POSITIVES: the staff is actually helpful and friendly. They do well to keep it clean. Their food tastes like most other fast food. NEGATIVES: Their milkshakes are no better than other fast food restaurants. The ranch burger I had was seriously mostly bread. I had to bite into it to see where the burger was. That was not worth more than $5. I do like their fries and chicken sandwiches though. PRICE: usually $4-6 per meal. RECOMMENDED: honestly, I have nothing to recommend as all the menu options aren't much different from each other.

07/27/15 I decided to give Rexberg Artic Circle a second chance, last August my burger had a stale bun, I was refunded my money, last night, the scruffy young counter person when I went up to counter with a cold bacon burger, just said sorry, apparently unable to connect the facts that I had paid for it. The slightly older scruffy young man cooking no where to be seen, when my wife and I went into the store no other customers. The food was placed in window before a family came in, I did not here an order up called, scruffy counter boy, had difficulty with managing his tasks, the food sat in window for over five minutes, even when done taking orders,, it sat there, even after I went up by counter clearly waiting for our food. Eventually, counter boy, came to senses. Brought cold food out. We also bought a .50 cent ice cream cone for our dog, we told him two times, hold cone, use cup he still have us cone in cup. I noted ice cream grainy, and slightly of color. Poor quality, dismal customer service, unable to get through with manager. Stay away, take your business elsewhere.

When you wait over 10 minutes in the drive thru after being told they will be right with you & decide to leave BUT can't drive thru because one vehicle is blocking the whole lane I think it is time to reassess not only staff but customer service training in general. Can't stand eating inside because the only tables with chairs are in the stinky play area. Micky D's is 1/4 mile down the road for the same low cost burgers & fries. Maybe Arctic Circle has outlived in need in Rexburg?

The only two things about this place is there ice cream and there fry sauce there food overall is dull. You spend so much for a burger and its not very big leaves me hungrier then when I first started!! There ice cream is awesome that and their fry sauce. Use to be much better seems like its gone down hill a bit over the years! Staff is nice and courteous. That's really about it!!

The food is okay. Free ice cream cones for kids is great. Playland is fun as long at the general manager isn't there. She refers to the store as if she is the owner and micromanages the parents whose kids are playing. There are few places to take kids during the winter in Rexburg. Looks like I have 1 less place to go.

This place has been around for years and will be for the future. But I would rather go here than any of the other places for fast food. This particular place is one of the cleaner ones you will find.

I'm amazed arctic circle is still around after all these years. No matter what store i go to whether here or in utah the place is just nasty! If you just want some run of the mill fast food desserts though i suppose its ok.

Arctic Circle is one of those Idaho-Utah staples that seems to have been around forever. AC offers your standard "ice cream and grill" food, an assortment of burgers, fries and other fried treats. The burgers, for only being $1, are surprisingly good. You could probably down about 3 before you were full. The other food isn't bad, a little greasy at times, but that's a given when you are dealing with fried food. They do have some of the best corn dogs I have had. The deserts are good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Shakes, "blizzard" style treats, and sundaes. The courtesy cones are free and even though they are tiny, the soft serve is so good you forget about the size. The restaurant is usually pretty clean, with only a few times I've noticed a mess not cleaned up immediately. In recent years, this location in Rexburg has stepped up its game. The dining area is cleaner, and there is a good assortment of "play toys" for the kids to run around on. Note: this isn't a burger joint, so expect kids to be there running and possibly yelling. It's not too bad, but don't go to have a quiet meal if you aren't ok with kids. Ironically, this is one of the strong points of the restaurant. Around the winter months, it is torture trying to find multiple activities for kids and with few outlets for physical exercise with 4 feet of snow, AC provides a great place to sit and let some energy out. (Please buy something if you come, don't be "that guy/girl") While it doesn't break the mold on originality, it's a good safe choice if you're into grill and ice cream food.
