Whenever we have a nudge for the mexican and we are in Pocatello this is the top of our list. We have never had a problem. Great service.

Foods amazing, but the bathroom has not been cleaned in months!!! Is the kitchen nasty too? The white floors are black. It smells like a homeless person has been bathing in there (smoking camp fire smell). The skin, toilet and walls have yellow stuff growing on them. Yuck.

Rice is worse than Uncle Ben's. I requested no tomatoes and seemed to get extra tomatoes. My plate was served with the waiters thumb soaking in the sauce on it. The Fish tacos were the worse ones I have ever received. Tasted line something Jack in the box would sell. On THAT scale, they were good. Couldn't get over the waiters thumb in my food or the bland, yucky rice. Salsa w as good. Won't go back unless dragged......

Unseasoned, bland, and room temperature. Outside they have it set up like a fast food drive-thru, inside has cheap tables and decor, and an old tube tv that plays CBS. They got our food out to us WAY too quickly, and it was barely warm. Only after we had smothered our meals with lime juice and salt could we actually eat it, and by then it was colder than when it had been brought to us. Not just that, but this place charges WAY too much for their quality. I've eaten better food at better prices by illegals in food trucks. The owners should be ashamed of their food, and the people who eat here should be ashamed for thinking it's good.

Blah. Pass on this place. Meat was flavorless and room temperature. Everything seemed to have come from Costco -- or Walmart.

Not overly impressed, but if you want quick mexican I guess it's an okay choice. It seemed dirty to me, and that bothers me. Food is average fare in terms of basic mexican. Not super authentic, microwaved. I have returned from time to time, but only because there wasn't anyting within close proximity.

Excellent Mexican food. This particular location is their express restaurant. There are a few seats inside, but they also have a drive thru. We usually order to go. The food is always good. It's a few dollars more than what you'd expect to pay around here, but is well worth it... And the portions are big. My husband loves the nachos and I love the enchiladas. I highly recommend!!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
