Not bad at all. Besides the staredowns from bros and other the traffic jam around the soda pop machine (water is free), I love this place!!! CHICKEN, BARBACOA, and STEAK ARE THE WAYS TO GO!!! Have you ever seen someone eat a burrito (with their hands) and also try and pick at the fork? What is the point of the burrito vehicle? Am I the only one who thought of the Seinfeld episode where they eat candy bars with a fork!?

We used the online ordering system. It seemed to go well enough. It was scheduled for a 7:15pm pick up and I was 5 min late. So my expectation was to get 15 minute old chipotle. Honestly the food was what I expected. Here is how they failed to meet my expectations: 1. They didn't have a second register or counter dedicated to take out. Pro Tip: don't spend time and money on a slick online take out system then put me in the awkward situation where I feel like I have to wait in the construction line to pick up my take out. The whole idea of calling ahead is that I don't want to wait in that line. 2. Their Point of Sale system went down. That's the system that lets them accept credit cards. So I was stuck waiting for, not kidding or embellishing, 20 minutes. Then they pulled out the old carbon copy swipe machine and no one was trained on how to use this. I don't know what would have happened if an older customer in line didn't volunteer to show them how it works. 3. They gave me the wrong order. Thankfully, I had plenty of time to think about things so I looked in the bag. 4. They didn't know how much my order was. This is a huge disappointment from a take out point of view.

It's pretty hard to discern the difference between Chipotles. That being said, they are always very clean, and the food is always good. This was the first time I'd been to Chipotle all year!!! I always forget how good it is... it will not be my last visit! Got a Salad with Chicken, Steak (freshly cooked... BONUS), pinto beans, fajita veggies, pico de gallo, corn salsa, cilantro, and guacamole! My brother had the friend or faux coupon, so we each only paid about 6 bucks. WIN! Service was prompt and courteous. YUM!

For every good there is a bad... I've been really happy with their service. I always order ahead and then pick up. They were running behind and offered a free soft drink. It's a nice thing to do, although it doesn't really cost them anything to do it. They gave me tips on how to order better, too. Let me explain why, though. I ordered from them and anything juicy in my bag spilled out onto my passenger seat. This last time I was in there the music was so loud, and they were raising their voices to speak to themselves and the customers. Seems weird. If you know you have to yell to be heard, then turn the music down. (Ut-Oh: this is my review that I realize that I am old.) The parking lot seems a little small for the amount of space they have in here... when I've gone during peak times I've had to park far away and walk. Which isn't bad for me... just would hate to have to do this in the winter.

Having worked for Chipotle & the husband of another Chipotle employee. Lately I'm surprised how bad the restaurants look. My sister & nephew were in town to visit and my nephew had never been to a Chipotle. We bought take out the other night and he wanted Chipotle again today. We decided to go and dine in, but I wish I hadn't. When we walked in there was a family of five with two toddlers and it took about 17 minutes to get them through the line. Now some of that might have been the family cause they looked liked it was their first time at Chipotle. Having worked there I knew to be very observant of what was going on in the restaurant. It was about 3:00 and it seemed to be the middle of a shift change because I counted about six employees working and another three sitting with a woman. It looked like they were getting evaluations, but the line was moving slowly, no one was very friendly or outgoing! They were pretty much like robots asking the usual questions, but what really struck me was how dirty the restaurant was. My nephew knew we'd worked there and he said, "it's s good thing uncle isn't here cause the restaurant wouldn't be so dirty". There was a mess all over the restaurant floor, the lemons were empty and the glass doors and windows were plain "nasty". When my partner worked there, I always helped pick up and clean whenever I walked into a restaurant and saw a napkin or a piece of chicken on the floor. However, almost every table was dirty on top and even worse on the floor. Frankly, I was ashamed because I know that didn't used to be the standard at Chipotle. I had heard things had gone down hill for sometime, but I wasn't aware it was this bad. I'm not saying we were perfect, but we had so much personal and company pride. The worse thing is I thought Steve Ells & Monty Moran did too! It was very disheartening to see what we worked so hard to build isn't respected much anymore. We really loved Chipotle and had a sense of ownership and these aren't just sour apples. We started when there were only thirteen restaurants in the company and no matter what others think or say. It will always be our baby! It's quite sad!

Although lines at Chipotle are always stupid long and everyone has this crazy obsession with their overpriced food (which I really don't understand), I was pleasantly surprised at this location. Maybe it was because the people behind the counter didn't seem like they wanted to jump over the counter and go postal on all the whiney customers, or because they actually gave me a huge amount of guac on my bowl which no other chipotle ever does (which is a huge pet peeve by the way), but this place actually was a pretty good experience for a quick lunch on my break at work. Its down the street, easy, and not as stressful as other locations. I have to give their employees huge props because I really couldn't stand working there if I was in the food business. So bravo workers of Chipotle, you are awesome.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I had a craving for a cheese quesadilla. It ended up being was the worst quesadilla I've ever had. There was almost no cheese, it was over cooked, and I got charged six bucks for it. In addition had to pay extra for a side of salsa to go with it. Qdoba's cheese quesadilla comes with salsa and guacamole. I also wanted some guacamole and chips. The guacamole looked a little brown and suspicious but I thought I'd give it a try which turned out to be a bad decision because I was only able to eat four bites of it and had to throw the rest away. I also had issues when I went to check out. They were going to charge me for something that I wasn't even ordering so I ended up having to argue with the cashier. All in all just a terrible experience. My lunch cost me $10 and I didn't even eat half of it. What a waste!!!

