Ok, so the time before last they delivered in record time. This weekend, not so much. My boyfriend and I were in a very lazy mood Saturday, so lazy we couldn't even get up to get food. So, we called JJ's. Ordered our usuals, Turkey Tom and the Gargantuan and patiently waited....and waited....and waited. I actually even took a shower while waiting and they still weren't there when I got out. About 45 minutes after I ordered I got a phone call..."Hi ma'am this is _______ from JJ's, I apologize for the delay, we had an emergency at the store, one of our drivers was in an accident and we had to double up on deliveries, I'll be there in less than 8 minutes, again I apologize, I'll see you soon." I was really impressed that this guy thought to call. It didn't make my food get there any sooner, but it was a really nice gesture. When he got to my house, it was the same delivery guy that always delivers to me, which is nice, he knows we order from them alot and he apologized again. This was the only time that it took longer than 15-20 minutes, so I'll let it slide. Plus the sandwiches and the pickle were AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hmmm maybe JJ's for lunch.....already thinking of lunch and it's only 7:40am, it must be MONDAY! Oy!

My roommate and I order from Jimmy Johns quite a bit whether we need to satisfy the cravings at work or slacking on the couch! I am Little disappointed at the last service I had last night! First off it took over a half hour for the jimmy johns to arrive or shall i say this time over a half hour plus a walk across the complex to meet the delivery man. When I called to see if I can maybe help guide the driver because I saw a jimmy johns driver that looked lost circling around, i got horrible attitude from a guy named Patrick. I was trying to be helpful by no means being an angry woman in desire need for food. I was polite I feel Patrick got Little offended when I asked for his name and the managers name. After I requested this info and said a polite thank you -- he said "yea.." and hung up the phone! I stepped outside my building to try to see if the jimmy johns man will circle back so I walked around. Finally I found the man after he called me seeming a bit confused as to where my home was directly located even though we order once a week if not more. (yea my roommate and her bf have quite the cravings sometimes, plus we have always had a pleasurable experience). If the driver was new I would of completely understood. Anyways back on track- I met up with the lost driver and my pop was spilled all over the cup. He handed it to me and asked me to sign- no apology no greet no nothing just to sign. Because I am the type of person that still tips because i was a waitress i did- I got back to my apartment and not only was pop spilled all over dripping on my hand but it was flat! Whoever in fact made the sandwich just did a phenomenal job- as for the customer service and the lack of respect from employees I would say horrible. I mean so many people are struggling for employment willing to bust there behind at a job making less then they were because the economy is so bad- they hire kids with the lack of what a job is... I think Jimmy Johns needs to start cracking down and realize that many people enjoy their sandwiches but in order for them to keep ordering from them they need to crack a whip on their employees attitude's ON JIMMY JOHNS WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its a Jimmy John's...not much else to say. The staff is friendly and they do make quick subs. As far as the quality of the subs, I really think that Jersey Mike's does a better job with fresher meats and cheese. The location is always clean and quick to serve. They always have all the chips and cookies well stocked.

I order online, wait to get my email confirmation that my order was received, I wait about 5 minutes and then walk to pick it up. Most of the time its right there waiting for me. Perfect for my lunch break at work. This particular location is clean, the employees are friendly and I always get my sandwich just how I ordered it and like it. Good job you guys!

Terrible customer service. They made the skimpiest sandwich I've ever had at at Jimmy John's. When I asked about the fact that there was one drop of avocado on my veggie sandwich, they refused to give me any more unless I paid extra. Will only go to the Euclid and Quentin location from now on!

Ordered catering for 15 sandwiches for pick up because we only 2 minutes outside of their pathetic little deliver zone. Jimmy John's suggested that we leave mayo and mustard on the side. When I picked up the order they forgot to give me my mayo and mustard. I called them when I got back and they would not deliver the mayo and mustard that THEY forgot. Ryan, the assistant manager was not apologetic and only offered me a cookie for my trouble and only if I came in. I am not happy with the way they handled this situation and the management should be ashamed of themselves.

I generally find Jimmy John's to be a pleasant experience - definitely NOT the case at this location. Firstly, this is the messiest, sloppiest sandwich I've ever eaten, likely in part because it was created by some of the worst staff I've come across. Mistakes happen - orders get confused, messed up, etc., - but when you're the customer, paying for what you think you ordered, never should an employee go out of their way to let you know you are wrong, especially in a forceful and condescending tone. Just totally unacceptable. If you're looking for JJs, I highly suggest driving an extra meal to AVOID THIS LOCATION!

When theres something loud, grumblin in your stomach....who ya gonna call? Jimmy Johns! I aint 'fraid of no hunger. But I was 'fraid of the size of the Gargantuan. Its the perfect sandwich....enormous. My girlfriend got the Turkey Tom on wheat with giardiniera. What a wonderful little sandwich that was! She adds yellow mustard too which gives it a little more zing. They are as advertised. We phoned in the order and about 8 minutes the delivery guy was there. It would've been better if he was the guy who is on the radio who talks really fast. I always try to have a conversation with the radio when those commercials come on. I can't keep up. Ashley also had the salt and vinegar chips which I thought were wayyyyy too vinegary. But they had a nice crunch so I took a couple when she wasnt looking. The sandwiches I rotate between are the Bootleggers Club, Beach Club, Vito, Garg, and Turkey Tom. All are delicious. JJ's has the best bread!
