Ever since they put a drive-thru window in, the service and quality has gone way down hill. Every time (which could be up to 3 times a week) I go in to get breakfast and coffee... they are ALWAYS out of what I want so then I have to settle for something I didn't really want and end up overpaying for something I could have made at home. The coffee has been out the past several times, it's like the staff doesn't make something new until it is completely out. I waited 10 minutes for coffee yesterday. The staff is sometimes rude and unprofessional. Today I started a YELP account just so that I can warn others of this location and what happened to me today was the last straw! I was in a hurry, I got to the drive-thru window to place an order and said: "I would like a medium roast coffee with half and half and a raw packet of sugar please", she repeated my order and told me to pull ahead for my total. Once I got to the window to pay, the gentleman ASKED ME what I had ordered... umm, did I not just place an order at the previous window??? I was confused so I repeated my order and come to find out once I got to work... it was just a plain coffee and it did not have anything in it. HORRIBLE. For all this trouble, I will take the extra time at home and make my own thank you. They just lost a loyal customer.

Great location! Food was great, service was great! Had a tuna sandwich that was delicious and well served on the veggies part too. We ate outside and there were servers looking to pick up, which was nice at it kept things clean. Thank you! :)

This review is for Panera Bread I had the Kale chicken caesar salad with the lemon chicken orzo soup. This was one of their newer items. The soup was delicious, it hits the spot. The salad was lettuce and kale mixed with grilled chicken and some tasty type of croutons but better. They also have a good vegetarian sandwich, but my all time favorite is bacon turkey bravo. I can't wait to go back for that lemon soup...sooooo gooood!

This Panera is often out of common foods. I have seen it out of cheddar broccoli soup, croutons, ice and soda. Never know if I'm going to get what I want when coming. Besides this, it's your average panera.

Though the food is just like every other Panera on planet Earth, the wireless internet is absolutely dreadful. If you're planning on needing the Internet definitely look somewhere else.

We stopped on Memorial day in the 88* F heat. With 2 dogs we sat outside to keep and eye on the open car going in one at time to order. Service was fast and delcious with plenty of seating outside in the shade. We(I) sat and enjoyed food (pick two) with a green tea while checking in online~I still have a dumb phone and kindle fire. As we were finishing a manager stopped to chat, nice guy, took our dishes inside for us so we could get back on the road. Nice lunch stop while driving from Cincinnati to MN. Consistant with all of the other Panera's I've been to. I wish the turkey artichoke paninni was still on the menu!!!

My wife and I think this is the best Panera we have found. We visit weekly and the place is always clean and the food is hot. The staff is helpful and friendly. We have been to the upscale Paneras from Analaska to Tucson and in between. The loaded baked Potato soup and the new Lemon Chicken Orzo soups are excellent. Sandwiches are decent, pastries are mediocre at best. Breads are quite good, especially the Asiago ones. Good bagels also. BTW, we rate restaurants on the food, not the wifi.

It is just like any other Panera. I got a broth bowl and thought it was good. I was eating in, but was not given a buzzer, so I had to go up to check to see if they were calling my name.

I don't know why I don't go to Panera Bread more often. I hope all PB's are like this location. I opted to not go with fast food, although the service here is very fast and got a Mediterranean veggie sandwich. I was expecting, as many vegeterian options are, that the sandwich was not going to be flavorful or just bland. Boy was I wrong! It was so delicious. The handmade bread was just soft enough where the sandwich didn't fall apart and thick enough to where the sauce/dressing didn't make the break all soggy. The sandwich had just the right bit of spice with the zesty peppers and jalapeño hummus but still held true to Mediteranean food with a cool down of feta cheese, cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cilantro. The portion was sufficient to fill me up. Since I got the combo I got a bakery item for 99 cents. Omg the cinnamon roll was soooo good. Being a novice to PB, I found the cashier to be quite helpful helping in find vegetarian options and explaining what came with each option. I have had the bagels before, so I grabbed a few to munch on in the morning with hazelnut cream cheese. I'm glad PB was right across the street from my hotel. I went back a 2nd night and got the mozz/tomato panini. ERMAGERD!!!! And this location has a drive thru.

