This is the best to go option that we see for my family in Chinese options around:always fresh, piping hot and great customer service! we come here every week religiously and will never get bored of it!

NO FOOD! The reason I only gave this restaurant 2 stars is not the food or the chain itself but this particular panda is terrible about keeping food stocked. Everytime I go there they are out of at least 3 dishes, some of them ones I wanted to purchase. Just today I went in and they had no fried rice! My advise, go to the one in eastland mall if you want fresh, stocked food! Don't let this location ruin your panda experience :)

In the past I've had issues with Panda Express. I had always loved the Mandarin Chicken, but then they dropped it for the grilled Teriyaki chicken, which just comes up short in comparison. The largest issue, beyond the difference in flavor, is that it is never prepared when I go there. I have heard that they are completely out, they don't have any thawed, or it will be a 10 minute wait. On this particular visit we walked in to be greeted by an expanse of empty dishes. There weren't many patrons in the restaurant at that time, and apparently the crew was readying to shut down despite it only being 8pm. There was a worker using a wok full of water and a pole scrubber to scrub the stainless steel walls of the cool area. It looked odd, but I'll trust is sanitary. My wife ordered orange chicken with fried rice, and I ordered orange chicken and teriyaki chicken with white rice. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait for the teriyaki chicken and 8 minute wait in the orange chicken. I said that was fine, we paid, and took a seat. More customers started coming in, with all largely being told they'd have a wait. The gentleman that had come in directly after us was offered a complimentary drink for his wait. No such offer had been made to us. That gentleman got his order and left. Another 13 people came in, placed their orders, got their food, and were on their way, some with free drinks, some without. I watched as the food we ordered came up and was served to others as our foam boxes sat there waiting to be filled. Finally, after more than 25 minutes, a staff member brought our food. I had to ask for sauce for my teriyaki chicken. It's unfortunate that they can't maintain performance levels. I enjoy the food, but their service needs improvement.

Panda Express is usually a pretty consistent meal. I can expect my food to be of good quality, proper portions, and quick service. Today's visit was slightly off, because they were out of plates, and out of foods as well (which was odd because it was lunch time on a Sunday). Overall it was still pretty consistent, and next time I hope it's a little better.

Really great place! I really like going here. They always have some new things to try! The employees are always very polite! The location is always very clean. The fountain machine is always very clean.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
