We stopped in today to try the new Buff Bowls. I have been wanting to try them since first hearing about this new low calorie and high protein alternative at one of our favorite fast food places. We don't go as often since it's pretty much high in carbs, but the Buff Bowls will get us back in the habit of visiting again! I had the Buff Japanese Pan with marinated steak. I thought about asking to sub chicken, but I always get chicken and I am glad I stuck with the steak. It was really good and tender. The first few bites I did miss the noodles, but the more I ate the more I actually really liked the spinach. It's so much healthier it was still flavorful and very filling. My bowl was only 320 calories and had 29 grams of protein. I will definitely be back to try the other bowls.

Highly unimpressed with the cleanliness. A kid finally came out to clean once I started taking pictures. Can't say the mess was because they were busy since there were only 2 other groups here when we arrived. Food is only ok. Definitely over priced. Won't bother coming back.

So many different kinds of noodles. We got the Japanese Pan Noodles, which were great but unexpectedly a little on the spicy side. We also got the the Alfredo MontAmore with chicken, which was SUPER good. It was creamy and warm -- the ultimate comfort food. I'm excited to try the other dishes on the menu.

I love this area of Carmel, so my reviews are always a little biased for restaurants in that area, which is not rooted in any logic. This "Noodles" location was an overall positive experience. Due to the proximity to Carmel High School, there were quite a few younger folks in the dining area, and so the ambient noise was a little louder, but that was OK. It's clean inside, and service was prompt. The pot stickers were surprisingly good, and I enjoyed the curry noodles. Consistency and firmness of the pasta were both fine. We'll be back after the next Lacrosse game.

So I'm from Dallas Tx. And maybe I don't get around at home as much as I thought I did. Or maybe I'm working out of town to much to notice it, but I don't think we have a place like this. And its a damn shame! I have been to 3 different locations in Indianapolis while I have been working here for the past month more then twice a week and they have not disappointed. I don't think there is anything on the menu that is not good. Plus, who doesn't love a food you get to eat with chop stix?!

Good luck finding a clean table. Active listening skills at the sales POS are non-existent prompting multiple fixes for fairly simple orders. Feel bad jumping in here for only bad experiences. Need to start sharing good restaurant outings as well. Just feel the need to be of public service when awfulness abounds. This place is consistently below average..... Even for a chain.

This fast-casual chain restaurant is exactly what I expected to be. In a good way. They have a wide selection of pasta based dishes as well as soups and salads. The Pad Thai noodles are very tasty, the mac & cheese is underwhelming. Your tastes may very and you'll easily be able to find something you'll like. The service was quick and friendly. The restaurant is quiet and clean. I would recommend coming here for your lunch break.

A little pricy for a bowl of noodles. This is my daughters favorite restaurant and I sigh every time she picks it. 9$ for 1$ worth of noodles and maybe 2$ in the "add ins" (spinach, tomatoes, mushroom). Not impressed.

I'm generally not a fan of this type of food. But, I've got to say, I really like Noodles and Company. And it's quite out of character for me. My favorite dish is the Bankok Curry. That's one tasty dish, right there. It's got a very nice heat level, but they do a good job of not allowing the heat to overwhelm the flavor. It's not exactly fast food, but I wouldn't call it casual dining, either...I think it falls somewhere in between. Our service has always been very good at this location.

Noodles and Company is a great fast food alternative. High quality food, quick, for a reasonable price. I am will continue to be a loyal fan.

Consistently good food. Much better than fast food for just a little more $$. Hot pot soup is good. I also like the Bangkok curry. Service is always fast and friendly.

I came here occasionally for a few years after it opened and had good experiences, but the two times I ate here this year were actually pretty bad. The first time my food was fine (though not hot enough for all of the cheese to melt), but my girlfriend received something completely different from what she ordered, then waited a strangely long time (which was aggravating since we were in a rush), and then received the correct dish, but it had been cooked when she ordered it originally and was now cold; also charred. Not too deterred I came back a couple months later and got a spaghetti dish, but a decent chunk of noodles had been completely uncooked, so there was an inch diameter block of uncooked pasta travelling through the center of my dish. Somehow a person cooked this spaghetti with a giant block of pasta still in it and said "Yeah, this is fine." The other locations I've been to have been great, but the Carmel location's quality control has clearly been a little lacking of late. They have more genres of pasta than Piada down the street, but Piada is customizable, cheaper, and I think higher (and more consistent) quality, so it'll be a little while before I give Noodles another chance.

went here for a friend's birthday and got the japanese pan noodles. The food was alright, but the sauce had a strange texture and I shudder to think of how much sodium is in this. It's a nice location and eating environment, though.

Love the mac and choose with mushrooms! Plus, they have my fave brand of sweet tea!!! Can't get any better than that! The prices are fairly reasonable. In fact, if you get the regular bowl, it's so big that most likely you'll take some to go. The desserts were just ok for me. I tried the rice krispies and it was just alright. Perhaps, that's one area they can improve on.

