Chocolate froyo, mango froyo, LYCHEE balls, KITKAT chunks, waffle cone chunks = AWESOMENESS. It really took me a long time to like fro-yo. It was always too tangy for me. I thought I was just born an ice cream lover not frozen yogurt since I love the creamy ice creams. I realized i just haven't found the combination of the flavor and toppings I like nor the individual flavors or toppings to match my taste buds. But last weekend at the spur of the moment a friend of mine and myself decided to go to Red Mango. I have been skipping out getting something the past few times but this time I decided to give it another shot. So I tried the above. Wow. It was so light and refreshing in my mouth. I added some of my favorite things and it came out to about $3.80 for all of it. I was trying to be adventurous and get the lychee boba balls to try. I thought they were going to be like the chewy boba balls but no! They were like little water balloons. Once you bite into them they burst with lychee juice. YUM! And I love lychee flavor. It was a really good froyo day for me at Red Mango. I have tried pomegranate and the original flavors before but hated them. This place is quite a bit smaller than the one I've been to in Northbrook.

i love the premise of this place... just not this place. In comparison to other places i've been to (Menchies and Forever Yogurt), this place is lacking. They have a smaller amount of flavors and half the amount of toppings. Only good thing is its walking distance from the movie theater if you're looking for something to do after a movie or on a date.

I hate to give them only one star because the employee was very very sweet and I genuinely felt bad for her. It was Sunday night, the line is out the door and she seemed to be the only girl working there that night. They offer frozen yogurt and smoothies, which is probably why this poor girl was ready to shoot her brains out. Any time she needed to make a smoothie, the line was backed up because she couldn't ring out the customers who just wanted their yogurt. We waited a while in line -- super hard to do when you have a young child who just wants their yogurt. I was disappointed in their 8 flavored. Nothing fancy. Typical chocolate and vanilla strawberry. Nothing out of the ordinary. The thing that got me was how dirty this place was. I don't think it would be if they were adequately staffed for a weekend night. I watched this poor employee ring out a ton of customers, and then attempt to clean up after all of them by herself. She was constantly moving and trying to clean up, but I don't think she could have caught up and kept this place up to standard. So awful. One of the machines kept dripping out yogurt. There was yogurt on the ground next to the self serve machines. I've never been so grossed out. Honestly I didn't have a great experience here. I'm wondering if it was just an off night -- but it was enough to turn me off from stopping here again.

This is the BEST red mango location I have been to! Some of the other locations I have been to are super messy since it is self-serve, but not this location! This store is always super clean, and has a great variety of toppings. My favorite flavor is the original because I'm super boring, but it is soooo good, usually topped with an obnoxious amount of oreos and brownies. Thankfully the staff never judges me for stealing all of their oreos. I used to love the cake batter flavor, but it comes and goes as they frequently change out their flavors, which is actually pretty cool. Plus, the staff are always super friendly. Will be back, again, and again, and again...

This place is amazing!!! Great customer service offered especially from Carol and Paige. I highly recommend this location to everyone!!!

Absolutely horrendous service, they were very limited in their supplies in comparisson to other Red Mango's (example: they do not seem to cater to those wanting/needing a dairy alternative for their smoothies, every other Red Mango I have been to were able to substitute soy milk for their yogurt... but this place is ill equipped in there supplies). The girl on shift was also not friendly or helpful in the least. Our experience was NOT up to our standard and would HOPE this is not the standard for the Red Mango company.

It is decent but nothing to write home about. There are typically about 8 flavors and tons of toppings. The flavors are described by name and categorized as sweet and creamy or tart and tangy. On my most recent visit I tried the Oreo flavored chocolate a Nutella flavored chocolate. Both were labeled as sweet and creamy but were anything but sweet. Not terrible, but tangy. They are located near Laugh Out Loud, Starbucks, Jos A Bank and Chipotle. The area offers free parking and outdoor seating. Red Mango is open until 11pm on weekdays in the summer. Worth a stop for froyo if in the area. I would not travel more than 10 minutes by car for a taste.

Price: outrageous. $.52 per ounce but all frozen yogurt places are pricey in my opinion. The flavors sucked. When I get froyo, I like mine to be decadent and not fruity. I believe there were 8 choices and 5 out of 8 were fruit or tart choices. No thanks. Sea salt caramel was odd. Like a bite of icey fake caramel swished with a mouth full of ocean water, and yes I love salted caramel things. Two of the non-fruit choices were chocolate related: milk chocolate, and chocolate cookie? which supposedly had real Oreo in it but didn't even taste a trace of it. No vanilla option. And who the hell wants plain tart? The pumpkin spice, YUCK. And I am a crazed pumpkin spice mocha choca lata yaya gal. Go nuts for it. But the froyo flavor was just awful! And the most disgusting part of all. THE SMELL. The smell that filled the air by the back 3 or 4 frozen yogurt machines made my stomach turn. I think back and am actually disgusted that I went through with buying yogurt. (I was in a bind and needed my white girl froyo fix though, ya know how that is) It smelled like mildew, moldy, rotting sour mildewy yogurt. It was making my boyfriend and I gag. We just needed to get away from the machines. Toppings: average. Nothing special. UNDERWHELMING

The space is way too small and not much of a selection. There's also not very many places to sit. When I was there a bunch of high school kids were taking up 2 tables and they weren't even eating froyo. I won't be going back

    (2)
  • Anne B.

This is my favorite place in the summer. They have the best flavors and toppings. There is not a lot of places to sit inside and the line to get frozen yogurt is really akward. But it doesn't stop me from coming!

  • Kimsy S.

After hearing so many good things about Red Mango, I decided to give it a try. After tasting a few of the flavors, I decided to get the White Chocolate flavor, and dress it up with some frosted animal crackers, chocolate rocks, and a cookie stick. It was pretty tasty. I only wish that I had more flavors to choose from, and seating is a little limited (unless it's a nice day to sit outside). I'd come back soon!

Not many choices here... And way overpriced, most of them are but this one seemed even more than usual. I wouldn't go again, Menchie (sp?) is better!!

These kids are little jerks. I frequent all FroYo places with my kids often. We know exactly how the milk chocolate yogurt tastes. I made a bowl w toppings and when I tasted it there was a weird citrus taste. I made another one and told the kids behind the counter that something was wrong w the milk chocolate and they tried it and said it tasted fine. I had to pay for my replacement bowl. I was not about to get sick from spoiled yogurt. Then the granola was nasty weird cereal type instead of the normal kind. The gal didn't even ask for my frequent card. How am I supposed to hit the $50 mark to earn rewards if they are not giving me credit for my $20+ purchase? I'm not going to return to that FroYo place when there are so many choices these days.

