My must have before work everyday. Venti Iced Green Tea unsweetened...my fave. The staff is super nice at this location and the drive-thru is pretty efficient. The only downside is when cars in the drive-thru don't leave room for people to get past and back up traffic onto NW Highway during morning rush hour.

I feel like it deserves more stars, because there's nothing wrong with it, I've just never been blown away by a Starbucks. It's a Starbucks. They've always been kind and courteous to me, and I received my order promptly - and correct. They even put up with me even though I'm not sure how to order it correctly - Nonfat, light ice, Iced Chai Tea Latte? Nonfat Iced Chai Tea Latte, Light ice? I have no idea. I will say that I prefer the regular Chai Tea to the Oprah/Teavana Chai. While the Oprah Chai was described as being "more cinnamony," I disagree... it's just... bleh. Everyone I know who has compared prefers regular Chai. Also, I do like their breakfast sandwiches.

These guys were super friendly and awesome. When my pumpkin chai tea latte was too sweet they steamed some extra milk for me. They also gave me a glass of water! Super clean and nice! I really like this location! And yes I am using their free wireless to write this review on my phone right now!

I think this Starbucks is great. It has a very convenient drive thru window which I really appreciate. My order has never been wrong and the service is always adequate, even when they are super busy. I was really happy when this location came in and I still frequent it even though I live in Chicago most of the time.

I have been coming to this Starbucks now for a long while and all I can say is that this is one of the best establishments that this company has by far. People are so friendly and always corteous, they understand the value of customer service and do their job with a smile despite the busy hours in the morning. Still compering Starbucks locations for best coffee and friendly stuff. Always ordering same thing which is tall bold coffee. This location its not my favorite. Coffee is not strong enough but people very friendly and nice.

Let's see I am here 2 times a day, Venti Non Fat No Whip Mocha, always made perfectly and the staff recognizes me in the drive thru, so friendly & personable. i can't go through my day without my Stabucks fix!

I would like to like this location and I've given it a serious try but they need to do some fixin'. I decided to give the store a shot and went each day for a week to see if I had formed an unfair opinion of them too soon. Four times out of 5 they got my order wrong (2 via drive-thru, 2 via walk-in). I thought it might be the same person and that they just needed retraining, but this is not the case. There is one woman there, almost daily in the mornings during the weekdays who is just awful. I mean awful in that she is rude to all of the customers, is actually cranky towards them, and I have seen people walk out without ordering because they have been so turned off by how she has treated or mistreated customers before them. I don't know if she's a manager or an hourly employee. She's older with short dark hair. I am not a Starbucks fan, in fact, I much prefer going to Cook Street Coffee Shop (on the corner of Cook and Station), but they have decent products. I would rather go to the other Starbucks in Barrington, on Hough at Station from now on. They seem to nicer. The mistakes in orders could be easily corrected with retraining by management but that woman is so bad she needs to be cut. Examples of what she has said to customers (and never in a nice tone): I don't know where your order is; it's not my fault your order was messed up; I don't care. I stood there waiting for my order once and watched five people walk out because of her once. Another time someone walked out because they were upset that they heard her swearing after a customer left (in reference to said customer). "I don't care?" (I'm just glad she didn't say this one to me.) I will say that most of the rest of the staff is very friendly. Even if they make mistakes on orders frequently. I have a feeling that this has to do with management and training and could be fixed easily. That's the only reason I'm including a second star because I feel sorry for the rest of the staff who has to work for or with this woman. The District Manager needs to get in here fast to fix this store. And frankly, get rid of her, because you can't correct bad behavior at that level. I will add that the store is kept clean, and the drinks and food are made well when the order is processed correctly. I would love to see this store improve drastically; until then I will go to Cook Street Coffee Shop or elsewhere.

Been here several times, it's right near my vet. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. They have an outdoor death area right by their parking lot and the U.S. Highway. But they do have one! The indoor seating area feels a bit crowded to me, all but one of the table are for two. There are only two cushy leather chairs. That being said, this place seems to mostly do a huge drive thru biz. I've never seen the seating area full. Just know it's not the place to come and hang with a group of more than 4. To finish--really nice staff. Service with a smile.
