Holy hell. One word to describe this place: AMAZING. They put a delicious twist on traditional pizza. I ordered lady marmalade, and it significantly exceeded my expectations. Their breadsticks are homemade and the perfect compliment. I've only ordered delivery, so no comment on their dine in but if their serving skills are as on point as their menu I bet it's a slam dunk. Will definitely be recommending!

Well, I would love to give Trailhead more stars, but they failed to actually deliver the food I ordered. Submitted an order at 11:50 PM on Sunday, Aug. 9, 2015, but the food was never delivered, despite the fact my card was charged. I tried calling them after 1.5 hours, but no one picked up.

4 stars for the food, 2 for the delivery service. It's been over 2 hours to get a pizza on a Monday, and the food still hasn't arrived. If you can get it in store, do so, but don't expect the pizza to arrive at any temperature hotter than cold. This is the third time I've ordered from this store, and the third time the food has taken a ridiculous amount of time to be received.

Good crust and sauce. Super cheesy...almost too much so. The toppings are under the cheese, so if that crisp pepperoni on top is your thing, it's not happening here. Good, solid pizza though.

Staying in town and from Chicago, I was looking for a great pizza pie. Awesome service, fast delivery and outstanding food! Visited 3 times on my trip!

Ordered pizza at 7pm via Btownmenus.com . It arrived--cold and soggy--at 9:37pm. The man on the phone was very kind about the delay (they were down to one driver) and so was the gentleman who made the delivery, but still - 2.5 hours is 2.5 hours and no amount of oven reheating can make up for that. Hopefully, others have better luck.
