Of all of the stores in the area, this one has the best seating, parking, and staff. The store has 4 leather chairs with side tables. A bunch of two and four top tables with both standard chairs and barstools. There is a booth that runs 100' along the wall opposite the counter. It makes working or meeting there an absolute pleasure. It's the biggest store I have seen in the Indy metro area. The parking lot is big, although it's harder to get into with the US31 reconfiguration.

I was quite unaware of this location, even though I worked close by for some time in the past. The area has grown up a lot since then. This Starbucks is very nice - lots of room, different types of seating, some desks and small tables. I feel I may now count this on my list of four coffee spots for getting real work done in a relaxed atmosphere. I guess this means I'll need to make a Yelp List...

Never really loved Starbucks as a franchise because 1.) I don't like coffee, 2.) I don't prefer to pay for over-priced other drinks & 3.) the food is never very fresh. BUT I had a gift card and this one is very close to home. Also I needed to get some blogging done so I ordered a hot chocolate and grabbed a high top. Drink was fine and service was fast. I did stay for about 3 hours and it was fairly 'busy' since there were a lot of people studying, having meetings or just reading. Most of the seating was filled so the community definitely appreciates a quiet spot. As far as the review for this particular Starbucks, the establishment is convenient, clean, and quick.

The layout seemed odd to me when you look at other locations in the area. The store was clean and felt well stocked with lots of cozy places to sit. The staff didn't seem all that friendly and couldn't have cared less that we came in. Though the staff seemed anything but super friendly our drinks came out fairly quickly (one person made both) and they were correct.

This used to be an amazing starbucks where the employees knew your name and drink so by the time you got up to the register, they had your drink almost done. Now it's SUPER SLOOOOOOWWWWW! And they don't seem to care even though the lines are almost to the door! Piss poor service as well as slow. Avoid and go to the eight others within a few miles.

This is a nice Starbucks location. It is large and has plenty of comfortable places to sit. The service was fast and very friendly. They also have plenty of merchandise for sale, in case you need any of that. It isn't your old style neighborhood coffee shop, but it gets the job done.

This Starbucks is near my office, so I've gone a bunch of times for lunch. I can tell you that both their pre-packaged lunches and their frappacinos and teas are up to par, and the service is prompt and efficient. I usually come mid to late afternoons, and even then it is busy but I can always find a spot. It seems to be a favorite for tutors and highpowered business people in particular. I can't vouch for early mornings waits, but from what I've seen this location is a good one.

Loooooooooong liiiiiiiiiiiiiines in the morning. Avoid at all costs! Aside from mornings, I've given this location a couple of other tries. For whatever reason, they have a problem making a proper misto. I'd rather deal with the traffic to stop at the location off of Greyhound Pass, or travel south to the store near 96th street and Meridian. This location would earn a 2nd star if slow wait was occasional.

I tried it this morning and will absolutely never go back. I get better service from the kiosk at Target in West Clay. I was coming to work from a different direction this morning and not only did they not care when I told them their Thanksgiving blend tasted horrible, but the cashier completely drained my Starbucks card and screwed up my rewards when I was trying to buy my coffee with a card for my wife. The barista was rude. Not my fault the place is so loud and you can't hear well. I've only recently gotten into the Starbucks experience, but I know it's not supposed to be this.

As everyone knows, you can't swing a dead.....um, never mind feline fans.... Take two: Starbucks are everywhere, right, so why review one? Well, because in contrast to Schultz's ideal vision of the company and its products, not all Sbux are consistent in providing legendary service and the world's best coffee or whatever the mission statement is....yes, I am a former barista! However, this is my neighborhood shop and I like it, so there. I don't really go there for the coffee - breves, my rare indulgence are still better at the Monon, Lulu's and MoJoe's. But, I love the Passion tea (with melon syrup, since Valencia was pulled...what was that all about?) and I like the staff here. They are friendly and efficient and more interested in waiting on you, usually, than regaling each other with dating nightmare stories, showing off new tattoos or re-capping the latest Project Runway episode - wait, that was me discussing PR with the barista.... Anyway, Starbucks also tends to be my "go to" place for grabbing something to eat in the car as a lunch substitute. And, with their new healthy goodies like the oatmeal and the whole-grain roll with peanut butter, I am leaning toward being a "Born Again Buxer" in the mornings! I just hope the corporate offices don't pull these items like they've done with so many other things from days gone by....seriously, was I the only one who loved that hot Muesli-Steamed Milk-Fruit concoction they had a while back?????

I go here and act like I'm intently working on a project on my notebook, when I'm actually jus jackin around! No, actually, I do that at Paradise Cafe in Clay Terrace! This IS the nicest Starbucks in Carmel. I mean, all Sbucks have the same hyper-inflated drinks, however, they don't all have the "atmosphere." If I'm going to pay the price, I at least want a nice space to drink it in. The Clay Terrace one sucks. The one across the street from Clay Terrace sucks. The one in Meijer sucks. Hell, I've never been to the one on Carmel Dr. and Keystone, but it probably sucks. I'm actually surprised Carmel hasn't provided me with a "local" coffee shop like that of Noble Coffee. Co. in Noblesville. I mean, one would expect the affluence of Carmel to support such a place. Oh well.... In the end, I'll probably end up going to Panera or Panera's competitor that's not actually a competitor because it's owned by Panera, Paradise Cafe.
