I frequently stop at this Starbucks. Today & ordered an iced drink and within 30 minutes the milk was chunky. I took some pictures and took it back a few hours later. The barista was very apologetic and offered me a free drink to replace it and also upgraded my drink size. She was very polite and friendly and customer minded. Great place.

Kind of disappointed in this one lately. All of my favorite employees are gone and the new ones are not nearly as energetic or friendly.

Drive thru is atrocious (service-wise). Holy smokes--20+ minutes at 3:30 (well, 4p) for a hot chocolate is not acceptable. You know expect a wait when there are 5-6 car in front of you; you do not expect the attendant to being shooting the shtick with the car in front of your for 4-5 minutes while their drinks are not even started. When it was my turn, after the long wait, he is filling the cup holders as my drink is waiting...WTF. lukewarm at best when asked for extra-hot. oh well. As they looking out the drive thru window, the "barista" working there said, "West Chicago is close, why don't they go there?" Ok, I will--they never have the wait this long for the same # of cars and they are genuine and hard working.

Drive thru for convenience. Nice roomy store with plenty of seating and even a very large table.

We hit this Starbucks probably 4 times a week and it's one of the better locations in my opinion. Almost all of the baristas are pleasant and some really friendly. Only one guy with a beard who has the personality of a gnat. If I'm dropping $25 at a coffee shop and tipping you, maybe a thank you would be nice as you're throwing the bag at me. But beside the bearded rude one, I can say that they get you through the line pretty quickly most of the time and the orders are rarely wrong. I also have noticed that they're friendlier (except beard-boy) here than at most other SBUX, and they appreciate the tips more than at others. I would give five stars, but beard boy stole the fifth.

I've been to this location numerous times and every single time it is the slowest service I have ever received anywhere. Not only did I stand in line for over 10 minutes (and it wasn't busy at all), but it also took very long for my drink to be made and the cream and sugar supply was extremely low.

The service here has really gone down hill. At off peak hours, the drive through has a bunch of cars in it - I went inside and saw three baristas over by the window doing nothing. Inside the line is long also and drinks take forever to get made. The only starbucks I have only had my drink made wildly incorrectly at least 3 times, is this one. A few of the baristas have really bad attitudes when you tell them they made a mistake (and a huge one at that). They are not nice to everyone. You can tell certain ones have their favorite customers and they will converse for 5 minutes with them while you stand in line, but then barely say hello when it is your turn. As another reviewer posted she was told by staff there, West Chicago is close, why not go there? Excellent idea.

It's a Starbucks, if you've been to one you know what to expect, they're all the same. The reason I'm rating this one though, is because going through the drive through is special. There's always this one chick ( I think she works at the hair salon) who always stands in back by where you order and loudly fights with her boyfriend on the phone. It's awkward and entertaining, and never lets me down.

A few friends and I occasionally meet for dinner on Saturday nights and then like to play board games afterwards. We mulled over potential locations to play and decided to try this Starbucks. Note that we bring our own board games since I'm pretty sure Starbucks doesn't have games available here for their patrons. I like this location on Route 59 and Army Trail Road. It's a little out of the way from the major shopping areas, so it doesn't seem to attract large crowds. Right inside the main entry is a large set of "study tables" which serves well for playing board games. These tables are far enough away from the individual spaces and "comfy" chairs on the other side of the shop, so we didn't appear to bother anyone during our play. After staking out our territory at the tables, my friends and I order our favorite beverages. Though not a coffee drinker (gasp!), I still have plenty of options to suit me. Aside from a fair tea selection, I recently discovered a tasty hot apple cider with whipped cream and caramel. Sorry, I don't remember the official name of the cider drink. Oh, and since I'm not a frequent Starbucks visitor I still order "Small, Medium or Large" beverages. Apologies to the baristas (or whatever you call yourselves) for not using the correct size terminology: "Grande, Venti, Trenta" / "Veni, Vidi, Vici" or whatever it is? Nonetheless, thanks for not calling me out when I order a "Regular size" drink like a common pedestrian or when I point and ask, "What size is that?" Bonus points when I visit this location on a weekend and run into a Bartlett friend or two who I don't get to see very often. Note: Eastbound on Army Trail Road just past Route 59, the left lane sometimes gets backed up with drivers who want to turn left into the Starbucks parking lot or drive thru lane (but the westbound traffic blocks the driveway entrance). If you're not going to Starbucks, move immediately to the right lane to avoid the congestion. If you are going to Starbucks, consider driving north instead on Route 59 past the intersection and use the right-turn driveway entrance by the gymnastics place to get to Starbucks, thereby avoiding the creation of a traffic backup situation yourself.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in west suburbs because they have great Baristas here and awesome out door seating . Although the senary is nothing great you can sit outside most of time. They will always give you extra whip here also and its just a nice vibe ..

The baristas here could use some retraining. There's a couple of people who know what they're doing, otherwise they just seems to be distracted. It seems the further I get from here the better the drinks are made. Sad, but true. Luckily they will remake the drink til it's right.

Starbucks is as Starbucks as does. What can I say? I've never had an order issue or service problem. The baristas are friendly and let you do your own thing is you find yourself hanging around for a while. They know the difference between a skinny and a non-fat latte so that's always helpful! I would come here again, the lot is sometimes hard to get into just because of it being off of 59, and in a sort of awkward spot. It's a big-ish Sbucks so it can allow for more people, and this seems to be a popular spot. I'll definitely be back!

Have you ever tried to make polite conversation with a salesperson and been rebuffed and humiliated? Happened to me tonight by Tyie ( an unfriendly, bearded fellow) who was the customer representative of this Starbucks today. He was immediately dismissive and couldn't even look me in the eye! Something must have had his panties in a bind but DO NOT take it out on the customers! I should have just pulled away but I had promised my daughter a Starbucks treat. If he were my employee and someone posted a review like this online I would fire him immediately!

It's nice here, and it's in a scenic location. The baristas here are very friendly. I am frequently greeted by James.

Walked in this morning. Two hotties behind the counter gave me a free coffee for being a Blackhawks fan and saying please when I ordered. They really made my day awesome.

Just a quick note. They've gotten sloppy at this location. It seems to be the mid-week evening staff. They try to hand me drippy cups because they overfilled them. The one day they wiped it off with napkins and left sticky napkin chunks on the outside of my son's drink cup. Another time, after I complained and had a sticky hand, they dropped his drink into a second cup. It's wasteful and annoying. I'm the driver. I don't need a sticky hand. Thank you for listening. Rant complete.

Love! The baristas here are attentive and super friendly. I usually go through the drive thru at this location strictly because I am usually in a hurry. I've been there when there is quite a long line, and I can honestly say they are excellent at getting through the busy rush and getting my drink right! If I ever do go inside, the baristas inside are just as friendly. The atmosphere is extremely inviting and comfortable for grabbing coffee with a friend or working on personal projects. Extremely clean and up to date. I go to starbucks very often, and this is by far my favorite. Cheers!

This Starbucks enjoys blasting their music, especially in the evening. I love my music as much as the next person, but the reason I come to Starbucks is to utilize the relaxed atmosphere most coffee shops have. I have studied at countless Starbucks locations (both suburbs and city) throughout high school, college, and so on - and I have never experienced such obnoxiously loud music that logically results in customers practically shouting to have a conversation. If you want to party while you work, just move the speakers somewhere closer to your counter and further away from the side of the store with all of the tables - where no one can hear themselves think.. or talk. Thanks.
