Awesome place to get a drink in Pocatello. They probably have the best bartender in Pocatello, Antoine in awesome! Goes out of his way for his customers and is a seriously cool guy by himself! The owner Gus is also a really nice guy and took the time to welcome me and my buddy the first time we ever went in. Pretty good drink specials and a full bar, they also do karaoke on a couple nights a week. Very comfortable atmosphere. Really nice low key bar that no one seems to know about in Pocatello!

By far the best donuts in SE Idaho and some of the best I've had period!!! I've yet to find better tasting maple bars and the cinnamon sugar is great. All the ingredients I have partaken of are high quality, worth no cheap jelly or glazes.

Black Swan Luxurious Theme Suites

746 E Center St
Pocatello, 83201
Reviews:
We have stayed at the famed Madonna Inn with their themed rooms... And they pale compared to the Black Swan. I found this Inn on a whim as we were passing thru and I am so glad I did. The service was astounding. So attentive and every detail was attended to. And the room.... Wow. Just amazing. We were amazed at all the little touches. It is in a quieter part of town, the outside grounds were lovely as well.
Absolutely amazing! The attention to detail in the art work and design is at the level of professional theater. Not only that, it's quiet, immaculate and the customer service is outstanding. We had an issue while we were there and they went above and beyond my expectations to help us out. So impressive! Would have loved more gluten free options for breakfast, but really can't complain about that since it was such a fantastic experience.
Wow Great Place for Price. Very unique, comfortable, clean, and excellent Friendly staff. Stayed in Wild West room. This will be my place to stay in Pocetello

Great Harvest Bread Co

250 N Main
Pocatello, 83201
Reviews:
We didn't really visit any actual sandwich shops during my previous stays in Pocatello but it was time to rectify that by paying Great Harvest Bread Co a visit. They bake their specialty breads daily and make any of the sandwiches offered with the any of their bread offerings that you want. We stopped in twice in a week. On my first visit I scooped a "Groovy Grilled Cheese" with the jalapeño cheddar bread, which was fantastic. The good part is that they let you sample the bread and after I sampled the jalapeño cheddar bread. So much so that I also bought a whole loaf of that bread to take back to where I was staying. On our second visit I had a "Turkey Goddess" sandwich with the jalapeño cheddar bread and it came with harvarti cheese (Danish cheese - very mild) and switched out the regular onions and had it with pickled onions instead. It was amazing! This time out I knew I had to bring something with me to L.A., so I sampled and ended up buying one their pumpkin chocolate chip loaves. It's an epic offering. They switch out their specialty breads daily, so if you were to eat here everyday you would see different breads for sale. They also sell their very own pancake, chocolate chip cookie mixes, and oatmeals. The only thing that's missing here is the craft brew section but that's just wishful thinking on my part.
I used to go to Efresh but now I go here. The sandwiches, particularly the bread, are better, and the prices are cheaper; so it's all around a better deal. They always have around a dozen different types of freshly baked bread each day. I recently moved to Pocatello from San Francisco and the quality/selection of food here is on par with what you'd expect to find in an upscale neighborhood in the Bay Area, minus the expensive prices!
This place was wonderful. On a trip to Pocatello I bumbled into this place (my wife loves good bread, so I guess I am always subconsciously looking for bread places. Well the bread was excellent, the staff was helpful, the extra nick-naks were interesting and if I lived closer, I know I would be a regular at this place!

Schlotzsky’s

1138 Yellowstone Ave
Pocatello, 83201
Reviews:
Unbelievable sourdough bread!!!! Schlotskys is my favorite national sandwich box. Their bread is very unique and it's one of my favorite breads hands down for any sandwich joint that I've been to and I love sandwiches so I've tried a ton of different breads out. Their meat and veggies are also very high quality. I highly recommend their Turkey Jalapeño pizza again accompanied by their sourdough crust it'll hit the spot. All of their sandwiches are delicious. I hope this review helps out!
Ashley M. This "really rude woman as a manager" comment from you is inappropriately aimed at one of Grover's relatives who you called a b*tch and hung up on the next day ... just so folks know because fair is fair, right? And, because there are always two sides to every story. This "really rude woman as a manager" is also an incredibly lovely, kind and generous person who is thought very highly of, by both customers and employees alike. Schlotzsky's Deli did not take kindly to you pulling up to their drive-thru window after the new summer hours of 7:00pm had been put into place (by Grover himself since you like to throw his name around) earlier that day, and to which you were specifically informed of by the Schlotzsky's Deli co-owner, himself, had you cared to listen to him and respect what he was trying to tell you, and all of this after you practically shattered the Schlotzsky's Deli drive-thru window by your incessant fist pounding and your highly agitated facial expressions, demanding a Original sandwich, which they prepared for you, didn't they? So would you care to be alerted to the property damage you have caused and furthermore pay for fixing or better yet replacing the window and the crack to the widow molding that was damaged by your need to hammer on it, all in the name of getting a sandwich? Your sense of entitlement is breathtaking that you feel Schlotzskys should start up their equipment and make you a sandwich (after hours) which, as mentioned, they did! So, please, take your business elsewhere, as you were asked to do. Grover and his wife (who are keenly aware of this incident) will greatly appreciate this ... believe me.
I love this place! We do not have one where we live, so whenever I am traveling I look for Schlotzky's and that goes for my entire family of 8. My recent visit was great and the service was very good. It could use a little updating but it was clean. I had my usual, a regular size "Original". You have to try the Original first because it is what made Schlotzky's who they are. It is great on both their sourdough and dark rye. You have got to try it with some Balsamic vinegar and olive oil on the side for dipping. My children (and the rest of us) really like their individual pizzas also. The price may seem a little high, but you are getting your money's worth with good ingredients and good quantity. I have bean a huge fan of Schlotzky's for over 35 years, and will never stop searching them out wherever I go.

Jack In the Box

1611 Pocatello Creek Rd
Pocatello, 83201
Reviews:
I recently installed a water softener (with Crystal Water) for this Jack in the Box. Having the opportunity to be in the back room of many restaurants I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean it was in comparison to all others I have been in, and because of that when I was offered a free meal after working there. I was not afraid to say yes. I've been to Jack in the Box several times but I think that was my first breakfast there. It hit the spot! It was a good experience and a pleasure to work with there store manager Gabe. He is obviously a great manager from my experience with him, and how I can see that he runs his restaurant. Thanks for breakfast! #5stars
I couldn't believe how good their chicken strips are. And for pretty cheap! My kids Loved this place. Clean and friendly service.
When you stop by hopefully Bret is there. (I think I got his name right) he's way too happy and nice to be in fast food. I'd hire him on my team if I didn't so far away. I was just passing through Pocatello. He made my day with his enthusiasm. Good on you man.