  • Justine D.

This place is horrible they have the same 5 flavors every time i go and there are like no toppings to choose from i would never recommend this to anyone Menchies frozen yogurt is way better than this stuff and that is why i give it 1 star out of 5

    (1)
  • Jessica P.

Frozen coffee chillers-if you are a coffee lover...don't get it here...tastes a little watered down or tastes like powdered coffee..2 stars out of 5 stars for coffee chillers...if you are craving a coffee drink..go to starbucks..it's just a walk away! 4 stars total - still has good froyo though..and they are known for froyo anyhow..not for coffee drinks..:)

Red Mango Red Mango Red Mango. I guess its better than ice cream. The wife always wants Red Mango. Red Mango when she's happy, Red Mango when she's sad, Red Mango when she's tipsy, Red Mango makes her glad. If there is ever a month without me going through the bank statements and I don't see a five dollar charge for Red Mango something must be wrong.

I've never been a big fan of frozen yogurt... until this place. Their yogurt, coupled with the fresh fruit, is so yummy I can't resist!

Self serve yogurt is big in Miami. This is a nice addition to Streets. Their goals are noble and their ingredients pure(check their website: natural this and that, fresh fruit, real sugar, etc.) Not an overwhelming selection, which i enjoy these days. Self serve frozen yogurt by the pound or smoothes. Well priced .. lets just see how they do in a Chicago winter.. I wish them the best

This place is GREAT! I always love the flavors which are always unique and it is self service so you can full up as much as you'd like. Excellent choice of toppings and everything has been extremely tasty so far. One of the best things about this place is that there are little cups available so you can try the ice cream before you take it. There is also nutritional information listed on the ice cream dispensaries so you can watch that weight if so need be it. The staff are usually teenagers which usually means they don't say much and I never found any real courteousness when I was there, however, I cannot complain about anything else. It is kept neat and clean as well. There are also different cup sizes available depending on how much you need whether you want some for that day, for the week or a party. You basically control the cost of the ice cream. They will weigh it everything in your cup and that will determine the charge of the ice cream. I'd go there again for sure!

Typically I visit this location at least once a week. I always have a positive experience and the yogurt and toppings are always fresh!! HOWEVER, last night at around 8 pm I went in to this location with a friend ready to enjoy some fresh, delicious froyo. Instead I was greeted with a male employee who seemed less than thrilled he was there. Not only was his attitude terrible, but he was blaring what seemed to be eminem music LOUDLY from behind the counter and typically this wouldn't bother me but it was filled with profanities and not something that should be blaring at a family place. Not to mention the uncomfortable situation with this employee's profanity behind the counter as well as his music's profanity but it dropped to 34 degrees last night and it was definitely not the time to have both doors wide open, but alas because this male employee was hot, the doors were open. I took the liberty to close them myself after seeing that not only was I cold but other patrons had their coats on as well..only to have this same male employee open them again! Needless to say, if I walk into this location and see this male employee working, I will turn around and walk out. I understand I may only be one customer but rest assured this review will find its way to corporate.

Red Mango is a small, bright, clean FroYo shop in the Streets of Woodfield. It's all DIY (Do It Yourself), and if you want to sample, just pick up a small sampler paper cup and taste away! Everything is done by weight here, so you grab a standard cup, pump the FroYos you want, add toppings from the toppings bar, then weigh in at the Pay in. I liked the purplish Taro flavor, and the toppings have everything from Fruity Pebbles, gummi worms and bears, to more healthy things like nuts and fruit. I put some mango and kiwi in the Taro, and also the colorful red boba balls, because I do like Bubble Tea! The boba was way too sweet! They exploded and released what can only be described like the juice from Maraschnio cherries meets Sunny D. Not real boba! Overall, a great pop-in when you're strolling at Woodfield.

Not much sitting room inside, but plenty of room to sit outside in the beautiful streets of Woodfield. I tried the Popcorn Frozen Yogurt and I am hooked .. Don't knock it till you try it

I guess this place has been open for about two years now. It was our first ever soft serve frozen yogurt experience at the time. We were in awe of Red Mango's wonderfulness when we first visited. Granted, the store is a bit small and crowded, but it was still impressive. That's when it was the only game in town. Since then, the frozen yogurt craze has spread like wildfire, and there are 5 or 6 options within a mile or two of our house. We stopped here today after a long time apart, and it seemed so little. I guess each yogurt shop that opens aims to be a little bigger and a little better, with the result being, a perfectly fine shop may now seem subpar compared to all its newer competition. Progress. It's a little sad. I did really enjoy my yogurt here. I kept it simple with original tart topped with fruit. Fresh and refreshing. Well, not completely fresh. I'm a mango lover, and I noticed that the available mangos were either waaaay over-ripe or not quite ready to be eaten. Funny it's with the mangoes since the business is called Red Mango, and I noticed my friend Lois C found trouble with this fruit as well.

I don't really know how many stars to give this place. I'm going with 3 because it was not an awful experience, but it was also not a memorable one. I'd almost forgotten I'd even been there! I really don't see what the fuss is about. I didn't think it tasted that great, plus it was kind of expensive. The service was good, and it was very clean, I just don't care for the product.

My 3 year old loves the Nutella flavor at Red Mango. 1/2 of a bowl with light toppings comes out to about $4. I've seen other customers freak out with the amount charged because they didn't realize a full bowl is around $12 if you weigh it down with stuff. Red Mango is open late. You can also ride a bike into the Streets of Woodfield and park your park against a tree right in front. I say this because Streets of Woodfield is a ticket magnet. Everytime someone parks in the infamous circle where Red Mango is located they normally drive away with a ticket. Be warned. Back to the frozen yogurt. I'm not a huge frozen yogurt fan but my 3 year old loves it and I'll take her there to please her. The Nutella flavor is the best out of what they offer. They also have wall sockets available if you're low on power for your phone or laptop. Red Mango is the overfill from Starbucks but with frozen yogurt and smoothies. At 11 p.m. at night this place can get packed with people out the door. Quit pushing, you'll get frozen yogurt soon enough. Plenty of toppings, decent customer service. Sometimes tables aren't cleaned promptly but their bathroom is big enough for a giant stroller to turn around in.

