Every Main Street needs a cheap diner, and Fiona's is that place in E'ville, now open 24/7. I went with a large group, we were seated quickly, and we found the service to be fast and friendly. For about three bucks, I had two eggs over easy, hash browns, and rye toast. My wife added sausage to her order, and the plate was less than $5. My only serious complaint was the coffee. The first cup had a bitter, paper filter taste that you might expect if you warmed up yesterday's coffee. Each successive cup tasted the same. Maybe it was made with stale grounds from a long opened can. Even by cheap coffee standards, this was bad.

I love getting the salads from Fiona's. The breakfast skillet is good too. I recommend you speak up if you prefer something a certain way. Don't expect them to read your mind. My mom has been disappointed with the senior meals. The pork meal she had looked gross. I'm giving 4 stars because the salads are great and are less than $8.00. That salad at 54th would be $14. I like to support the local business.

Walk another block to Sgt. Peppers Cafe and eat their instead. Fiona's is probably the worst breakfast food I have ever had. I went there only to visit a friend and the food was memorable for all the wrong reasons. I had your typical pancakes with bacon and eggs and everything about the plate was cheap. The pancakes tasted as if they were microwaved and the bacon and eggs were at best spongy. An airplane breakfast would have been an upgrade in quality. I believe Fiona's is now out of business. If you are looking for a good breakfast/lunch diner that is easy on your wallet, I would recommend trying Sgt. Peppers Cafe.

normally get breakfast, can't really ask for much more once you walk through the door in my opinion. it is always difficult to find a halfway decent place that serves breakfast food 24/7. this is always a fail-safe option when we are in the mood or the bigger plans fall through Fionas is always there for us, and that is why i give it 3 stars.

I went to Fiona's only because Sacred Grounds was closed and I was hungry. It's been a few months, and I don't remember what I ordered; frankly, none of it was memorable. The waitress hardly paid any attention to our table, and I'm sure I could've cooked a better breakfast myself for much cheaper. Rarely do I eat at a restaurant and wish I'd stayed at home, but unfortunately, that was the case for Fiona's.

There are several of these types of restaurants in the area, some with the same name. All are run by immigrants from former Soviet Block countries. I applaud them for trying to make a living but they all seem to follow a formula similar to Chinese food restaurants. Virtually identical restaurants, no signature dishes, cheap comfort foods and fairly large servings. Quality is not very high. OK for breakfast (if you like the traditional bacon/eggs/sausage/pancakes) but I wouldn't recommend them for much else. Similar to Red Apple restaurants in nearby towns.

We did a bike ride and thought this would be a nice place to sit outside and have lunch. They have 4 tables and enough chairs to fit a group of 8 to 10 people. The server was quick to take our order, bring our drinks and we got our food without incident. I wish they had alcohol, I like a Bloody Mary in the morning. Service good, food okay, outside seating a bonus.

Great burgers! But the place from the inside can look better. Food is amazing though! Great for dinner/lunch

Flavorless overly priced meek looking diner food. The one and only employee I saw the entire time was friendly and very attentive. Don't go for the food, you'll be wasting your time.

My husband and I visit Fiona's constantly for breakfast. The service is always excellent and the prices are cheap! If we wanted expensive, foo foo breakfast entrees, we'd go elsewhere. But we never do, so Fiona's is always there to deliver that local, small town appeal we love.

Incredibly rude staff, we called to order dinner tonight and I after asking the 2 questions "What salad dressings do you have?" and "What are you soups today?", after the 2nd question the person on the phone replied "Look lady its dinner time and we are busy.". Needless to say we won't be adding to their stress of being busy tonight or any other night in the foreseeable future.

Please, please please! Cook the hash browns. They are hash whites. Brown is part of the name. They have to be cooked to become brown. Update: tried breakfast here this week. They still don't get it. Cook the damn hash browns! Meh at best. If I want cheap diner breakfast I'll go to Sgt Peppers.
