Awful service. We ordered 5 beers, two of them delivered were the wrong beer. Now for apps!....or not? Ordered two apps and received neither because the waitress said "the computer system screwed up." Yeah, I don't think so. Food took almost a half hour to get out. Wings were fine, they were on par from what I had before. I was shocked at the absentminded service. Table next to us was full of garbage when we arrived, and remained piled with garbage when we left an hour later. Not hygenic.

While the service has maintained an average score despite two different carryout orders missing a burger... I can't say the same for the quality of the food. Bout to slide to a two.

Overall this is one of the nicer Buffalo wild wings I have went to something about it just feels homey the service is usually friendly and decently fast food is always fresh

I'll give this two stars simply for the TVs. The food is all frozen and not prepared in-house. I was served frozen appetizers once and it was embarrassing. The staff is usually slow. The wings aren't even that good. The environment is either obnoxious or extremely annoying. You get the same experience at every BWW, just a typical corporate run place with nothing original.

Good wings and pretty waitresses, lots of TVs. BWW is always busy at night so I suggest going there for lunch so you won't have to wait. A lot of different sauce options for your chicken wings from very mild to blazing hot and other flavors too.

You can't go wrong with wings. If you like spicy wings try the Asian zing. The honey BBQ is always good. Don't go on football days, you can't hear yourself shout. Also try putting your favorite wing sauce on your burger.