I love their frozen yogurt! You get to customize your own and put in any of the ingredients that they have. Their smoothies are really good as well. I am not sure if the menu varies by location, but the location in El Paso had pre-made parfaits, which were awesome. The Schaumburg location doesn't have this, unless I missed it, but don't let that stop you from making your own. Delicious but a little pricey if you really load up the containers! (you pay per ounce)

When the weather is hot, I have a craving for something cold and if its also sweet, a double plus! Well it was definitely a hot 90 degree day and of coarse we walk by a frozen yogurt place, so you have to go in, right? Unlimited sample cups greet you at the door. Since I was in a rush, I was not able to try a lot of the flavors. I tried the original, which is usually my go to at a yogurt place, but it was not as tart as I would have liked. I then tried the pomegranate, which was too sweet. I settled for the mango that had a nice balance of sweet and tart. The fruit toppings were a big disappointment. The strawberries and berries looked like they have been sitting out too long and was soft/mushy. I tried the lychee "Boba", which had lychee juice inside. There were many other flavors. The BF described them as large fish roe filled with juice. Definitely an interesting texture. I would give this place a second try. Maybe it was a bad day for both of us.

I don't mean to be all Grinch-like, but Red Mango just did not do it for me. At all. Sure, I like to self-serve fro-yo concept. I've eaten my fair share of the cold stuff topped with a plethora of candies and fresh fruit. My main problem with Red Mango? The actual taste of the yogurt. I sampled three flavors before finally settling on a swirl of peanut butter and chocolate with a small addition of banana for good measure. The chocolate yogurt was moderate at best, but the banana and peanut butter were sad sad sad. They tasted gritty and both hosted strong, unnatural aftertastes. The banana tasted tart - not overripe banana, not fake banana but crappy banana. And the peanut butter left a tang in my mouth. I really could have used a cup of water. The saving grace? The toppings. I added Oreo crumbles, Kit Kat bits, brownie chunks and a dollop of (cold) Ghiradelli chocolate sauce. I didn't finish my fro yo. That's definitely saying something.

Very cool concept, I just moved here from out of state and I haven't seen a self serve fro-yo place, and I just stumbled in here when Starbucks was too busy and thought I'd check it out! Positives and Negatives below: + Self-Serve with many choices for toppings, and so you can put as little or as much as you want, in the order you want, mixed with the fro-yo you want! + Self Sampling of the Fro-Yo flavors, yum! (way more than "Red Cherry" where you get a choice of raspberry or lemon. and have to pay by the toppings! here you pay by the ounce $0.49/oz) - $0.49/oz. gets expensive FAST mine was almost $7.00 - Teenage girls "working" are texting the whole time - NOT ample seating, I would have liked to sit down and enjoy my delicious creation, but the 3 small bistro tables were full, so I had to go sit in my truck and eat/eat while driving. :( Overall it was delicious (but pricey), a fun experience to create your own fro-yo masterpiece (but at double the cost of other fro-yo places I've been to) Go try it out, with just a small bowl, and don't fill it the whole way

I love Red Mango! I'm so glad this location opened up right near me at Streets of Woodfield. It's great to stop in with my lunch crew after eating at one of the quick serve places right in Streets. This location is particularly awesome because it's self self serve so you pay for just what you order. Great for someone like me who likes plain ol' frozen yogurt with no toppings and not a bucketload. I love the pomegranate but always seem to opt for the plain yogurt. It is so tasty and refreshing on a hot summer day! I love it! The workers are always friendly and their always playing some good hip hop so I love that. The shop is tiny though so prepare yourself if you are going during peak hours that you will not be getting a seat. I wish they had a recent visitors card like most of the other frozen yogurt places in the area. Wah wah.

It's about damn time a froyo place opens up in Schaumburg. This is my new favorite Red Mango location, since it's all self-serve, plus it's close to my work. Get as much froyo and toppings as you want and you just pay by the weight. They have 8 different flavors at any one time, but I especially like the original and coconut. They also have a large amount of toppings to choose from, my favorites being the variety of mochi and boba flavors. Add in some blueberries and I'm good to go. They're open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays now. Sweet!

  • Ashley H.

Delish! I see a lot of reviews about the price but its listed at the door, you don't have to buy it and corporate wont lower the prices of their yogurt based on complaining. The place was packed and for good reason. I sampled everything and it was all amazing. I went with the pomegranate to start and mixed it with some fresh berries (very fresh and cut to mix in quite nicely!). It was such a nice treat for a hot summer night. Its the same price as a frapp at starbucks but so much healthier! Oh and it was clean and there were people working there...but I mostly just noticed the yogurt!

Disgusting. Came here after dinner with some friends, around 11p on a Saturday night. I've been to a few Red Mangos, but never one this disgustingly dirty or self-serve... We came in, and was greeted by a guy who quickly walked into the back behind the doors. We wanted to sample the flavors, but no one came out to help us, so we grabbed some spoons to try the yogurts. The yogurts were fine, but you can tell the machines hadn't been wiped down in a while. So whatever, we grabbed a cup and got the yogurt. This is where it started getting really gross. The fruit area was super gross, as well as the floor beneath it. You can tell the fruit was just sitting there for a while, and all the condiments were mixing into each other. The floor was literally black, with bits of gummi and other toppings on the floor. Everything was super dirty, including the scale. While we were there, we counted three guys behind the doors, but only one came out, and this was when we were ready to pay. This store needs to get their act together- and quick!!

My, my Red Mango you've done it again. Hearing all this chit chat about self serve froyo made me want to venture here and luckily we were in the area so I finally got to serve myself. The concept of self serve is easy to understand. You do it yourself so you can put whatever you desire, however, your eyes become greedy and you go for the biggest cup and pile on everything and anything you can. Get up to the cash register and you're like Holy Mother, $10? Yes, $10 because they charge by the ounce. Maybe you'll learn for next time, but most likely not because the goodness of froyo is too appealing. Since there are constantly new first time froyo eaters the self serve line can hit a stand still because they want to try all the flavors available. However, I can't deny that I didn't caused the line to stop either because there were flavors that caught my eye that I wanted to try (white peach and summer melon). It also can get messy with no garbage station around to throw away the test cups or napkins/towels to wipe down the froyo stations. I like the fact they have more then 4 flavors compared to the Oakbrook location and flavors that aren't original ideas, but new ones that gets you thinking, "Oh, I definitely want to try that." As of yesterday they had: original, Madagascar vanilla, pomegranate, white peach, summer melon, mango, Caribbean coconut, and chocolate. Madagascar vanilla is my favorite, but the white peach is a top contender! Also there are more topping options, but fruits and mochi will always be my favorite.

