Oh my gosh so good! I might not be the best person to write a review because I'm kinda boring and I always get the same thing, (a chicken schwarma pita with the garlic sauce and house chips) but it's so good! I get cravings for schwarma every once in a while and it's dangerous this place opened up so close to my house because it really hits the spot. I'm not a Mediterranean food expert but I've had it at a few different places and this seems to be pretty legit, very nice for a chain restaurant. There's seating inside, it's served immediately to you though like Chipotle or a Subway so you just bring the food to a table. They sell the hummus and the baba ghanoush and a few other things in sealed packaging so you can take it home and enjoy it over many days! The staff has been very friendly and helpful, like I said I'm no expert so they've been informative about what to get and that's appreciated.

This is boring Mediterranean food served up Chipolte style. It lacks any real flavor, character or depth, like Chipolte. Coincidentally, they are next to a Chipolte. I like the chicken Schwarma in a pita with hummus. It's fast, relatively inexpensive and available in a pinch. It's still bland and the only thing that makes it remotely interesting is the hot sauce. The falafel is like cardboard and I award that one star. I can make better falafel with my ninja and you are all well aware of my aversion to cooking. I am leaving two stars because it just isn't very interesting. Roti and Pita Inn are a little more flavorful and therefore deserve higher marks. Run to your closest competitor.

This is my 3rd Naf Naf location to visit and while not great, the food is a decent option over a burger or hot dog. Even Chipotle needs a break once in a while in the lunch mix. The food is ok, but I recommend staying with the chicken pita. The one thing that really bugs me about all the locations is that they are not clear about what condiments are free and which are extra. The guy in front of me was loading up on almost everything and then was shocked when they rang him up for like a $15 bowl. No one said a word to him as he was making selections. Chipotle tells you every single time before dropping that spoon of guac that it's extra. I will leave the chain in the mix, but don't see myself in one more than once a month.

Naf Naf is a great chain. Their Skokie/Niles location is different than this one. This one is more of a Chipotle-style Mediterranean restaurant. The food is delicious for a cheap price. Great, healthier fast-food option.

The Chipolte of Middle Eastern food, this place serves reliable chicken and steak shwarma and salad bowls. Tasty, healthy, fast, clean and fairly priced. A good choice for eating out, a welcome option to the neighborhood.

One of my fav fast casual places is now around the corner and they served up the tasty chicken shwarma rice bowl that I'm such as fan of on par with other locations. Fresh, warm pita bread with flavorful chicken, rice, and veggies with tahini and hot sauce in a bowl rocked. This location is a bit smaller than others I've been to and the food and service was spot on.

Chipotle feeling atmosphere. Ordered chicken with hummus on a pita good flavor and kind of on the expensive side. If two pitas came for the $8 they charge I feel more people would come here and eat for lunch. Overall I felt this place was very convenient for lunch as a grab and go meal. Food : 5 stars Price : 3 stars (Still needs more items & adjustments) Atmosphere: 5 stars.

This is nice fast tasty option for lunch. Middle Eastern staples, served fresh. Chicken Shawarma rice bowls are good, can recommend it. One of the better fast casual options.

Service sucks! There's 5 people working and there was a wait on the falafel, And the restaurant was not that busy. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes before my order was taken even though there was only one a couple ahead of me that hadn't placed their order. When I placed my order and chose what I wanted on my salad, the employee was not even listening to what I wanted and wrapped up my salad without even adding the sauces. When I asked him to put the sauces on the salad he thought I was asking him for more without even realizing that my salad was completely empty. When I went to pay the cashier had no idea how to charge me and I'm pretty sure she didn't know how to speak English. If the other employee had not corrected her, they would have charged me more then what I had bought.

They should call this place Naf Naf Express or something to indicate that they do not have the full Naf Naf Grill menu. I was looking forward to a chicken thigh plate, but they do not have chicken thigh and they do not have plates. I settled for chicken shwarma in a pita. It was very good, but not what I had a taste for. My daughter's falafel was very good, crispy even. The place was clean and the employees were friendly.

Food is great, options are great. Anyone familiar with the chain is familiar with the quality of food. I've been a long time fan of Pita Inn and this place is a very close 2nd in my opinion, if not better in some areas (Pita Bread is amazing). My only issue with this location is the people behind the counter. Not sure if its the owners them self or hired help- but they tend to be very keen on not putting too much meat in the bowl...they try to skimp out where they can. They also put the rice that fell off on the counter back in the bin and or in your food. Not very sanitary or polite in my opinion.

Simply, wow! This place is a new favorite of mine. I got the salad bowl with chicken shwarma, and Im in love. Clean, fresh, and very tasty food. Healthy, yet incredibly filling. I had some for lunch and will be stopping by on the way home for dinner.

Tried it for the first time. It was delicious. Had veggie feast and let me tell you I am going there again soon.

New restaurant in neighborhood. Parking can be difficult. The fries are more like fried chip shavings-not the traditional fries...they were just ok.

Eating as I type... The taste of the shawarma is definitely identical to those I've eaten in Middle East countries. The pita bread is AWESOME! Soft, fluffy, and won't tear apart when stuffed and eaten. Compared to its rival, Pita Inn, the pita bread is much better. Menu-wise, Naf Naf has a simpler menu... basic shawarma (chicken or beef) which you can have in a pita or bowl. Pita Inn has the edge on variety - lamb kabobs, shish kabob tenderloin, salads, appetizers. However, for the price and taste, Naf Naf is great. If you're in for a Mediterranean/Middle East kick, come here for lunch and go to Pita Inn for dinner.

Been looking forward to this place coming in, but naf naf on touhy is SO much better. The way they make the sandwiches blows this one out of the water.

Great food and great service, this location for some reason is a bit better than the others. One time the worker did goof up on my order but was fully willing to fix the issue, highly recommended their falafel!
