My old college roommate used to joke that I was like the girl from Girl, Interrupted with all the chicken skeletons hidden under her bed because we/I always kept one in the tiny dorm room fridge we had. Turns out, many other people have rotisserie chicken obsessions too. Hooray! Boston Market is a rotisserie chicken wonderland. I always do the 1/2 chicken (need that dark meat!) with a bunch of sides. The sides make this place a Thanksgiving wonderland! All these new foods that I've discovered in recent years that I've grown to love WITH old-time favorite, the chicken. Corn! Green bean casserole! Creamed spinach! Stuffing! Cinnamon apples! Sweet potato casserole, marshmallow topping included! And also the usual culprits ala mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, etc. These options leads to some difficult choices. When you're not that hungry, you can get a 1/4 chicken or a half carver sandwich (the meatloaf one is excellent) and pair it with a side for lunch. But really, just go when you're starving in stretchy pants with a dining partner to coordinate sides with. No repeats!

Since we don't have Boston Market in vegas, the rotisserie chicken is always tasty. I think the only place where we can get rotisserie is the grocery store. Anyway! For $6.99 I had 1/4 white chicken with a mild sauce (supposedly it was a new thing on the menu? forgot the mild sauce name, woops!) with creamed spinach, mac & cheese. Boston Market really hit the spot for me. The chicken was great, with whatever sauce I got (haha), nothing wrong with the creamed spinach & mac n cheese. Oh & the corn bread! Was the corn bread complimentary with your order? I love corn bread, it was my yummy little snack when we went back on the road :9 Staff was friendly & grabbed the trash/trays from our table right before we were going to head out. I had a good experience but overall there just isn't any Boston Markets in the west coast! Bring it over this way Mr. Boston Market!! :)

It's just a Boston Market, but I think this might be the friendliest one ever. Good fresh food and they just seem to try a little harder.

I'll be honest, for a few years there I was a Supercuts man. It was one of those convenient habits... no appointment necessary... just pop in, get assigned to a stylist, and walk out with an incredibly mediocre (sometimes criminally so) hair cut. The only consolation was that if I stopped at a Supercuts, I'd have to pass Boston Market on the way home. So of course I'd drop in for lunch or dinner, and load up on their delectable sides. Boston Market used to represent such a departure from your everyday fast food fare. Not anymore. The Boston Market in Skokie has either changed hands to crappy management, or Boston Markets around the world have started serving crummy, cheaper food. I'm haven't been to enough Boston Markets to really figure this one out. Booooo, Skokie Boston Market. Your side dishes wither and rot in the display case. They don't even look appetizing anymore. Your "new" potatoes are hardly that. Your dried up mac & cheese can no longer mask my shitty haircut. So I go to a real barber now. And if I want mac & cheese, or new potatoes, I'll make 'em myself.

Really nice service. But don't order a pot pie unless you know how long it has been there. When the gravy separates, YUCK! Wanted a side of Mac and cheese and the lady was nice enough to bring it from the back. The one in front had bacon in it, mixing spoons. Still hungry and probably sick later. Not a good visit.

I go there almost every weekend, to get carry-out. I'm not crazy about the decor, but the staff are polite and efficient, the chicken is always juicy and tender and the sides are yummy comfort food. However, for me, the highlight of my visits is Josh. He has an engaging, refreshing personality that goes above and beyond mere politeness. If he isn't there, my trip is not as enjoyable.

Great food, great staff. I ate here today and saw the staff demonstrate calm, gold standard professionalism in the face of some pretty straight up CRAZY customers. Ate here today, will eat here again!

THE. VERY BEST. CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'VE EVER HAD. IN A RESTAURANT. That's how I am starting this review. If a boss reads this, Antonio and Ruby deserve a promotion. I've been to Boston Markets before. And I guess, because it's a little pricier than fast food, good service comes with it. But I went into this location on a Saturday morning about three weeks ago, and it left such a wonderful impression, that it's still freshly imprinted in my mind 3 weeks later! It was right at the start of the day. Instead of being groggy and depressed in the morning (like so many of us Americans get at the beginning of a shift), he welcomed me with a smile. He explained any questions I had about the menu in a professional manner, and... here's the thing that wowed me: NONE of it felt like rhetoric. He was a polite and professional dude, but I always just felt like we were two people talking to one another. He offered to bring me my food AT my table, explained all the promotions you had in place, and even told me to leave my dishes at the table, and he would clean it up afterwards. At no point did I feel talked down to. He did the same with the next half dozen people who came in while I ate. Ruby was quick on the sandwiches and entrees, and they were hot and delicious. Her speed did not affect the quality adversely. She did so with a smile, and some pretty clear expertise as a chef. This was a wonderful experience. Shockingly wonderful. I will go out of my way to come here again. And I live pretty far from here. ^_^

Not sure what happened to this location. Food is still great, but the wonderful service is gone. Instead I encountered blunt and borderline rude service. Her tone when speaking was very short and she didn't seem to enjoy her job. I know most people don't, but at least be somewhat nice. Where did all the pleasant workers go?
