Most of the staff is great! I came to study for finals and I looked "so focused" that they didn't want to bother me to tell me they were closed... They let me stay an extra 30-45 mins until I realized they were closing. Very nice, great service and very clean. I'm giving it 4 stars because sometimes getting a pour over seems like I have to pull their teeth out. "Well we have it in the dripper" ok but I'd like a pour over please....

Date night with my wife. We've chosen to visit a bookstore, something we do as a treat when we get a night out. The bookstore has a Starbucks. Great a little coffee to brighten the evening. Since it is a coffee shop, one would expect coffee to be hot and ready, but it seems that once again my expectations are too high. Not the end of the world, of course, but definitely disappointing. They have coffee. But I had to wait. Where did caribou coffee go? I always liked them.

My issue with Starbucks as a whole is that they continue to reduce the space for people to sit and are moving to more of a get your drink and get out model....This location is no different - you can buy a ton of stuff you don't need but you better not want to sit. On the plus side, they are very nice here and always make the drinks perfectly.

One of my favorite locations. The barristas are pretty fantastic and cheery no matter what time of day I walk in. There isn't a lot of seating, so if you need to use a power cord, good luck to you with that.

I stopped by yesterday to get my "free refill" mug filed. I don't know how many mugs/cups these people fill up, but you have to leave some room at the top or when you screw the lid on, coffee goes all over the sides and the counter! It's not rocket science. My helper was very friendly and knew it would overflow (she had a towel ready), but didn't seem to be bothered by it. Of course, she wouldn't have it leaking all over her and her car! The interior of this place is nice, it doesn't stink like other Starbucks I've been to and there's plenty of parking. If I didn't want my mug filled up, I would probably like them better!

It's a Starbucks... The staff is friendly and will have you drink down within a week if you go regularly enough. Decent amount of room to hang out in front and some nice comfy chairs near the bathrooms.

I used to frequent this Starbucks almost daily after I went to the gym and stopped going there because of the customer service. The early morning employees were rarely smiling, and often times would complain about things (both work and life) while you were sitting there waiting for your coffee. They always acted like that was the last place they wanted to be, and it showed. Also, if your drink doesn't taste right, you should always be able to tell them. The one time I actually did tell them, I got dirty looks and sighs. I did not care for this at all, and that was the last visit there. Being a daily customer for a long period of time, I also thought it was strange that they never remembered what I drank in the morning. I went there for probably 6 months, nearly every day - and not one time did they remember. The Starbucks both on Lake Street in Hanover Park (used to go everyday), and the one on Main Street in Roselle (now go to), always remembered. Short Review - if you're going to fork out the money to go to Starbucks, you don't want to deal with crabby employees.

They always mess up my order!!! I order the same thing all the time, tall cappucino, and every coffee drinker knows, if it's too heavy it basically is a latte =[ womp womp. So now i go to the one on North Avenue and they do a much better job.

I used to love Starbucks.... but after a while I knew there prices were pretty steep and every Starbucks I visited seems to have their own prices. I mean 50 cents for a shot of hazlenut on top of the price you are already charging me. Give me a break. I am now buying my coffee in the morning at 7 Eleven and believe it or not. It is much healthier.

My initial experience a year or two ago was like Kim M's, but this Starbucks has improved a lot. The staff is friendlier, the service is better and my drinks taste better. I'm definitely a fan and will be a loyal customer.

My friend has turned into a Starbucks snob and I could not get her to go to Chocoberry Cafe for her caffeine fix, so we came here. Sorry Choco, I will try and trick her next time. This Starbucks didn't have a drive-thru, so she had to make an appearance in public wearing, what basically is, her pajamas. We arrived late morning and there were no lines. The cashier happily greeted us and offered recommendations. We already knew what we wanted and received our $3.50 tall Mocha Frappucinos within minutes. They offer free internet through ATT, effective this year, to compete with McDonald's.

This Starbucks, in my opinion has the best baristas! I've come early morning, late night, midday and have always had an amazing experience! I drive out of my way to visit this location. The people matter, and they are amazing here, and I always show with a generous tip! Not to mention my drinks always come out perfect!
