I waited until the restaurant had re-opened after the remodeling. Stopped Saturday night and was completely disappointed. They were out of onion rings and the burgers were alright just not worth $ 10.00 for 2 whoppers.

I thought since the remodel, they might have gotten faster. I've been through the drive-thru twice since they opened back up, and both times they were abysmally slow. This morning, I sat in line for fifteen minutes before even getting to the speaker (and there were not that many cars ahead of me). By the time I finally got to the speaker to order, they told me they weren't serving breakfast anymore. I got in line in PLENTY of time to have ordered breakfast. I love their breakfast, but it's not worth the wait.

Yesterday we had the worst BK experience ever! The parking lot was falling apart. Then, after we placed our order and waited at least 7 minutes for several cars ahead of us to get their orders, we noticed that the side of the building was filthy. Filthy! Dried spit and old gum, and the drive up window was horrible too. Meanwhile, we had called the manager to report the conditions while we waited. She listened to our horror story, then said that the building is scheduled for remodeling. That's all. WHAT??!! We should have exited the line at that moment, but we had ordered and got our food anyway. The Big King burgers were dry, squished, and we both get sick from them later, even after throwing out more than half of the sandwiches. We would absolutely NEVER go back to this place!

Can I give zero stars? This is the worse Burger King on the planet. I'm not a regular fast food eater but do like a whopper once in a while. I went back to this place after six months. It has gotten worse. The patties seemed to be cooked hours ago. The lettuce was ancient. I threw the tomato away. It also took forever. The parent company should revoke this franchise.

At about 10:45am or so today, August 11, 2014, I entered this Burger King for a meal. Once I paid for my $8 and change meal, I was told that I could not get my receipt due to "issues". I asked the cashier if I can get my meal for free DUE to THEIR policy. (there's a sticker on the registered saying "if no receipt is given at time of purchase, your meal is on us!") She said no because it's a technical issue? I was baffled so I walked away towards the restroom. Right before I reached the door to the restroom a lady spoke to me and said hello, along with a gentleman she was sitting with. Both of them had laptops and by her saying hello so very nicely, I assumed they were managers or so. I calmly walked over to them and asked if they were employees of BK. The lady said "yes, my name is Brenda. I am the district manager". Great!! Perfect person I wanted to speak to. I reiterated to Brenda, the district manager, the receipt story. Brenda's response was so robotic and so diplomatic. Brenda stated that since it wasn't an intentional way if not giving me the receipt that it really didn't apply. The sticker on the register is there to "protect the people", as Brenda put it so nicely. I asked "who are the people to whom you are referring to?" Brenda said "the staff and our guests". I guess customers are considered "guests". How sweet. I TRULLY didn't buy this perspective. Policy is policy. Don't place rules/policy in place and then not KEEP YOUR WORD and make it a "discretional" call. It's plain DAMN bullshit Brenda! I'm sorry, I said damn. You dislike the word damn. I digress. This is just another well trained 30 year experience district manager feeding me damn horseshit! You are CLEARLY a corporate employee (you got away from the topic and started talking about "it's about people") and yes it is about your margins for you DM's and above. Read Steve Jobs, Apple CEO, that has passed away but was clearly an innovator in customer service and applications if their products. He knew how to run a corporation to appease both, the employees and "guests ". Brenda, your "eloquent speech" was well rehearsed and vanilla. You are just like the MAJORITY of managers and I was wrong about you being "the exception and not the rule". What ever happened to "customers are right sometimes"?

It took 20 mins to go through about 5 cars in front of me. How is this a fast food place? I love whoppers and crave it time to time but this is sad how slow their drive thru service is.

This place is terrible. As mentioned previously the building is disgusting and I feel dirty even walking in there and the parking lot is a catastrophe that has me always worried I'd damage my car. I think it's sad that when I walk in I get faster service then the drive thru, which I don't think I've ever gone through without waiting at least seven minutes, usually longer. How do they keep their customers?

Nasty!!!! They gave us another cars food and insisted we give it back. My friend told the girl that she had not only stuck her hand in there, but bit into one of the Nuggets. The lady heard her, but still gave the bag with the bitten nugget to the other car. Never going there again.
