I guess in a way it's good that this particular Popeye's sucks so much...it helps keep from getting fatter - ha! I should start by saying I LOVE Popeye's food. It's probably my favorite fast food ever. There is nothing really wrong with this one's food, it's the service - HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I think every time we've been here it has taken easily 30 minutes to get our food through the drive-thru. And I'm not exaggerating. 30 minutes for "fast" food? Really, what you doing that it takes 30 minutes to get some chicken and fries together? Not to mention that there was one time that either the drive-thru intercom was not working or everyone was just ignoring us. After sitting saying "Hello? Hello?" into the intercom for a while, we finally pulled up to the window and had to actually KNOCK on it to get someone's attention. Then they were just like "What?". Do you want to sell food or not? We haven't been back since that incident and probably won't be.

The service here is not very friendly but, not very surprising from a fast food restaurant. The staff always comes across as rude. Their drive thru is awful and it's extremely tight so be careful driving around there. The only good thing about this restaurant is the Chicken Po Boy sandwich.

Management is sooooooo horrible I cant believe the hard time I was given because I wanted another chicken breast with my meal instead of wing and she made such big deal of it and was very rude the really reason I didnt snap is because I had my teen daughter with me and didnt want her to see her dad go off and just in case u r wondering which manager if u come here its the girl who looks like a guy very very very unhappy with this popeyes.....

The worst Popeyes I've ever been to... they do not take electronic coupons, they fill your dink with 3/4 of it being ice, and they were going to charge me $.29 for my dipping sauce even if I bought the chicken tenders meal... service wasn't the greatest either... This place better get their crap together because it's full of it!!!
