I have lived about 5 minutes away from Grove Street Bakery for the past 2 and half years. I am disappointed it took me this long to discover this place. My preferred baked goods are usually items like cookies or brownies. I saw delicious looking selection of cookies and brownies but my eyes were drawn to a cinnamon roll. It had this amazing looking caramel glaze on top of it. I am not really a fan of caramel but I had a good feeling about it. My intuition was right because it was awesome. I was surprised how inexpensive the prices are. Two cinnamon rolls and a loaf of bread was slightly under 5 dollars. I will definitely be frequenting this place more often.

This place is very popular in Bloomington so I'm surprised there aren't more reviews. I haven't had much experience with Grove Street Bakery but I have eaten a lot of their cookies and I am a huge fan. I don't really like cookies but I tried their frosted sugar cookies once and am glad I did - they're fantastic. I had to bring a gift to be auctioned recently and Grove Street allowed me to buy a gift certificate for a couple dozen cookies without putting a price on the certificate, which is nice because it's awkward to auction something that has a price on it. They do not accept credit or debit, so make sure to bring cash.

Best iced sugar cookies and chocolate frosted cake donuts to be found! They also have great coffee cakes for only five bucks. Very friendly as well. Great bakery!

They have the best iced sugar cookies in town! We like to come here just for these cookies. The service has always been polite and the owner seems friendly enough. But these iced sugar cookies are to die for!

In my opinion, this place has the best sugar cookies in town! When we moved to town, one of our neighbors brought a box of the grove street sugar cookies to our house and we fell in love instantaneously! I go there on occasion for the treats, usually when we have guests in town!

If you don't know about Grove Street Bakery, I'll let you in on the BloNo secret....this place is the shit!!!! Amazing pastries, coffee cakes, cookies...you can't go wrong. Find it, eat it, enjoy!

A friend from work brought me one of her favorites cookies from there, and I must say it was very good! It was a sugar cookie, and it was one of the better ones Ive had in awhile. I will definitely be going there on my own one day.

This place is awesome! Delicious bakery treats, lots of drinks, and it's super cheap! they only take cash...and there is nowhere to sit and eat. But it's my favorite bakery in town for sure.
