Normal starbucks but they don't full your cup. Ask for a med. You actually get the coffee of a full small. And lrg to med.

Their machines were down. I asked for a iced black tea with four pumps of sweetener. I didn't get that instead I got an iced chai tea. I was too mad to go back in.

Franchised coffee shop... It's a Starbucks. The problem with this one is the size. Guess they can't really help that, but there were only two of the comfy chairs. Most tables taken, so they do get good business.

Extremely rude. Everyone behind the counter had an attitude and when asked if they could put whipped cream on our frapps we were scolded. Not to mention the rude commentary they exchanged about the other customers.

I guess I can't complain too much about the burnt tasting coffee, since my friend was paying. Starbucks is awful, they burn their beans to give them their signature flavor, and then they add the caffeine again. Their coffee always gives me acid, and they're the only place that does that. Avoid this chain, get yourself some real coffee from somewhere that isn't a chain.

I am a loyal Starbucks consumer, but the Chubbuck location has several issues. There is a very high employee turnover and they never seem happy or pleasant. The drinks lack in consistency! When paying for high-end coffee @ $4.00 to 5.00 for a beverage (price of a meal) one expects GREAT Coffee & Smiling genuine employees!

For a Starbucks that wasn't busy AT ALL at 6am, it was a pretty long wait for coffee. The barista was nice though and the drinks were made correctly. I got my morning pep after driving all night, so I was happy.

I have stopped here twice now, and the first time I would have given this Starbucks a Four, but the 2nd time I would have given it a Two. Personality of the Service is a key to business success.

This location is a little slow at times, especially the drive-thru, but otherwise it's your normal Starbucks. The employees are friendly. i wish it was on I-15 but it's only a slight deviation for a roadtrip.
