This review is for the filthy gross bathrooms that look like they haven't been cleaned in years. No toilet paper, filthy toilets, no paper towels, paper all over the filthy floor. This is the women's bathroom, can't speak for the mens. I'm glad I ate my lunch first before going to the restroom. Tables in the restaurant are not wiped off, so you have to search for a clean table. And in addition the manager is on her phone on a personal phone call while serving the food not even paying attention to the customer. The turkey is delicious along with the green bean casserole and corn. In fact all sides looked delicious. This restaurant needs to clean up and the workers seem like their from another world, totally spaced out. Good luck finding a clean table to eat at.

Price is very nice here with the meal for three, Chicken, cornbread, and your choice of any three sides. Food is good. Service pretty quick, since there wasn't many people in line on a Sun @ 730pm.. Definitely would visit again.

Not the best location for this chain. Service is very slow and the counter servers are some of the dumbest I've ever encountered.

We really like Boston Market. The stand by family meal for 4 is our favorite. I don't think of this as fast food. I think of this as good food. We like the Turkey Meal. Mashed potatoes and gravy. Green beans. Bread. Mac 'n cheese. They have so many selections. So many healthy choices. The restaurant is always clean. The service is always fast. The chicken is great. The brownies or apple pie is great. We usually take it home to eat.

BM probably benefits from living at the busy corner of Waukegan and Lake. I was in here most recently for that counterpunch (to KFC) promotion for a chicken meal for $1. It comes with mashed potatoes and cornbread. Can we say the price is right??! The food is a little greasy for my liking. But there's something about that corn that I really like... it's probably slathered in tons of butter. Surprise, surprise. The staff was uber prepared for the throngs of people flowing through to take 'em up on the $1 meal. Kudos!

Love that chicken from BoMar! Half chicken meal is a great deal as you can split it into 2 meals. Mashed potatoes taste homemade and the creamed spinach is great! I am a little bummed they changed the recipe for the cornbread but it is still pretty good just not as dense as before. Overall, a great healthy (if you make good choices) option for lunch or dinner!
