Great place for good Americanized Mexican influenced dining. Our waiter, Adrian?, was attentive, helpful with menu choices and gave clear and helpful comments about what to expect. In addition, he assisted us with the 'find my phone' app when I couldn't locate mine (dropped it at the movie theater). Started with a very large bowl of chips and salsa. The Prime rib burrito was wonderful and attractively presented. Chile con queso was okay. Can't say enough about the excellent customer service. I'm not a chain fan, but I'll be back to this one.

I have a real hard time bringing myself to go to Chilis. I don't know if it is just this location or if the chain is in decline. I can't get passed the housekeeping to even talk about service and food. From the smudgy fingerprints on the front doors to the food and paper on the floor to the crumbs on the benches to the dirt in the tile on the tables, there are some serious issues with cleanliness. This has been my experience multiple times so I can't say it is a fluke. I think some attention to this part of the dining experience needs to get onto the manager's radar.

I hate to leave a bad review of this place, but I was really shocked by how downhill it's gone. We don't eat out at regular restaurants much since having kids, and when we do, we don't usually choose this place, so it had been around a year since we were last here. I would have given three stars a year ago, and now I probably should have given just one because I don't want to go back. The service was fine, but the drink machine was totally flat (didn't anyone notice that there was no fizz as the drinks were coming out of the machine?). The potholder thing that covers the handle of the hot skillet was dirty, like, in a way that it seemed like it had never been washed. The bathroom had 2/3 broken toilets and there was water from the toilets all over the floor. Other items in the bathroom were visibly broken, too. If my preschooler could have waited, I would have left and taken her somewhere else right then. Three things in one visit that were sadly neglected...this doesn't make me feel good about what's going on behind the scenes. I never thought I'd say this, but if I absolutely had to eat here or at the Applebee's nearby, I'd choose the Applebee's.

I've been to this location twice. Once was in the winter of this year & the 2nd time was just recently. The first time my husband & I arrived later at night but nowhere near closing. We requested a booth because I'm hearing impaired & most restaurant play music too loud for me to hear my husband/dinner companions. We were seated in a cold drafty section of the restaurant. When asked to move we were told no other booths were available, which seemed odd considering the very low volume of customers. The food was decent but I spent so much time shivering I couldn't really enjoy the meal. We decided to put the first visit up to a fluke experience & give this location another try. We went around 5pm & business had average flow. The waiter was great & never missed a refill on our drinks. The trouble was a steak was ordered but was undercooked & the meal came with a side but none arrived on the plate with the meal. Our waiter took the steak back & brought out a plate of the ordered but not delivered broccoli (which was steamed quite well!) The food overall is pretty standard fair for a chain restaurant but not worth the effort when you are seated in too cold a section or have your meal prepared incorrectly. The waitstaff does their best to compensate & our waiter for the second visit really earned his tip. I really wish I could recall his name because he deserves a fabulous review for his service. The Noblesville Chilis may be a further drive for some but the service & food are better at that location.

Our server was excellent, she was on top of everything. The food was great just wish they didn't have lime sour cream for the fajitas. We will be going back for sure just because of our server. I believe her name was Adilene(might be spelling her name wrong)

I tried a new item off their menu. The eggrolls. I like that they were already sliced open so I could pick out the black beans, which do appear in Asian food. Chili's has some other $5 appetizers after 9 PM.

It's a chain... I know. However, my hubby loves their original baby back ribs with a side of fries and cinnamon apple sauce. They have pretty good promos running such as $20 dinner for 2 which includes an appetizer and 2 full entrees. Then for $35 you get 2 margaritas, a shared appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert. You can't go wrong with that!

I had the 3-way fajitas. Overall it was a great meal, with nothing bad to say. Service was quick. Chili's is now bringing out a new condiment "tower" with all fajitas, where all of your typical fajita toppings are stacked on a metal wire tower that's about 12" high. The condiments consisted of sour cream, guac, pico, jalapeños and their standard salsa. It was a nice touch, although I did get a little irritated at having to spoon the toppings out of such small cups in the tower. However, the three meats were all fresh (chicken, pork & beef), and the seasoning was great.

My husband and I visited this Chili's on our way to a concert at Klipsch Music Center. We ate at the bar as we always do, and we ordered chips and salsa along with each of us having a beer and an entree. We have eaten at multiple Chili's locations in multiple states, and we have always found chips and salsa to be offered for free to patrons eating at the bar. When the bill came, there was a charge for $4.99 for this item. The waitress had no idea what I was talking about when I said we expected it to be free, so she went to get a manager. When he came out, he started by telling me they are not free and never have been. I asked why it is like that at every other Chili's and he asked me how many have I been to and told me he has never heard of it. I asked if he would honor what happens at every other Chili's and told him we'll remember they don't do what every location we've ever visited does in the future. He took it off but it was still a frustrating experience. Chili's is a chain, and it is just baffling after all the ones we've eaten at that this one location is not doing something that is consistent everywhere else. In addition, chips and salsa should not cost $4.99. The thing that was even more frustrating is that the manager was sort of rude to us about it and didn't seem to care until I flat out asked him to honor what other locations do.

It seems as though a lot of the large restaurant franchises are now starting to try to capitalize on pizza's popularity, and Chili's is no exception. They recently began offering pepperoni, five cheese, taco, and southwestern chicken personal nine-inch pizzas. The pan crust of my pepperoni pizza from the Chili's in Carmel, Indiana was decent, but it also made up the majority of the taste. This is because there wasn't a lot of cheese or sauce, and the pepperoni wasn't extremely flavorful. I feel as though it is better to stick with some other dishes that Chili's has been serving for years as opposed to their pizza. While it wasn't awful, I definitely don't feel comfortable recommending it over any pizza places in the area since Chili's is just a late addition to the pizza bandwagon.