I Love Red Mango... It's so good and this location is super clean and always has friendly staff. When you sign up for their rewards card they email you discounts and give you $5 on your birthday... how cool is that :-) There's a frozen yogurt place in the mall that doesn't even come close to this place.

I have never given a frozen yogurt place a 1 star review. I'm from the west coast so we have tons of frozen yogurt places all over. I was here on a trip so I decided to try it out first of all they only have 5 flavors which suck. second and most important they charge 52 cents an oz which is outrageous by all means. I would never go back here.

I'm not much of a froyo fan because I prefer to eat real ice cream when the occasion presents itself. That said, I actually kinda enjoyed the variety of fresh toppings Red Mango provides. My wife had been wanting to try this place for a while so I finally gave in. The line was about 20 people deep on a hot and humid weekend afternoon, which was expected, but it moved fast. We decided to try the pomegranate and mango flavors of froyo topped with little squares of mochi like chewy deals, fruity pebbles, and a bunch of fresh fruits and berries. This combination reminded me of potbingsoo, a Korean shaved ice treat, without the "pot" (which I don't like anyway). Those of you who have tried potbingsoo probably know exactly what I'm talking about. The different flavors and textures in combination with fresh fruit really hit the spot and refreshed us both on such a sweltering day. Prices are determined by weight and filling up a personal sized cup all the way will VERY quickly get you to the $10 range. A little steep for my liking but then again, the toppings are primo. All in all, I enjoyed the change of pace and liked it a lot more than I expected. If I'm walking around SoW on a steamy summer day, I'd probably make another stop here to try out a different combo. This place is worth a shot for the beginner froyo enthusiast.

Hands down, one of my favorite red mangos! Why? cuz you pay per ounce, and there's a wide (frequently changing) variety of flavors. My fave flavors: White peach, Pomegranate, coconut. My fave toppings: chocolate morsels, strawberry tapioca, strawberry mochi, and raspberries. For the non-believers. the strawberry mochi and strawberry tapioca are a must try. Do not believe people who say "that's gross." Put a side the texture. They have great taste togethers and go good with the flavor yogurt base I usually choose. Anyhow, I'm increasingly addicted to red mango because of their frequent club card (which sometimes I can get 20% off, or free red mango treats...) I have yet to try the hot chocolate. But this location is definitely a necessary pit-stop whenever I"m in the area.

Prior to first visiting Red Mango a year or so ago, my only experience with fro-yo places had been a small shop in a couple malls. I had also been to an awesome self-serve place on the University of Illinois campus, which is where I was first introduced to this concept. Needless to say, when Red Mango popped up, I was pretty excited. I had a great first experience there -- good fro-yo, decent toppings, and just a little pricey. As more self-serve fro-yo places started to pop up in the area with new toppings, lower prices, and better buildings, Red Mango didn't seem that appealing anymore. I stopped in again last week since I was in the area and craving fro-yo. The employees are friendly -- I'll give them that. They were willing to hold my food and wait for me while I ran to my car to get my wallet. Otherwise, I wasn't really impressed. It's very tiny, has a few flavor selections, and only a few toppings (the fruit didn't look that appealing). And still expensive. I ended up not being able to find my wallet, so I couldn't pay for the yogurt (they don't accept checks, which I had). I left sad. I don't think I'll be back, though. If I'm in the area and I'm craving a cool treat, I'll walk over to Jamba Juice.

It costs a dime more than Yogurtland ($.49/oz) but I think it has healthier choices. And, you can make smoothies and parfaits here! I can't get enough of the Pomegranate by POM Wonderful® and White Peach! I wish this place had Mango Fro-Yo but it's not available here either, hrmmm... There are plenty of freshly diced and still refrigerated variety of fruit for toppings to choose from: kiwi, strawberry, Mandarin oranges, blueberry, pineapple, bananas and mango. If you think my preferences are too fruity or healthy, they also offer Madagascar Vanilla, Cake Batter, MIlk Chocolate, Peanut Butter and The Original flavor. They have just as many candy, lychee balls and nuts to pile on top. I don't have to make a special trip to Whole Foods around the corner for a Kombucha when Red Mango sells a variety of Pro-Biotic iced teas and lemonades.

I really like that this place is self serve, but after the customer service I experienced today it'll be hard for me to return. I came in, made my froyo and sat down with a friend to enjoy my deliciousness. Well, after a few bites and moving my fruit pieces around, I found A HAIR in the mango. I went straight to the counter and showed the girl working that there was a hair in my froyo. She looked at me and said "oh. okay. uhm. you can make a new one". Totally rude and her tone made it seem as if she thought I placed the hair there myself. No sorry, no nothing. Totally horrible customer service and not what I expected from a place that I love and visit weekly. On top of all this, after finding a hair in the mangoes, I really question how they prepare the fruits. If I return, I will not be adding fruits and will take it home and add my own.

I like that this location is self serve. They have a wide selection of flavors and a lot of toppings to choose from (they will also slice fresh banana upon request). They do charge based on weight so be careful when loading up on toppings!

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE! My entire family love Red Mango. We go probably twice a month... or more if we have the munchies lol. I love the self serve, the fresh fruits and I love it more because my kids actually eat it. Only thing I would say is a downfall is that there isn't much seating inside, but I guess when it's warmer out we could walk around or sit on the benches. But we're talking about the yogurt here and ittt isss goooooooooooooooood!

Finally, a self-serve frozen yogurt place near the homestead. Granted, it's in Streets of Woodfield, where walking from parking lot to stores can be dangerous (Yeah, I'm talking to you speedsters and soccer moms driving while chatting on cell phones). I'm gad to see the self-serve model. The possibilities are endless! They offer 8 rotating flavors and a myriad of toppings--fruit, nuts and candy. The shop is clean and well-maintained. While I visited, the manager greeted everyone that came in and made sure folks knew you could sample flavors and gave a little instruction on how to get your treats--self serve/add toppings/weigh/then pay. I chose 3 flavors, White peach, Madagascar Vanilla and Coconut. All very true to flavor and no real "yogurt" aftertaste. I topped with fresh mango, fresh strawberry, mochi and the passionfruit tapioca beads. These tapioca beads are a little different from the chewy tapioca pearls in bubble drinks. These beads have little flavor bursts inside. It added a nice dimension of flavor and made my afternoon treat fun! Seating for about 10 inside, but lots of benches outside the store and throughout Streets of Woodfield. RM is a very nice addition to the area!

