Love their ribeye with slides butte corn an baked potato! Always a place to go with friends if you want some authentic steak from Texas LOL The lines are absolutely line in weekends during dinner time, and the average wait time is about 30-40 minutes, plus the time waiting for the food for about 15-20 min, but food was worth the long waiting time.

After my last visit I contacted Texas Roadhouse. They were kind enough to respond, so this is a slight amendment to my last review. The visit was horrible, but I appreciate their response.

I love their free peanuts before meal, their steak is ok, but I ordered steak well done, so the steak is a little hard, but overall the environment is spacious and light!

One for service, one for endless peanuts and bread, and one for location (near AMC). That's basically what keeps me going there from time to time. As a steakhouse, their steaks are plainly ordinary. You can have the same taste (even better) by cooking nicely on your own. oops.

This was our first trip in a while since we've been to Texas roadhouse. The greeter ask us if we've been there last six months and we replied no. We were seated at a table that was still wet, well we were not offered any bread until our waitress took our order. When she returned with our drinks we asked her if Bread is included with our meal and she was surprised that we had not received it when we came in. I orded the most expensive steak on the menu and I requested the stake be cut it into bite-size ( due to my disability) The waitress was stunned at my request and requested several times I repeat myself and I continued to say bite-size please. Our order was very late coming out people that came in before us was receiving their orders promptly. Then an upper-level management person came out and asked me how I wanted my steak cut and I requested again bite-size please she said well I just want to make sure. When I receive my steak it was cold and only 2/3 thirds was cut also my baked potato with cold. And to top it all off when I got ready to leave I requested a ice tea to go and they brought me up a child's cup with virtually no ice and Tea. I was very disappointed and will not be going back I normally tip between 25 and 30% steak places due to the additional service I request. Well this time it didn't come close to that sorry to say.

The food here is very ordinary. The don't have very many kid friendly drinks. They do make alcoholic drinks nonalcoholic. Didn't know that until a week ago. It was a nice change but it wasn't very good. I come here so much I'm getting tired of it but my dad loves it.

A tale of two nights - we were at the hotel down the street and wanted a late night drink after a day of running around during IU move-in week. Monday - Had a great server at the bar... $3 22 oz. Coors lights... Monday Night Football Tuesday - our day was later so we walked in at 10:02 PM. Apparently they close at 10 PM (we didn't realize) but the door was open. We walked towards the bar and were confronted with "isn't that door closed, we close at 10". Not knowing this, we said that the door was open. His response "well, we close at 10 - good night". SERIOUSLY ????? - Think I will ever be back to eat or drink at your establishment. It's not my fault you forgot to lock the door at 10 PM.

Had to give this place a try. Seems like there is always a big crowd, or at least a lot of cars in their lot. Free peanuts to start, then on onion, battered and fried, then some beefy entrees. Not bad.

Ordered a strip steak, and was just a plain steak, no seasoning was applied to it at all. If I want a plain steak I know where to go now, and the steak sauces they had were very weird and nasty, waitress never asked us how our meal was, she's lucky she got a tip because she didn't so much of anything. Will not go back. Would not recommend.

First things first--I have no idea how anyone could say this place is better than Janko's Little Zagreb OR LongHorn OR Outback. Absolutely not. The bread is tasty here (though a bit doughy for my taste) and they do serve peanuts at the table--for what reason, I don't know, but I realize many people like that aspect. I recommend the 16 oz margaritas for $3 on Mondays, which are a great little deal. On our visit to this location, the service was just OK and the food was pretty good. I ordered the Portabello Mushroom Chicken, which was very tasty. Their selection of sides didn't appeal greatly to me, but I ordered their House Salad and steak fries. The house salad was decent, nothing special. My partner ordered the ribeye, and thought it was also reasonable, not good or bad, and that both the steak at LongHorn or Outback and baked potato at Outback is much, much better. However, our first impression and our table service was less than spectacular--they attempted to seat the two of us at a huge table for 8 in the middle of a busy room, then told us we could sit in the bar, and seemed all around scattered and inconsiderate when greeting us. It wasn't that busy, and they should have been bussing tables rather than just being rude to guests. I could go on, but enough complaining. All that being said, this restaurant deserves 3 stars for being a decent experience for a chain restaurant in Btown.

I always enjoy steaks from Texas Roadhouse. My wife and I usually share the 16oz ribeye with a couple of sides. The employees are friendly and the restaurant is clean. I would recommend visiting especially if you just want to enjoy a nice steak.

Not a place for vegetarians. And, not the most inviting for minorities.

I prefer the ribeye here than little Zagreb. However one thing to keep in mind, the steaks are consistently overcooked. For example, if you normally go for well done, you'd prolly want to order them medium well. Yep, it took me a few times to get it here.

I enjoyed a great steak dinner here. It was really good for a franchise restaurant. I really liked the atmosphere and texan decor.

I just love texas road house. Their steaks, endless bread and peanuts. Maybe there is nothing special about this particular one in B-town, I just love the Chain. This steakhouse, to me, is better than applebee's (in terms of taste), longhorn (in terms of price), and outback (in terms of you can find endless peanuts in addition to bread here).

If you are looking for a good steak or ribs that really will fall off the bone, then this is the place! Steak is almost always done exactly as requested. Ribs are fork tender. Service is almost always good. When we are going to spend our money going out to eat, this is a top choice. Good value for the $ spent. Be prepared to wait if you don't call ahead. Some weekend nights can be 2hrs+ which is long for Bloomington.

How this place gets four stars when Malibu Grill gets three speaks more to taste of the reviewers and it does to the quality of the restaurants. This is a mediocre chain restaurant, a dime a dozen.

This restaurant definitely made me fall in love with ribs. The meat were so easily to pull and nothing messy on the table. While you wait you could eat the peanuts that they put into a big barrel by the door and just throw it on the floor when you're done :). Great service, definitely very okay price and friendly waiters and waitresses. I love this place and its Ribs is out of this world, baby!

Just like any other Texas Road House, standard good food, lots and lots of it for pretty inexpensive, but sometimes the service can be the slowest thing in the world...

Wow! The terrific waitstaff and tasty, fairly priced food make this a fab choice either for dinner with the fam, or a casual date night. The atmosphere is cowboy but not hokey. We'll be back, for sure...
