Our African American delivery guy was awesome!!!! My 13 year old pug ran outside for food and he was super nice and was petting her! She's blind and deaf so I appreciated the compassion :)! I couldn't find a survey to fill out for rosatis so I hope this gets back to aurora rosatis management! Plus the food is awesome!

Love the pizza, pick up time is accurate and fast, very friendly staff...they often except past coupons or throw in a free pop. There is nothing fancy about eating inside except the flat screen TVs...this could be updated however it is a local pizza place and I'm going there for there pizza!

Out of all the pizza restaurants here in town, this one is always my family's top choice. For the longest time it was just the usual pepperoni and green pepper for me, then I started to experiment. I ordered italian beef on my pizza(the sandwich here is pretty good but portillos is better) and have been ordering that ever since. When you order for carryout or delivery you almost always get coupons to use on future orders. The staff is always very friendly as well.

Great thin crust Pizza here. This place is just around the corner from my house and easy to pick up a pie on the way home. Good deals here too as you can get a free 12" cheese pizza on Sunday when you buy an 18". I have never eaten in the restaurant because It is so close.

I'll be honest, I've had some bad pizza from other Rosati's before so I was on the fence about ordering from here. I had just moved into the neighborhood and we were hungry. Really hungry. So I gave it the good ole college try, minus the beer and munchies. I have found my go to pizza place for thin crust pizza. I really like their sausage pizza too. It's not too spicy, but others might feel it's bland. For me it was perfect. Pasta? Fuhgetaboutit. Not a fan at all. I had the spaghetti. It was still watery and the sauce was not very good. I've had their Fried Ravioli which is ok. Both times it seems they were overcooked. The fried mushrooms were good the first time, but watery the second time. They have stuffed breadsticks which are pretty decent if you're looking for some extra carbs. I should add that I have only had delivery from them. It is extremely fast, but sometimes I wonder if the fried mushrooms would be better if I dined in. Also, they have lots of coupons so I'm always getting something off or for free. Kudos to them for reeling me in that way.

I walked in the door and was filled with unpleasant looks from employers. I just wanted 1 slice of pizza. I got one slice of sausage with added green peppers. The cashier wasn't happy at all and was extremely short with me and my buddy. They're charging way too much for just a slice & they lack customer care. I ate off a crappy paper plate. And the pizza was as hard as cardboard. Im kinda new to the Chicago scene and this wasn't w pleasant Chicago experience. Flys going everywhere. Stale / hard pizza. That's greasy. I will never return and give them my service

Food as always is very good, I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of this location trash on the floor just didn't have the come and eat here vibe. People that work here are nice. Would have loved to give a better rating but you know cleanliness is next to Godliness, didn't even attempt to use the bathroom could only imagine, the ceiling vents are coated in dust....

If I could give a negative star I would, Service was TERRIBLE!!! I mean just plain unacceptable, I wanted no olive's on a specialty pizza, just on the side. The manager Sam refused and said that corporate prevented him from doing so. I asked him for the number for corporate and he said he didn't know it. HOW ARE YOU A MANAGER AND YOU DON'T KNOW WHO YOUR BOSS IS??????????????? Then I said fine can I just get the pizza without olives and order a side of olives, he said he isn't taking anymore orders and I'm not worth the trouble. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?

Great go to family night order out pizza place! Great value on toppings...great crust!! Big chief beef sandwich has ample portions of beef and cheese, a little dry but i always order it!! Wish restaurants would stop using salt and find tastier ways to add flavor..could use some side a jus and grilled onions! In general, Wish the sauce was homemade!! Has a commercial taste so the pasta is just ok!

Good pie indeed. I'm partial to the spinach, but I've never been disappointed with the meat topings. The thin crust is a little thick for my taste, but I'm fussy that way. These guys have the best nearby delivery pizza outlet.

So the last two times I've had problems with this FRANCHISE and I'm DONE with this location. The first time the pizza was cold and I called and all they offered me was 25% off my next order. That's a joke. The second, and last time, was we ordered a salad asked for creamy garlic dressing, which is on their menu and they sent Italian. When I called to complain they said they don't have the garlic so they substituted it. Didn't bother calling and asking or anything. He had a bad attitude so I told him I'd be ordering from the other location and he got rude. Horrible customer service! If you can, order from a different location. This owner is very rude!! Hope he goes broke! Rosaties should take away their franchise!

Rosati's seems to get lost in the mix in the over-abundance of pizza chain restraurants in this city. But guess what, mofos? It's actually good. It's not spectacular. But if you had a choice between Dominios, Papa Johns, or Rosati's, it's Rosati's FTW. All day, baby. Unless you're willing to sacrifice quality to save a few bucks. Then you'd probably go with one of the former two options. This location is walking distance from my sister's crib, so I've had it a few times. The last time, I chose to try one of their "specialty" pizzas: The Valentino. On it, it had Italian beef, sausage, onions and tomato. It was the first time I've ever had Italian beef on anything other than a bun. The verdict? Really good stoner food. Not that I'd know. To sum it up in Layman's terms, Rosati's is better than a lot of places. But there are a lot of places better than Rosati's. Hence the 3 banger. Bon voyage.

Not impressed with this rosatis. I love double dough pizza and this place has the worst. The crust is nothing like what double dough is supposed to be. This also includes their pizza by the slice, it's basically big slices of double dough. I have had rosatis at other locations and would have to say I never had a problem with their pizza. Not sure what's up with this location. I live so close to here but I will never go back here again. Old town pizza on R59 has awesome double dough pizza and that's where I go from now on. The reason for the 2 stars is because their thin crust pizza is ok I guess.

The fried chicken and rib combo was really good! We also ordered meatball sandwich which was very good except next time I will have to ask for mozzarella cheese on it! They told me 1 he for delivery but it actually came in 45 minutes:) the delivery guy friendly and nice! I will be back again!!

This place is bad news. Rude employees and the manager is even worse! After canceling my pizza order (a minute after placing it), I got a call back from the manager informing me that I must come and pay for the pizza. I don't appreciate being threatened over a pizza. I don't want to give my business to this place....regardless of how many times he calls and tries to force me. As it turns out, it's my right.