Red Mango is the place to go in Schaumburg to get your frozen yogurt fix. The biggest issues that makes it just OK revolve around choices. We need more choices. With chocolate and vanilla already a mainstay on the machines, your are essentially now down to just 6 choices, when the competition has more, a lot more. The yogurt itself was average but got very watery quickly. The toppings bar was in order and had enough choices for the even the toughest of critics. For the money it's average to me.

I was not as impressed as everyone else by Red Mango. I've been to a few fro-yo places, and this is not my favorite. They do have unique flavors that I had not seen anywhere else, but there were only 7 or 8 to choose from. I'v been to places that had 12. They do have more toppings as well, and more unique toppings, as well as Ghirardelli chocolate sauces to put on top. You pay by the weight, which is normal, and they have sample cups sitting out, which is nice as well. But that's where the good ends. I didn't think the flavors tasted that great - they all had a lingering tang that made them all taste the same. Even with the toppings it was too tangy. The staff wasn't as helpful as others I have been to either. It's very small with limited seating indoors, although there are benches outside. Overall, I would rather go somewhere else to get frozen yogurt.

Three cheers for yogurt and awesome service. It's hard to give a yogurt place 5 stars, but after my experience at Red Mango last Saturday, I feel it's justified. The yogurt was sweet without being too sugary, and the toppings were neatly maintained. I enjoyed a tart yogurt, with some fruit on top because I was trying to stay healthy.....take that ice cream sundae temptation! A few kids were goofing around and making a mess while their mother was on her phone, oblivious to the way her kids were behaving. The staff was pleasant and respectful, and instead of asking the woman to stop her kids from destroying the toppings station and wise up (which is what I wanted to do) they smiled and remained polite. I know kids are kids, but there is no place for a parent to allow that type of thing to go unchecked in public. I loved the yogurt, customer service, and cleanliness of the store. As far as yogurt goes, this Red Mango location does a great job.

It's no secret I'm a fan of the self-serve FroYo. But not all self-serve is the same. I didn't care for all the fruity flavors that Red Mango offers, but this is where my sister wanted to go and it's not like I'm going to turn my nose up at perfectly edible FroYo. While standing in line, because there was actually a really long line. I saw they had a Banana flavor. OMG I love nana's and I was so about to go B-A-N-A-N-A's. All that excitement was building as I reach the banana tap, I filled my little sample cup with a dollop. What a let down, it had a very distinct tart flavor...BOO. I was hoping for a sweeter flavor like a runts banana or Laffy Taffy banana flavor. So I went with Madagascar Vanilla and Strawberry. They have lots of fresh fruit toppings and gummy/mochi/bobo toppings. I tried the mango bobo beads for the first time, I really liked it. They were like little gummy sacs filled with mango juice that burst in your mouth when you pop them. Not bad, but not my favorite FroYo.

I love sweet and cold desserts... Red mango is just the place I can go to without feeling guilty. It is by the streets of Woodfield. A nice, clean, small little shop. As you walk in, the employees there always greet you and ask if its your first time there. They have all their frozen yogurt machines more to the back of the store and not alot of place to sit and enjoy your yogurt. But there are a few tables and seats available. Every time I've gone here, it is always busy and filled with people. But there are enough machines to get the line moving quickly. I like that there are several flavors to choose from. I tend to get so excited almost like a big kid... and since it is self serve, I tend to mix my frozen yogurt up with different flavors that may taste funny together. They offer small paper cups you can use to try the different flavors. That is a plus for me. Their topping tables, have lots of varieties as well. My favorite is the little "liquid filled bubble balls". I don't even know what they are called. But they are fruit flavored. When you bite into them, they burst in your mouth with different juice flavors. I've been to a few frozen yogurt place and have not seen this kind of toppings. So I do go here just for these little balls. Only negative thing about this is... I get so excited with piling toppings and frozen yogurt into my cup, that when I get up to the register to pay and weighed my dessert, it is pricey. I have paid for a $10 cup of froyo here before. Didn't realize it could weigh so much. But doesn't stop me from going here... give it a try.

First and foremost, this isn't soft serve. This is froyo - as in frozen yogurt. There will be the same tangy flavor that you would expect when you eat yogurt. After reading some of the reviews, I had to make a comment about this because it was amusing to read how some people thought this was soft serve. I have had my share of froyo especially as it has gotten more popular recently. Before, the big trend was bubble tea and now it's froyo. After trying different ones around the area, Red Mango in the Streets of Woodfield offers two things that are unique; self serve and unique toppings. They charge by the ounce rather than the size so you can get as little or as much as you want. They also carry a wider variety of toppings from vanilla syrup to different flavored bobas. Bobas are small balls with flavored liquid inside of them ranging from green tea to strawberry. When you bite into them, the liquid explodes in your mouth. If you are a froyo fan or someone who is interested in trying it for the first time, I would recommend Red Mango at the Streets of Woodfield. You can't beat the price per ounce and the wide variety of toppings and froyo. Sorry, if you want soft serve, go find a TCBY or Dairy Queen.

I love it! The service was good, but not sure why they had like six people working there. I love the self-serve and so did my kids. It was nice that they had sample cups out because we had never had frozen yogurt there before. I also love how it is primarily all natural! What I got: white peach frozen yogurt. With cheesecake bites, mochi, strawberries, raspberry, and other things. The white peach is great because it goes with anything and the toppings all work nicely together. I tried the vanilla but it had a very yogurty taste which I personally do not enjoy. But overall it is great and my new favorite place.

This place is TERRIFIC! The owner has always bent over backwards to be helpful and I have always found the staff to be very nice , also! I don't get the complaints from a few about the yogurt being tangy. OF COURSE IT'S TANGY PEOPLE, IT'S GREEK YOGURT!!!!!! That's what frozen Greek yogurt is...tangy! If you want that yucky sweet stuff, why don't you go to BR or Coldstream and inject sugar into your veins and leave the good stuff to those of us who HATE overly sweet ice cream! I also did not get the comments from people who thought the samples were unsanitary. Are you sticking your tongues under the taps or something? I like this so much I can't eat regular ice cream anymore, it's way too sweet for me. I tried this type of frozen yogurt in Vegas & NYC, and I am SO HAPPY that Red Mango has come to my town(yay!!). So, all you haters need to go elsewhere and maybe the lines will be shorter then!!