I used to really love Panera because it seemed like more of a "big city" type of food (at least in terms of sandwiches) than the strictly plane-Jane deli type sandwiches everyone offers (think Subway or any place where the sandwich is half lettuce). However, the quality and value seem to have gone down lately. I really can't justify spending $7.50 on a Frontega Chicken panini that has what appears to have maybe 2.5 ounces of chicken on it, oh - with 4 very thin slices of tomatoes and cheese. This has happened the last two times I've been there. Also, they took the Cuban sandwich off the menu which was my absolute favorite. Guess I'll have to try out the new deli place in the old Baker's Square location on N. Veterans. Oh - and one time I went through the drive through to place my order - when I got to the window they acted like who was I?! They said it sounded like my order was a prank so they ignored it!...maybe they need better speakers?...or better staff. Just not impressed these days.

We have been here several times on road trips. I would say the food at this Panera is slightly above average compared to the many other Panera Bread restaurants I have been to. I usually get the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and the one here always seems to have fresher ingredients. The service is average. The atmosphere is bright, well-lit and more inviting than many other locations, and it is very clean.

They close at 9 but where out of some of their most popular items at 7:30. Can you say "Hello Jason's Deli"

I try to avoid corporate places but a friend insisted we go here. This is a nice looking place as I am sure all Paneras are and the turkey sop was fantastic. The dark roast walnut coffee was great too in this far out of the way Paneras bread in Bloomington. However I can have the same experience in countless other Paneras bread locations throughout the Chicagoland location.

Panera Bread is worth going just for bagels alone, but they have so much more. They have so many baked goods worth trying, a few examples would be their cherry pastry, blueberry scones, and apple torts. They amazing breakfast sandwiches and bread bowl soups. What I don't go there for is sandwich bread for they no longer do they sell marbled rye or pumpernickel for sandwiches.

Not coming back for the coffee, if I am in a hurry and if I walk in. Waited several minutes in line(?) with only 1 person in front of me ordering 50 million bagels. There were 6 other workers running around with their heads cut off. Eventually I ordered a large coffee and a cinnamon roll. I was given a paper coffee cup and my roll. Then I go over to the coffee urns and theres ANOTHER line up of other folks refilling THEIR coffee cups. I wait again. The coffee urn from which I was filling my cup RAN OUT OF COFFEE half way through. I just added more from another flavor coffee urn - I didn't have a lot of time. This just sucks.. The coffee tastes crappy because I mixed it. And to think I waited for this. I'm not going back for awhile - especially for coffee.

Road-trip fare doesn't have to be terribly unhealthy. Yes, drive-thru food usually equates to a sitting-for-way-too-long-under-the-warming-lamps burger, but guess what? This Panera has a drive-thru. Though it's not "right off" the interstate, I was actually in hot pursuit of a few CDs to enhance my boring (big yawn) drive from Chicago to St. Louis. I came up empty at neighboring Best Buy, but at least I stumbled upon this Panera! One large coffee and a Sierra Turkey sandwich later, I was revitalized and ready to attack the rain-pelted highway. I'm still loving the Asiago cheese focaccia after all these years. What can I say - I'm from St. Louis, where Panera was originally born as St. Louis Bread Company. Nothing beats this chain for quick, reliable and somewhat healthy eats on the run.

I dig the artisan bread. I've had a few of their sandwiches too really good. I drive in Bloomington so I eat whatever I want. I probally haven't eatin here as much would like to of but sometimes I eat on the run and grab what is convenient.

Parking at this location is always a nightmare. Some of the staff is very nice and friendly, some of the staff is rude and slow. Food is standard Panera fare.

I needed to stop and use my computer to get a hotel reservation; saw this Panera and turned in. Good location just off Veteran' s Parkway, clean and friendly, fast service here. I had my usual sandwich/salad combo, got my online business done and got back on the road. Thanks to Panera for being a reliable stop in most places I travel.
