The ice cream was standard. The service was standard. The price of my cone was not. $3 for a standard soft serve cone?!?!?!?! Talk about highway robbery!!! Go to McDonald's and save yourself $2.

Give me a break. If you don't want to work here then just quit, do something to get fired, or don't show up. It was obvious that when Ashley and I walked into this BR that the guy behind the counter wanted nothing to do with us. It was Sunday morning around 11:30am, and Ashley had a little craving for some ice cream. I wasn't really in the mood, but when you are looking at all the flavors, you get in the mood quickly. I asked to sample the chocolate peanut butter. Without even acknowledging that I asked him something, he grabbed a little pink spoon and gave me the smallest sample ever. He might as well have just rubbed the spoon against the ice cream. Ashley ordered a 1 scoop cone of cookie dough. He literally gave her 1 scoop. He made no effort to pack the ice cream into the cone like every other ice cream shop employee in the United States does. He then gave us a couple napkins. Ashley told me "those napkins are dirty." I flipped them over and there was brown something all over them. C'mon. The cone was stale too. This was a horrible ice cream experience, and that is really hard to do (have a bad ice cream experience). I will NOT BE BACK...NEVER EVER EVER EVER....thanks T Swift.

Oh my gosh. If you only knew how serious I take my ice cream... Sunday morning at the mall and I needed a sweet treat. Stopped in at 31 flavors...more like 31 ways to ruin one of my favorite things. The ice cream cone was stale, the guy working there decided that he didn't want to put enough ice cream on it to fill the base of the cone and then to top it all off, I asked for an ice water(we did just pay for something) and his response was "we sell bottled water". Ok, noted and thanks for the dirty napkins ya jerk! Horrible customer service, and the ice cream wasn't even that good. Sad day.

First!!!! Lets start with service here.... and lets get something straight while were at it.... 9 people behind a counter is ridiculous if only one of them is actually working. Had to get my milkshake redone 2 times because it was like water... and I needs that shake to be nice and thick like it should be. They don't have any napkins available to give to customers unless you ask for it.. and....... i saw her restock the spoons and a few fell on the floor. It doesn't end there though....... she picked them up and place them in the bucket where the other ones were.... C'mon!!!!!