If the yogurt and the toppings weren't so great, I would not be coming back. Red Mango has great flavors and I just tried the Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter mix, tastes like Reeses Puffs cereal. No joke. Toppings are always plentiful and fresh- strawberries are the way to go. yum. So now you might wonder why I'm scoring them so low... I give them 2 stars because the scales are rigged! They have 2 scales and 2 cash registers, but they only use the 1st one. Why is that? The scale weighs heavier by at least 1oz! It never fazed me until I was with my friend and he curious to see measure the weight difference. Only then did I realize that the 2nd scale that is never used is 1oz lighter than the first one. I don't know if this is by accident, but it sure does seem peculiar....

I have been going here 7 days in a row, so that should say something. Nice self-serve, healthy desert kind of alternative, and you pay by the weight. You even get to sample if you want. 1 star off- staff could be friendlier, specially since its self serve- they don't need to have a whole lot of customer interaction anyways!

  • Alvina C.

What's not to love about this place? Self-serve, lots of toppings, and they're open late. Mochi and boba balls are my particular favorite toppings--they have a good variety of just these 2 as well! The times I have gone, there have been no lines or if there was a line it moved pretty quick. I love the pomegranate and coconut flavor--but with 8 flavors in total--you can't go wrong. Don't forget to grab a club mango card---so you can accumulate points for more goodies!

Of all the Chicago-burb FroYo places, I love Red Mango the best, but I feel like it's being passed up lately, which is why it's getting 4 stars from me. First of all, the self-serve locations need more machines! It wasn't so much of a problem in the beginning, but now that half of them are the "classic" flavors which are (in my opinion) disgusting flavors like "chocolate milkshake" that cuts the options in half for me. If I wanted ice cream, I'd go to an ice cream shop. I want fresh, fruity, natural FroYo, so I go to Red Mango. How disappointing that you got rid of so many refreshing flavors for "cookie dough." Gross. If you compensated with more machines, I might not notice the sickly-sweet additions, but sadly, this location is limited in space, so there's nowhere to put more machines. And more seating! Especially in the Streets location, close to the movie theater, Game Works, and countless restaurants, the line is often out the door, but there are only like, 4 tables that are so close together you can't move, and they are never bussed, so they're always sticky. Outside there are two benches. There are really no options other than to walk and eat. The price is also MUCH higher at Red Mango than at any of the other FroYo places in the area. I easily pay at least a dollar more at Red Mango for the same thing as I get at YogurtLand, Menchies, and even BerryYo (ick). Still, I love Red Mango because the fruit flavors they DO have are the most natural and refreshing tasting of any place that I've been, and they have the best toppings of any of the shops. But they need some major revamps in their new locations. More machines, more seating, and a new pricing structure. I'm driving farther to get to Red Mango and parking is a nightmare at Streets...so there isn't much bringing me here anymore.

Awesome place. Small but very upscale and decorated. Atmosphere is friendly, upbeat, and makes you feel happy. Paying for the frozen yogurt is based on weight. Unlimited topping choices and yogurt choices. Perfect for those who like to make combinations of yogurt flavors and toppings.

Froyo fix that reminds me of CA. It's a bit of a hike just to get froyo but sometimes you just need that fix. Staff is okay depending on the day. It bothers me that I have been here 3 times and they are always out of Captain Crunch!

  • Roman L.

I Love my froyo and any froyo place I go to I am gonna love because its amazing, but one thing about froyo places its that they don't have bananas as a topping, at least not at the ones I have visited but froyo jpints is always a win win.

The yogurt flavors are all so good! I love it. Just know that it can get a bit pricey when you start adding your toppings. It is based on weight. I don't like that it is self serve. I don't know what germs people have. It's not like you get your own spoon to collect things. Everyone used the same thing for it. Kinda creeps me out a little. That's why I give it tfour stars. That is a major turn off for me. This location is small, so when it gets busy you don't have a lot of places to sit. There are some outside seats too though. Which I love to be at on a hot night. They do have a rewards program, which I didn't know about until I checked out their website. Wish people would have told me sooner!

HUZZAH FOR SELF SERVE IN SCHAUMBURG!! The original flavor used to be my favorite but now I am a devote fan of the POM frozen yogurt. Soooooooo good and refreshing in the summer time! My only grump about this location is that at least 1 of their fruit toppings is a complete failure. Either the strawberries will be cut so small is super slimy and looks awful in the container. Or the mango will not be even close to being ripe and leave a gross film taste in your mouth. BUT, I love the concept of self serve so that I can add a much fruity pebbles as I want and nobody will judge me =) ***bonus because last time I went they were handing out $1 off coupons for your next visit!

YUM YUMMMM!!! I love places like this!!! SELF SERVE frozen yogurt! You pick the flavor(s) of your frozen yogurt and top it with whatever you would like (oreos, chocolate, kiwi, mochi, gummy bears, etc.) It is DELICIOUS! What can go wrong?! NOTHING, because you make it however you want. You pay by the weight of the cup of creation. Mine came out to be $3.99 for a full 5 inch diameter cup. Definitely cheaper than other icecream places. The best part about this whole experience is that, you can SAMPLE the yogurt flavors before making your creation! There is no disappointment. There were about 8 different flavors to choose from. I was able to put 3 different flavors into mine. Mix & Match is the way to go.

The staff is very helpful and very caring about there customers! It's super bright and clean. Always a wide variety of topping too add to your delicious frozen yogurt! Dan is always very helpful every time I visit! I love coming to this location it is the best around!

Delicious :) Glad it is at Streets...more of a reason to not just visit Starbucks & Jamba Juice. Now I got a not so guilty treat to go right along. Only thing I would have liked is labels on the condiments and I do have allergies and want to make sure I am not putting something I am not allowed to have. Heading to the hospital is not fun. Otherwise staff is friendly and I enjoyed the self serve experience.

After I wrote my review- the owner of this Red Mango contacted me. Apologizing for what happened and offered to send us a gift card- so that we could give his place another shot. We have yet to stop back in- however, when we do I will be sure to update my review based on the service we received this time around.