My family LOVED this place. We were just stopping through as part of our road trip. Even the kids Mac N Cheese was delicious! If you love Asian inspired food, Go. But they have other offerings too. My other daughter had spaghetti & meatballs. I noticed at the end of our lunch, they offer Gluten-Free options also. Didn't see a menu though. So it's worth inquiring. Couldn't find GF menu online either. :/

Usually I never have a bad experience here, but last time some odd things happened. The person taking the order just completely spaced out and did not get it correct at all. They did not add Parmesan chicken as ordered. Seeing as how I've been here many times and this was the first time anything like this happened, I'll assume that was a fluke caused by a busy Friday evening dinner rush. I expect it to not happen again, though. I had just gotten the Thai Hot Pot the day before this, and it was perfect. Custom ordered without peppers or mushrooms, and they nailed it. I had a blast trying a new food item, and I enjoyed it so much that I will definitely order it again. The restaurant overall rests on the grave of Ponderosa (RIP) and it really is great to have such a high quality place around. Their food is top notch, and they also sell liquor at this location in case you want a glass of wine along with your noodles. One of the nicest things about this Noodles & Co is that they have their large menu to the left of the register you can really get a good view of it without having to hurt your neck looking at the one high above the registers. Noodles & Company has always had the unique serving method of ordering at the register, but then an server brings your food out. I really prefer this method and it works out well for the restaurant. It's nicer than fast food, but still a quick restaurant. This location has one of the fancy soda machines with over 100 variations. Overall, I like these, but when it's busy and you have someone taking too long to look over the possibilities, a line can quickly form. Still, it's fun to have around. I highly recommend the BBQ Pork Mac! It is one of the best dishes they serve. Also, I always get their tomato/cucumber/onion salad. It's simple, but so flavorful. If you purchase a dish you can add some of the select sides for $1, so there really is no reason to not get one of those sides. Overall, I usually have a great dining experience here, and I love the variety of dishes they offer.

Going in to Noodles & Company last night I had no idea what to expect. My girlfriend had told me they had a diverse menu, offering cuisine from all over the world. I went with her and her family late last night, which was a Sunday. They weren't too busy, a little more than an hour before they closed. While they had a relatively small menu, the menu was diverse. They offer Asian, Italian, Mediterranean, and more! I decided upon the Truffle Mac n cheese. It's like their Wisconsin Mac n Cheese, with baby portobellas parmesan and white truffle oil. Truffle oil is a weakness for me, I adore it. I decided to add parmesan crusted chicken to it, but they have quite a few options for protein to add to your entree. When we ordered we were told that the soda machine was out, so we chose from the drink cooler by the counter, and all of us got our drinks for free. Our food came out about 6 minutes after we sat down, and we all really liked it! The truffle oil mixed in with the cheese sauce and perfectly cooked portobellas really did it for me. Noodles & Co is known as "fast food noodles" which is exactly what they are. I must admit I was pretty impressed with my first experience, and I'll definitely go back to try more. I highly recommend you try them out. Prices average around 7 bucks a person. Based on this experience alone(because it's the only one I've had) I give them 5 stars, which I virtually never do. Well done.

This is the first time I've been to this restaurant, but its been open for a while and I just didn't get a chance to check it out. The Food: I originally ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles, but they ran out of noodle for that so I ordered the Pad Thai instead with Chicken Noodle Soup (they gave me a couple for that cause they ran out, which is pretty awesome). The noodles are cook as the order come in so is fresh. The taste of the Pad Thai was pretty good, though I don't think it have much of a Thai taste to it, but is still pretty good (I like rice noodle, so I guess I am somewhat bias...). The chicken noodle soup was alright, wouldn't say is the best, but is not the worse either, it was average. I will want to go back and try the Japanese Pan Noodle. The Environment: It was a pretty good environment. They have indoor and outdoor seating so you can sit outside and enjoy the weather if is nice. They have glass window all around so inside was well lit. Overall the environment was pretty good. The Soda Machine...yes, this is a very awesome soda machine, it have mostly all the fountain drinks and flavors all in one (see my picture of it). So for example, if you want Fanta, you can select Fanta, and then they let you choose flavors like peach, strawberry, lime, etc. This is the first time I've seen something like this, but is a pretty genius idea...

I have been going here about every other month for a weekday lunch. Every other time I've gone I've had the Indonesian Peanut Saute, which is delish. Today I got the Japanese Pan Noodles with marinated steak. The noodles had a dry burnt taste that did not agree with me. The was good and tender. I might have to try other items on the menu before I further judge.

An easy quick fix for the days I am too rushed, tired, or absentminded to pack a lunch. The most tempting part of the menu is that anything on it can be vegetarian! And their tofu doesn't suck! Their "spicy" dishes are of course nowhere near being actually spicy as I would like (it's a chain), and sometimes I feel strange shelling out money for pasta, something I could easily have made at home. I pretty much always order one of the Asian dishes, since that's the stuff I have the toughest time making from scratch myself. The staff has always been quite friendly, and one time my business card got pulled for a free lunch for me and 5 people in my office...I was basking in the glory of that win for a week at least!

Family dining with healthful, interesting choices that go beyond the basic sandwich options. I can take a big group there and everyone can find something they like. Very easy on the wallet too. The Japanese noodles and Thai curry soup are favorites of mine. My son is in love with their mac-n-cheese

Not a good value for money when compared to other nearby offerings such a mccallisters and owners. A small Asian chop chicken salad with a side of fruit (they sell their leftover cut up fruit from previous day and it is not eligible to be a side) was $11. A small salad and a cup of day old strawberries! No drink included in that price. The chicken was tasteless and was some kind of layered patty which peeled open like an artichoke when I put my fork to it. Made me wonder how many chickens were used to make that patty! I don't come here often because every time I leave I feel like I've been screwed. I like the concept but not the quality of food for portion size and price point. Today, once again, confirmed a nice LARGE salad with chicken included in the price, a large drink and a cookie for $2 less is worth the journey to the competition just down the street.

When you need a carb fix this is the place to go... The menu is divided into 3 categories, italian, asian, american. Each has about 4 different pasta dishes, one salad, one soup. They also offer wine, beer, breads, cookies, and appetizers. This is a walk in and order kind of place, your on your own for a table. But they bring it out to you w/ silver, napkins and all. You can't beat the Pesto Cavatappi, but we have tried almost all of them. The mac and cheese is excellent. The price point is great too. Happy Dining!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