Been here twice, everything is as it should be. Burritos are well rolled, and burrito bowls are well layered. Place was clean both times, and well stocked. I did notice that this location doesn't have any of the art that Chipotle usually has. The walls here are blank, and off putting. Otherwise all is well.

We came in and most of the tables were dirty, only one girl taking orders and another guy as cashier, big line and no help from others at all,the rice was undercooked and the steak didn't look or taste like it was cook properly,I understand places get busy but You should be prepared for rush hour..!

Came in, ordered a burrito with no beans guac, and the other stuff. They had no carnitas when I ordered so I waited for 3 minutes. Then the carnitas came out and they were apologizing for the wait. They gave me a free drink for the inconvenience. I would say that customer satisfaction is what they aim to achieve. Radical experience was delivered. They offered if I wanted to buy another drink which was cynical, but it made me smirk. Definitely a great experience.

Burrito is pretty good, but just like any Chipotle, they guard their meats and guac like gold. The server gave me a very small scoop of guac, almost half full. That's simply unacceptable.

I think Chipotle has deliciously awesome guac and sure it's a chain, but never had I had a bad experience until now. From food prep person to the cashier, everyone had a foul attitude and the food itself looked old and dried out and my rice was hard. Definitely ruin my appetite, luckily we don't live near here to have to go back. Props to Chipotle CS for reaching out to me when they saw my tweet. Hopefully they provided feedback to this chain, but towards me they sent a free Chipotle card, which was pretty cool, but I hope in the long run this store turns itself around.

Chipotle has always been my favorite "fast food" restaurant until i came to this one. Everyone seems like they hate their job and that customers are a bother. I have never felt so unwanted at a restaurant before. The food was still good because well, its still chipotle! But they need to step it up. What really pisses me off is that the lady (rudley i might add) told me i couldnt have a quesirito because it was "peak hours" i would understand that if i wasnt the ONLY person in line, Get your crap together Kirk rd chipotle!

Chipotle in general: 5 stars! This Chipotle: no stars! This is the closest location to me and I purposely go out of my way to go to the one in Geneva because of how bad the staff is here. No greeting, no eye contact, no nothing. I gave them two tries thinking maybe it was a fluke but I don't think it is. Both times I've been to this location I've left feeling like I was sorry to have bothered the girls who were working. The extra star is because the food is fine, it's consistent with other locations. But I really can't stand feeling like I've bothered someone to do their job.

I normally don't feel the need to post reviews on restaurant franchises but this location is by far the worst chipotle i've ever visited. The meat is consistantly cold even during peak hours, they cheap out on the portions, and the staff in general just seem bothered by customers. I was very excited for this location because it is so close to my house but I'd rather drive 40 minutes round trip to the route 59 chipotle in terrible construction.

Service was good this week at lunch time, but my wife couldn't eat her meal at all due to being over spiced. Mine was good. Not great.

I love Chipotle! The food is fresh, healthy and delicious! Definitely our go to place for dinner in the area! I have always gotten good service from friendly workers. My favorite is the chicken bowl and guacamole! Excellent!!

Slow, long line, they don't understand customer service! Food not ready to make meals, someone needs to get this crew in shape, giving Chipotle bad rap.....

The food is excellent because it's Chipotle...that being said, the young male cashier is the reason my fiance and I will travel further to the Chipotle on Orchard. This kid always has an attitude, I don't get it. Literally every time we've been in the place this kid has rung us up and not without acting like we were a huge bother. Do your damn job and shut up kid! Seriously.. I just avoid that place like a plague and hit up the Starbucks in the same strip. I don't feel like ordering my guacamole with a side of stank face.

Food is never bad but the customer service is AWFUL. We recently moved into this area. Each time we have been one of the employees (who we have seen each time) he has not demonstrated good customer service. Attitude every time. We are not sure but this male may be a manager. We will not be back even though it is up the road.

Staff is very nice and the flow is fast. Except for on Halloween (when they had the costume for a free burrito day) I never spend more than 5 minutes inside including waiting in line (if there is one), them making my burrito, and paying for it. Food is always good, as is a standard for Chipotle.

Went I'm at 940 on a sat nite. Hate doing that since I am in food service. But counter help had a bad attitude and screaming and screwing around by other staff was very unprofessional. We were out by 10 but staff need to wait for therein key business when customers are not in restaurant

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