I live to eat frozen yogurt and Red Mango definitely hits the spot! They charge by the weight and sometimes it is hard to not overfill your enormous cup but sorry I do not want to pay $10 every time I go there so I know my limit. Their flavors change every now and then and I am not sure when it does. They should have a flavor list or something so I know what days they have certain flavors. Usually I get original, but lately I been obsessed with their strawberry and banana. Last time I went there (3 days ago) they did not have banana and I was sad, but original still did it for me. I always top with fruits, but if you want a crunchy texture I would recommend Captain Crunch. It sounds weird but it actually is not bad! And don't forget to join the Red Mango Club! You get a $5 for every 500 points (spending $50) and you get $5 on your birthday.

What the? I love this place! The last self serve froyo place I enjoyed was Berry Star in California and this place so reminded me of that experience. Even the layout is virtually identical. The rundown: - choose a size of cup - fill it with your choice of froyo - top it off with whatever which includes an assortment of cereal / fruit / candy / fudge / etc. - pay... Awesome!

AMAZING!!! Self-serve is a brilliant concept and I hope it spreads to the Red Mango locations in my part of the country. I'm in WA, but I first experienced Red Mango at this location in Schaumburg. Original was my favorite flavor, but there are eight or so flavors to choose from. The toppings are fantastic as well - animal cookies, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, cookie dough, sprinkles, and all kinds of fruit. The line was out the door both times I went, and for good reason! If you like to be in charge of your dessert experience, you gotta try Red Mango!

Could it be? Yogurtland style self serve in Schaumburg? Finally! We roll in, and first thing I check out is the price. 49 cents/oz? A little steep but whatever. We were immediately handed taster cups. Now, this place had a decent line, but no worries since this gives you time to ponder at what flavors to try. Dark Chocolate? Dulce de Leche? Ok, why not. Taste and move on. Taste and move on. As with all self serve machines, there is a fine line between trickle mode or full throttle, so be prepared to unintentionally dispense very large tastes and frantically slurp down as quick as you can to have the next taste. By the end, I was already feeling full. Very wierd aftertastes for many of the flavors; my favorites were White Peach, Blueberry, Pomegranate, and Coconut. I think they strategically put the better flavors towards the end of the self serve line. As for toppings, they have a good selection -- including the standard fruits, mochi, and also what appear to be lychee and mango flavored tapioca balls. I did not overfill the smallest cup and it came out to be ~$5.00. If this place wasn't $8 per pound (including cup!), this would be a weekly hangout spot.

First time I went to Red Mango was last week and it was such a cool experience. The frozen yogurt is non fat, gluten free and has probiotics in it. There are 6 different flavors that they let you taste first which is awesome! Then you can get your yogurt in a cup or a smoothie. You can pick as many flavors as you want. Once you get your yogurt, you can pick any toppings you want ranging from cookie dough, twix and peanut butter cups to gummy bears and all sorts of fruits and sauces. Definitely a cool place if you are looking to take someone there on a date or need to cool off with something sweet yet delicious! I would recommend the coconut yogurt or madagascar vanilla! Yummy! The price is reasonable b/c they weigh your cup by the ounce. You'll roughly spend about the same as you would at other ice cream places, but getting to make your own sundae is the best part of the whole experience!!!

Don't misinterpret my less than perfect rating.... I LOVE Red Mango. Prior to the Schaumburg location, the closest one to me was in Oak Brook (well worth the drive). This location is one star short of perfection because the set up is not like the original Red Mango. Instead of having a simple choice of 4 flavors, a couple fresh toppings to choose from, and a friendly person to make your cup of froyo heaven for you, the Schaumburg place is self-serve with 8 flavors (with new ones every Friday) and more toppings than I could count. Granted, we all love having options, but it takes away the simplistic perfection of what Red Mango is. Self-serve never turns out as pretty as when the people there do it for you, and I personally have a problem where I want a little bit of everything, which ends up tasting like...a little bit of everything. The owner was pretty awesome though, very personable. I guess the set-up isn't his fault, so I won't hold that against him. In the end, I guess it's all the same. Just a heads up to expect a different kind of experience at this location.

One of the very very few froyo places that charges by the weight of what you get, and you can get whatever flavor and topping you want!! People were super friendly (just opened), they have a pretty decent selection and it's in a good area. My only complaint is that I wish they were closer to where I lived!

Self Serve... Frozen Yogurt?! yes, please! we found this location on the website and were confused, because we NEVER noticed a Red Mango at The Streets. Of course, we drove right over to check it out. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. They even let us sample some toppings and gave us little cups to try out the 8... yes, EIGHT flavors to choose from =) my onlyyyy slight problem was the mango, it was dry and not ripe yet... I'm not a fan of the dry tart mango. (i'm a mango snob, so what!) hahah. i wish there were a couple tables outside, because we ended up sitting on a bench by legoworld... and we all know there are quite a few obnoxious teenyboppers that frequent Streets of Woodfield... and love to ruin your peaceful after-dinner treat!

Was a fan when they first opened but I went this past weekend and left very unsatisfied. The food area was messy and the employees were playing with cell phones instead of working. EDIT The owner wrote me in regards to my previous review. He went out of his way to make things right. I appreciate that and have upped my rating. It isn't his fault that employees do not listen to rules.

This was my 2nd time going to Red Mango. I went with my dad and my brother, everything was okay...My dad was about half way done with his yogurt and he just wanted a little more marshmallow sauce on the yogurt (after just paying $15), so he asked an employee if he can just put 1 more little squirt on the yogurt and the employee said it was okay. After my dad started walking back to the table a manager walked out from the back and said "YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT!" My dad was like "your other employee said it was okay" The manager said back, "We charge by the ounce!" My dad was like "I just paid $15!" Bottom line, the yogurt here is the most expensive fro-yo spot around. Because of this interaction I know I will never go back and never recommend going here. There are other similar franchises that are less expensive and do better business. Very disappointed.

I enjoy red mango and think the concept is awesome, but this locations execution is not so great. The three workers are just standing around and the line for self serve becomes too long and chaotic considering how long it takes to make a decision with all of the choices they have. If I had it my way the employees could help customers more to speed things along and they should have another topping station. I suggest going to this location during the week to treat yourself to some good frozen yogurt (seasonal pumpkin flavor is really good) this way you will be able to build yourself a great treat and enjoy!

