Not bad... it's exactly the way I remember it from the days when I ordered a thin & crispy fungus pizza in college. Still love it... I don't want to tarnish my memory or opinion about Dominos so it's the only place I'll ever order a mushroom, thin crust pizza. Not only do they continue to delivery in a timely manner, they serve Coke products!

Let me tell you one thing Dominos. A 14" pizza is a medium. And 16" pizza is a large. And when someone orders a thin crust. It shouldn't be so thin that that you can't see it when you look at it sideways. So I got a coupon for two lrg pizzas. And a sixteen bite dough thing with parmigiana cheese on it. For 24.99. And it was horrible. I guess that was my fault. And it was the second time I had Dominos. I guess it was the last. And I am sure I am not the only one that feels that way. I would rather spend 25.00 for one good pizza then 25.00 for two small nasty pizzas.

Their service has gone way down in the past few months. Their online delivery timer is worthless. Many times it shows it has been delivered and 20-30 minutes after it shows delivered, I still have not received it. Their best feature used to be 30 minute delivery time. Now, it is more like an hour. You can get much better pizza for the price, if you have to wait that long. Their delivery drivers are cranky and get visibly upset if you only give them $2-3 dollar tip for bad service. I am done with Domino's.

I've given this place more chances than it deserves, and I'm done. Multiple times I've received a wait time of 15 minutes on my online order, only to actually end up waiting 40+. The pizza is always very greasy and undercooked. The only positive I can give this place is the crust tastes delicious. One time several months ago they ran a crazy promotion with $1 medium pizzas for 2 or 3 hours. I never got through during that whole time, and was hung up on several times. I went through Domino's' customer support Twitter page, and about a week later was offered a free pizza as a sorry. In the several times I've actually tried to redeem that free pizza, the owner conveniently isn't there to verify. At the very least I'm never ordering through this location again.

This review is for the poor business practices of this store not the food since we didn't get any. I placed an online order and decided to pay cash. Simple enough. I was checking my phone and noticed that I had missed a call, so I checked the Domino's order online and it was Domino's. I called them back and got the third degree because I WAS a new customer. I was asked to give the address and then I asked the Domino's person if it was on the order. He said it was and then wanted to know if I knew what I had ordered. Really?!! To really lose me as a customer he said it would be 45 minutes to get the pizza, I told him to keep it. Read the review by Carlos S. for a review about the delivery timer.

Ordering through the app on the iPad is frustrating. After placing order, pop up window comes up saying order did not go through and to click "try again". Check your email before you do! My order went through. Staff has a habit of forgetting dipping sauce. Has happened 4 times now. The pizza is good. Very irritating to have my money gone and no product though.

Not the best service. Took them about 3 minutes to help us while we stood and waited.

Asked for extra cheese, they obviously charged for it (that is fine), but when I got my pizza, which was 45 minutes late, there was not extra cheese at all. I could see the dough and sauce still in many areas. When an hour rolled by I called to ask where the driver was, the boy who answered the phone said , " she just left, in fact she should be right outside". 45 min later, she came in the door. Dude seriously, the tip will be better for your driver if you don't lie. Never ordering from this location again.

I wasn't aware that I could write on here but a few months ago I placed an order and the service was horrible. Not did they not find my house I had to come and get it and I BEAT THE DRIVER BACK. I also speak two languages BUT ONE OF THEM IS ENGLISH. It's not fair to the customer when you sent a non English speaking driver, we can't COMMUNICATE!! AND WHEN I GOT BACK TO THE STORE I WAS mad. I waited over an hr to get my food and when the guy calls he speaks no English... And then I go to the store and the girl at the store is so super ghetto and rude. She was ready to fight me and my husband because we were complaining, we had every right to complain!!!! And then she wasn't even the manager! She was unprofessional and out of place, she had no right when she is not the manager. This place is HORRIBLE AND I HAVEN'T BEEN THERE SINCE. More than 3 of my family and friends have ALL HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE WITH THIS GIRL and their services. They don't got there either

This whole process was absolutely fabulous! We watched the online live preparation and delivery status of our order, was fun. Fast delivery in a snow storm and delivery guy was really nice. We ordered a medium pizza with pineapple and a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich special for $12.And the food tasted wonderful, we were really surprised how great the sand which was!!!

Tried giving them 3 more chances, and every time it was the same exact thing. Over an hour for delivery, messed up order, and rude staff. Apparently I've been "blacklisted" for voicing my complaint, and they aren't supposed to deliver to me anymore. Good riddance. You deserve to be shut down.

Worst Dominoes Pizza ever!! Every time I've gone here, they've managed to mess up. One time the online tracker said it was ready so when I got there they hadn't even started. Another time, they made the small I ordered for my niece too small and offered to redo it if I waited another 20 minutes. Another time, the crush pepper spilled all over the car even though they're "sealed". Another time, I ordered and paid online but when I got there they told me that I had a $10 minimum to use the card. I'm a slow learner. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Restaurant review Have you seen those commercials on TV? Dominos ad campaign convinced me to give it a try again. Many many years ago, our family ordered dominos and the pizzas were oily and soggy. So for the past 10 years I did not try dominos until recently. I was excited to try the new fresh tomato sauce with herbs and season along with the garlic butter crust. I ordered online and there is a useful bar app that shows you the status of the pizza as they receive the order, in the oven, and ready which I thought was cool. I was not disappointed when I got my 3 medium pizzas from the 5 dollar deal. The crust was flavorful and the toppings and cheese were perfect. This made for the perfect combination that rivals the other chain pizza places. Pro: revamped crust, cheese, and sauce make it a perfect combo. bargain price with the 5 dollar medium pizza deal Cons: none, quick service, fresh pizza, low prices. i have nothing to say... Hidden gem: 5 dollar medium pizza says it all with premium ingredients!

Domino's is my newest love. As far as pizza goes, it's hard to mess up a hand tossed Cheese pizza, but add in some Buffalo kickers and bread sticks and I, am a happy girl. The greatest part about this place is their new on-line ordering, with a pizza tracker to see how long and what part your meal is at. from being made, to baked, to boxed and then finally on the road. It takes the guess work out of "When is the pizza going to get here?" and gives you enough time to perhaps put the kids to bed, let your wine breathe or even get that six pack in the fridge. Not the best pizza in town, but the convenience of the only place in Crystal lake that has On line delivery (That I know of.) it's wonderful and such a nice feature for someone who can not find her cell phone to save her life.
