Let me start with HOT SANDWICHES.... breakfast, lunch and dinner. Extra spicy peppers please. I have had breakfast and dinner here, very impressed and so good, the also have giant pickles, fresh cookies and milkshakes. Yes there are healthy options and they list their calories. Can we please bring one of these to Kansas/Missouri???

I've never been a fan of Potbelly in general it doesn't matter the location they all are the same when it comes to quality, service and cleanliness (atmosphere). When I lived in the city it was the same thing. As for the comments I'll keep to my glorious visit to the Geneva location 1. Dirty...very dirty. Where I was sitting in a booth there was garbage and crumbs in nooks and crannies and all over the floor. And just to top it off the tables are extra sticky for your pleasure. 2. Customer service is horrible. Instead of cleaning the restaurant more of the associates were socializing...with thier friends coming in or to each other. 3. The bathroom is disgusting. Nothing further. 4. The quality of the sandwich is Ok nothing to write home about...these are sandwiches I can make at home. In a cleaner enviornement. 5. Did I mention how dirty the place is.... I would pass on this location there are better options nearby to go to.

Potbelly has the best sandwiches. Hands down! Every lunch meat is hand sliced and as fresh as it gets besides eating a live cow or pig. A lot of people complain that the fresh bread is to hard. It is not to hard, it is just crispy on top because they toast all of their sandwiches in a real, old fashioned sandwich oven.( unlike jimmy john's or subway where you are basically eating playdoh) Their chili is also the BEST chili i have ever had. It doesn't get much better than this in terms of sandwiches. I announce potbelly as the most underrated restaurant of all time.

The girl adding the toppings should learn to read correctly. Not once but twice she made the order wrong. The person answering phone orders should actually write down the order as they've repeated it.

I would really like to Thank Vennessa and her crew at Potbellys. I use them a couple times a month to cater luncheon in our plant for customers. The food is always fantastic & the prestentation and the quailty of food is great. And make sure to include the fresh baked cookies!

As far as sandwiches go, my top pick. Really good bread, the cookies are pretty awesome as well.

We stopped into this Potbelly's on Saturday (10/3/09) and had no idea that they now do salads. My mom & dad had the Italian salads which were greens topped with cut up meats that they use on their normal Italian Sub sandwiches. They had the buttermilk ranch dressing and were happy bunnies. MK had the 'wreck' and I the regular Italian. What does lack is a wider selection for kids. We did get the PB&J for Aidan but it comes on normal sub-sandwich bread, which he wasn't too hot about. He was expecting regular bread. Agree that they are missing the free-refill angle for soda, but nonetheless, everyone in our party left happy

When will we get a branch of potbellys in the Sandwich motherland of the UK? Excellent value for money for large freshly made sandwiches. The A Rack comes recommended.

I like Potbelly, but one time I found a bug in my sandwich and it kind of grossed me out. I think it just flew in there, it wasn't a roach or anything, but I wish the help would have seen it before wrapping up my sandwich. I kind of don't like that most of the sandwiches are the same price. The pizza sub is just like sauce, a couple slices of peperoni, and cheese (not very much of it at that) on bread and it was the same price as my bf's meaty sandwich. I don't want to feel like I have to get something I don't really want because it is a better value. Tasty though and fast

Gave potbelly 4 stars because they serve the most excellent malts you will find anyway. Sandwiches are all what you would expect at a sub shop ...good quality, laid back atmosphere and great malts!
