I used to come here all the time back in the day :-) like 5 years ago. I recently stopped in a few days ago to get the chicken teriyaki sandwich (i add bbq sauce to mine) and crazy enough 5 years later it's still great. I would say this is a place you want to go to when you don't mine splurging on your diet. I do like the fact that their food is fresh and they cook it on the grill right in front of you. I haven't tried a lot of the items on their menu, but the chicken sandwiches are really good. Enjoy!

The only thing that keeps them at two stars instead of one is their kind employee, Steven. I walked up midday, midweek to grab a quick lunch. I needed to be at Woodfield and I was short on time, but hungry. When I walked up, Steven made polite small talk, took my order and pretty much made my day. Until I ate my food... Let's start with my Sierra Mist that I sipped once I got in the car. Yuck! The syrup had long since ran out and it was not at all what I was expecting. The fries. They were a combo of limp and hard as a rock. And completely over salted. It seems I got a mix of old and semi-new-undercooked. Weird and not edible. My chicken teriyaki sandwich. The sauce was okay. The chicken is not the quality I remember from precious visits to Great Steak & Potato locations. The onions weren't cooked enough. Overall, it was a rough visit and I don't see any reason to do that trick again.

Avoid this chain if possible. Their food's lack of genuine flavor is insurmountable yet they attempt to mask this fact with way too much salt. This in itself may not come as a surprise as fast food chains have been doing that for years but you can realistically tell that the ingredients here are of poor quality. Imagine high school cafeteria quality. Furthermore, to make matters worse, their prices aren't exactly fast food cheap either. For what you'd pay here for a meal, you could go to elsewhere in the mall for a much more satisfying meal. I think the icing on this disaster of a cake is that their sandwich portions are small albeit I'll give it to them that their serving of fries is generous. To top it all off further their seating environment isn't even clean and is dimly lit. I felt so disgusted with the amount of grease I ate here that I vowed never to return. What once was a decent chain circa 2007, is now a dump.

Food was prepared fast, right in front of me. Watching the chef was very entertaining. The service of the cashier was phenomenal and the food was excellent. Highly recommend. Anything I needed, they helped with (I'm socially inept)

Good for a quick lunch, I have eaten there a bunch of times with no complaints or problems. It is nice to have them in the area because finding a decent cheese steak in NW suburbs is a lot harder to find than you would think.