Oh red mango how I love thee!!! Except on the weekend when there's 12,000 people in there trying to get samples UGH I think they should have someone there on sample control because for the folks that wanna get through that it's insanity! But totally worth it they are delicious and work with my diet because most are fat free and around 30 cals an oz!!! The staff is super friendly I ALWAYS TIP THEM the fact that they maintain composure in the midst of a million crazy teens AND are still super friendly with genuine smiles on their faces! Not to mention they have great hours because when I want a treat late night they are there! The only reason I subtract the star is for the above mentioned chaos

My favorite thing about this place is that its open till 11 on weekdays! I love hanging out at the starbucks at the streets of woodfield (the nicest starbucks I've ever seen btw) and its always a nice study break to go get some yummy fro yo across the street. Toppings are plenty and flavors keep changing-I love the red velvet and the cake batter! The staff are really friendly too, even when the line is out the door.

This is our favorite frozen yogurt place. The quality of the yogurt is very good, the consistency soft and creamy, and the flavor just the right kind of sweet. I really like the variety of toppings, especially the fresh fruit and the bursting bobas (my fav!). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The other frozen yogurt places we've been to include Menchie's and Yogurtland. Yogurtland was cheaper, but the yogurt had more of an "ice crystal" consistency. Menchie's yogurt had the flavor of some kind of weird artificial sweetener, kind of reminiscent of a Dannon yogurt cup, and a business model that seemed to rely on a quirky appeal. Even if it is just a tiny bit more expensive I would rather go to Red Mango for quality frozen yogurt.

Ok for frozen yogurt, fresh fruit is nice. The thing that got me is the employees don't get their tips, the manager collects them and adds them to the paychecks. I take a lot of issue with this.

Red Mango has recently become an addiction. I literally crave it, and can't wait until I'm in the area to make a delightfully healthy cup of froyo! This place just opened up last week, and it was a little hidden gem in the cul-de-sac of Streets of Woodfield. It's awesome looking in there with contemporary designs, and super nice employees to help you out your first time. What I love about this place is that it's self serve so you control how little or much you get. I got the Coconut & Pineapple MIXED topped with sprinkled animal crackers, mango, strawberry, mocha bites and BOBA!!! I just recently learned about BOBA, but it's pretty much the best thing in the world. It's basically a soft shell flavored gusher with a burst of deliciousness. I had the mango flavor and would love each handfuls of it at a time =). Ugh I am drooling over the next time I can go over there. The only suggestion I had is to add gummy bears as a topping - hopefully they'll be there on my next visit! This place is most def. 5 stars in my book, and it's healthy so you know you're getting your daily dose of cultures. **EDIT** Red Mango recently added chocolate covered pretzels and gummy bears to the topping selection. It's just another bonus in my book.

All the goodness that comes with all the other Red Mango's that also lets you do the self-serve thing! I think it is actually cheaper when you pick your own toppings and pour your own fro-yo.

The manager at Red Mango contacted me and let me know that they in fact do have a mango flavor, but they rotate flavors. Now that's good customer support! I really like this place and I've come across new flavors every time I went in for a cuppa fro yo! My recent favorite, melon...mmmm

I must say my experience here was not good. My friend and I came here on a sat. night, so it was expected that the line was going to be long. We waited for about 20 minutes with the line extending out the door. The store itself is very small and cramped. They gave around 8 different flavors of yogurt and then a station in which you can choose different toppings to go on top of your yogurt. While we were standing in line there came in a group of 4 people around 50 years old cutting the line using sample cups to taste all the different types of yogurt. The problem was that they kept on refilling their used sample cups after they slithered their tongue around the cup onto their fingers. Then they would use their fingers to cut the yogurt off from the dispenser onto their cup. They were holding up the line and displaying unsanitary practices. Their intentions were not to buy the yogurt, just to get free yogurt because they left soon after. I couldn't believe these old adults acting juvenile. Hesitant on wanting my yogurt, we finally reached the topping station. There was 2 flies resting on the toppings. Flies were bound to make their way onto the food because the door was propped open for the incoming people. After we paid, we ate the yogurt with an uneasy feeling. The yogurt had the potential of being good, but the experience ruined it. If I had not witnessed this, I probably would have came back in the near future.

These places seem to be popping up all over the place. Serve yourself yoghurt with dozens of serve yourself toppings. Its a lot of fun if you have kids. If you are not interested in filling your cup with candies and other whatnots then try the yoghurt by itself. I tasted them all and they are really good.

A coworker recomended this place to me, so I decided to give me a try. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted & asked if I had been there before- I hadn't so he gave me a quick explaination. Choose your cup, choose any flavors & toppings you want & it's all by weight. Pretty simple. & he was nice enough to give us 3 sample cups to try out the flavors. I liked alll of them. They have an awesome selection of toppings, fresh fruit, fruity pebbles, granola, etc. It was great I was like a little kid couldn't decide what to put on it. It ended up being $12 for 3 of us. But again it's all by weight. Will be back again!

Love frozen yogurt! and it's self serve, which is great! They always have different flavors when I come in and plenty of toppings (I wish they would label them). The flavors are a little tart compared to forever yogurt but regardless still yummy and refreshing. I am so glad they are at Streets of Woodfield.

I was in the mood for Ice cream so I wasn't satisfied when I left because I am not a fan of the sour flavor to the yogurt.. that is just a preference of mine though. I love the self serve concept and flavor choices/samples. You get to put on your own toppings and make your own tasty treat. Management was especially nice as well. give it a try it ight just be your thing.

This yogurt was great! I have been to many other yogurt places and i feel that this was probably the best. They have a lot of healthy choices but then also some candy for kids. It was great. I had never been here before so when I walked in the girl at the register asked me If I had been to a Red Mango before and then proceeded to hand me sample cups and walk me through the process. It was very nice and I then wasn't confused at all on what to do. She was also very nice because I had many questions about the popping boba bubbles. She explained to me what they were and even let me try some to see if i liked them. No other yogurt places ever do that! (yogurtland) When i was there, there was another girl mopping and another young man filling the toppings up. For a Friday night the place was surprisingly clean. At the end they even put a top on my yogurt and put it in a bag for me with a spoon and napkin. It was great and I will definitely be coming back with my friends soon. I was surprised to read all the other negative comment because it was the exact opposite of what I experienced. I advise everyone to enjoy this dessert!
