When I review chains, I try to focus on what is difference about this branch than it's other franchise branches. At this branch I found the staff are extremely friendly and thoughtful. I've been to other Starbucks that never offered to toast my bagel, never offered to ask regular or non-fat cream cheese, or even provided with a plastic knife to spread my cream cheese! Every time I visited them for 10 weeks every Wednesday morning for my community pharmacy rotations at the CVS next door, this staff always had my caramel creme brulee latte and my bagel with cream cheese with everything I needed. I really appreciated that. I also appreciated them saying "Hope you have a great day" each time.

They make you feel welcomed when walking in or ordering through the drive thru. There was one time I was in the drive thru and maybe waited only 2 minutes for my drink and the barista apologized up and down for it. To me, 2 minutes is fast for most Starbucks locations during the morning rush. Props to having a great crew and great customer service at this location! You've gained a loyal customer... woohoo!

So Ive been a customer for some time. Most of the staff at least the old ones are great. I love Maggie and Nicole (manager) they are always willing to talk to me and work with me with anything. I've come across some not so nice employee named Amanda. She talks to me but is short and kinda rude at times. I dont know what to make of it because everyone there is generally cheery but I guess every store is going to get a few not meeting standards. *sighs* I still love the store though and will support them. Just a little dissapointed in the attitude of some people lately.

They do a great job of selling their food items, often offering samples of them, too. Very upbeat and offer great customer service, in the drive thru and in the store.

Again, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt valued, which is important as a Starbucks customer. (On a side note, I tried the oatmeal for the first time today. It's kind of bland and tasteless. Don't bother getting Starbucks oatmeal. Blah.)
