This location is pathetic. This is by far the worst Starbuck's location I've ever been to, and the sad part is that after several years living in the area, they just seem to be getting more and more terrible. The service is unbelievably slow: expect to spend 20+ minutes in the drive-thru, regardless of the time of day. They seem to exclusively employee high schoolers with absolutely zero experience working in the service industry who are constantly flustered, unable to use the registers, unfamiliar with the menu. This particular location also NEVER has certain items in stock. There are certain sandwiches that Starbucks brought out years ago that I have still NEVER tried, because every time I try to order one, the sophomore interrupts me and tells me they don't have them. Ever. I've tried to complain about the terrible service at this location on the Starbucks website multiple times, and I've never received a single response. Don't waste your time.

I come to this Starbucks every other day. I'm a "Gold" member (meaning I spend entirely too much money on coffee) Anyway, in the mornings around 7:15am during the week the staff on hand is great. Always gets my order right, greets me with a good morning and have a great day. Amazing with recommendations. Try same time on a Saturday or mid day any day of the week and honestly, if it wasn't for the great customer service I received through out the week during my normal visiting hours, I would never come here. Staff doesn't know what's going on, can't offer any recommendations on new products that are popular, I received an "ummm idk" response once when asking about a new pastry. (Really?) They seem very flustered and confused when busy, lazy, chatty, and complaining about their hours when not. (All in front of and while with customers) I always have to ask for more cream in my coffee because they give me a drop in a venti so it's still dark, order taking etiquette is not up to par (I use to manage a drive thru, what I experience here was NEVER tolerated) they put so much ice in the glass that the coffee spills over and they don't bother wiping it off. Handing me my drink with coffee all over the cup and their hands. It's just ridiculous and disgusting. Im a business owner also so I like to come here with my partners for meetings but if the mid day staff doesn't shape up, I'm going to have to go else where. The morning crew definitely saved this review.

I have been here several times over the past few months and the staff has been extremely friendly to me and accommodating both in the drive through and inside. It's a smaller Starbucks, but it never seems to be very busy when I go. It's a great space to study and read.

I like the fact there is a drive through and the location is good at Grand and Green Bay road, but the seating areas inside and outside are both too small. I often drive further away to a different coffee shop to find a place that has more seating.

This is close to my office so if I am in the mood for an afternoon frapaccino or early morning latte I stop here. Every time I go in instead of through the drive thru I always get the feeling I'm bothering the baristas. They aren't cold, but just not very friendly. They take your order and that's it, no hellos or thank yous.

Love coming here to study, but it gets crowded at times. Of course it is a Starbucks, some of the baristas are okay but there are the great ones. Drive thru takes absolutely forever when it's really full, but when it's just you it is fast service. Overall great starbucks

One of the best Starbucks I've been too, definitely better coffee and service than the Starbucks back home. I visited this store on Christmas Day as I heard they were open on this day and since I am not from the area I had nothing more to do than to get my caffeine fix. Apparently according to the app this is the nearest Starbucks to Zion so I made my 6.5 mile journey to this one. OVERALL: Great coffee and service, ONLY CON was that the store closed at 4pm and it being Christmas Day it's understandable however my Starbucks app said they would close at 10pm. Oh well great thing we made it! lol

The Starbucks is consistently bad. Started trying this location again a couple weeks ago and they were training someone in the morning time when people were trying to get to work. No apologies offered one finally making it to the window to get my large drip coffee. Some of the workers are not too friendly. I try this location often because I live so close, unfortunately I am disappointed more and more often.

Love that there is a drive-through. But it seems to be the slowest moving Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff seems flustered every single time I've gone I'm not sure they're efficientness is up to par to other Starbucks I've visited.

** Message to all drive through customers: Two drink orders at most! Please park your car in one of the many spaces up front if you don't know what you want. I have been to this locations several times only to be disappointed yet again. Drive through at 10:00 am on Sunday morning was sincerely horrific! I was trapped in line for 20 minutes, with no way to escape, to get one drink. The drink was perfect but the service was astounding poor as usual. I made a comment to the cashier that I was in line for 20 minutes only to be told "sorry!" I don' ever take drink receipts as I chose the drive through but this one should have been offered! I'm offended that I payed almost $6 for a single drink! Message to ownership or management- get your act together, you lost another customer at your location! Drink was well made and hot, service is a hot mess! Will advise all my friends to avoid if ever in the area. Should have gone the other way to Libertyville... they're the best in the area!

If you have time to waste and patience to teach the employees about the menu, then this is the location for you. I am consistently disappointed every time I frequent this location. I love Starbucks and felt that it was only fair to try this terrible location out multiple time to ensure that, in fact, they suck. I hate to be so mean but the only thing that this location has going for it is the consistency to let me down. To sum up my experience I can say that I have received the wrong drinks, I have received drinks with missing ingredients, I have used my personal time to explain the menu to the employees in efforts to familiarize them with what they sell, and the disappointment goes on. Do yourself a favor and go to another location...

This Starbucks is seriously slow!!! They only have one drink bar which clearly needs two. There were 10 or so cars in the drive thru and the parking lot looked empty so we went inside. Big mistake. I always mark a car in the drive thru to see how it works out. They seem to prioritize the drive thru over the bar. I had 5 people in front of me when I went in and let's just say the 10th car in the drive thru left 10 minutes before I did. Management needs to organize employees better. Moral of the story is tough it out in the drive thru line!!!

Horrible service. The workers complain constantly. Today it was because they had a large order and are now out of ice. Seems to me when people are paying 5+ dollars for a drink the manager of the shift should be running to Jewel to replenish the ice. Last time I was there I witnessed a argument between two employees that was loud to the point I felt uncomfortable. They always seem to be out of caramel drizzle. I have never been to a Starbucks that is as disorganized with employees that could care less about your time or the product they serve. Today was my last trip to this location.
