Despite what others think.. I love Panda Express! A two entree with chow mein and double orange chicken is my regular.. I visit Panda everytime I am in the States with one nearby! The Woodfield Mall location never disappoints, very good customer service.. Was offered samples of any entree.. Orange chicken is always fresh as this location is quite busy.

I love Panda Express! Their food is delicious (especially the Orange Chicken). However - this specific locations has so many issues. Considering its in a popular, busy mall, why is nothing being done to change the management here? - Every single time I go to this location: The tables are dirty. You can't find anywhere to sit without always having to clean it up yourself. & their garbage cans are always overflowing. I'm not exaggerating the word 'always'. I go to Panda for the food but I can already expect a nasty dining area. - The employees always seem stressed. Probably due to the very long lines. This place needs more employees. & BETTER MANAGEMENT. - One time there were a couple of teenagers serving food. They looked very stressed. And on top of that, rude to the customers. And they ran out of food so early. -I love my white fresh steamed rice. Stop reheating it in the oven, microwave or whatever you use. It makes it very hard. You cant even chew it. It's like eating it raw. I usually like to put positive reviews but I love my Panda & I wish this place could get a superhero to the rescue.

The good thing about this place is they give you a lot of food. The bad thing is that the Beijing beef and Bacon Chicken was rubbery. I didn't even finish it and I wasn't mad, just disappointed. I give an extra star because it has been decent in the past.

I don't know what all the hype is about when people are always wanting to go to Panda. I mean, sure I will eat there. It's fine. But it's never something I crave. If you are gonna eat there you should probably try the pepper chicken and the sweet fire chicken. Both on the "spicy" side, but obviously very different. I always get fried rice, but whenever I go to a fast food place that has noodles or rice....I go rice. I just realized my last trip that they have this little sauce holder with like 4 different sauces you can try...I will have to check that out next time and do some taste testing. They also have HUGE drink cups, if you need a giant movie size drink. And of course, you always get a fortune cookie :)

I love panda express orange chicken, kung pao beef, and sunfire chicken. A good thing about panda express if you have a receipt from being here before if you take the short survey you can get a free entree with the purchase of two entrees. You can make it healthy and eat it with white rice. Whatever you do its delicious for a fast food Chinese restaurant.

Wow this place sucks! I never write reviews but when I do it's when I'm truly dissatisfied. I came here on the 4th of July around 6pm an hour before they closed and they had nothing ready! No noodles, no kung pao chicken and no other kinda of foods other than orange chicken and some other type of chicken. The 2 cooks were straight up morons saying don't listen to the girl up front. Then the chick up front just kept getting flustered and it was just 2 of us ordering food then they got busy and customers left because they didnt have any food ready. I should've left because all the food was cold and there was no ice in the pop machine. We had to scoop it out of a bucket. Never again will I go here. The only worker that seemed to enjoy her job was the girl sweeping and cleaning the dining area. Everyone else just sucked.

I'm a dork and I love Panda Express. I accept it for what it is and enjoy the food greatly. This location is a good option for me while at Woodfield as they have a little bit of seating or I can just take it and go. I've only had good experiences with the employees here and the food is the Panda Express yum to me.

Visiting this location is hit or miss. Sometimes there is no line, other times you are waiting for a long time just to get some chicken. This last time there was no line, but that also meant the food had been sitting for a little bit and therefore not as tasty. I was able to get my food and sit down and eat pretty quick which was good considering I was on my lunch break. I ordered the Sweet Fire Chicken, Broccoli Beef, and the Cream Cheese Ragoons. The service is pretty good, yet not sincere. You can tell that what they say is scripted or required. The condition of the dining area was pretty bad. There were only 3 other groups of patrons there and yet all the tables needed a good wipe down and sweeping. All in all 3 stars for the fact that I got my food quick this time and it was ok tasting. I've had better experiences here in the past and I am sure I will again in the near future.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
