The owner invited me to try their food again and I am so glad he did. We obviously did not get the same food that I had not liked previously and wow it was delicious. We liked their food so much that we went back several times with our parents. The empanadas, and the those corn thingies were so good. Happy Hour is the best time to go. We also tried their other dishes and they are pretty good. I am so sad that we moved and can't go there anymore!

My previous rating was 4 of 5 stars, but we have had perfect service the last two times we ate there (including yesterday). As always, the Sangria is amazing. We purchased two of the same dishes we often purchase (aji de gallina & tallarín saltado), but also had the garlic mushroom lamb linguine (large portion of lamb) & long grain risotto. Oh, before you think I am a glutton, I would like to point out that there were four of us eating! Of the four, none of us had a "favorite" dish and loved them all. We ate everything served, so maybe I should retract my glutton defense as the portions are actually good sized. I am moving away from the area, but will surely return when visiting the area!

Sangria's good. Pricey, but good. Overhyped, but still good. I realize there's a bit of a contradiction going on here, so let me explain... The few times I've been to Sangria, the food was good, the service was fast and I had a lovely time. Moscow, Idaho doesn't have a lot to choose from, nor does it's neighboring town of Pullman, but what it does have to choose from is very good, which is why I can't give Sangria any more than three stars. In this rural university town, the bar (for whatever reason) has been set very high, which is why I'm good with it being three stars in my book. The portions are, for the most part, large, and taking home leftovers is easy to do. Everything has a Peruvian flare which I liked fine, but if you're not into spice, this isn't your bag because everything has LOADS of spice. There are several gluten free and vegetarian options which is great, but presentation was lacking (lots of the same color, things running together) and after a few bites, everything tasted the same. The chef was so heavy handed with the spice that tasting individual flavors was difficult (and this has been my experience not once but twice now). The sangria is good (it better be)--the golden is very sweet, but still refreshing--and the cocktails are lovely. My husband got a gin based ginger, pineapple cocktail (the name escapes me) that was very refreshing and super tasty. Their bartender get's five stars :) The decor is a bit dated as well, but not offensively so. It's not a mood killer. So yes, I would recommend Sangria, but it's not number one on my list of "places to eat in the Moscow/Pullman area".

I was so excited to try Sangria after hearing wonderful things. Boy was I wrong. Slow service for mediocre food. Eh.

The waiter and staff was very professional. The food was excellent as was the appetizer. I will be back when visiting Pullman.

This place is excellent, and is quite the hidden gem in Moscow, ID. I have eaten here dozens of times and every time I am able to find something new and delicious. Always ask what is new or what's the special, you'll never be disappointed. Standard go to's include the steak and calamari. Blayke was my server the last two times, and the service was on point and they really know what they are doing.

My favorite place to eat in Moscow. They use locally grown ingredients in unusual ways. The food is consistently great and the atmosphere is very pleasing. As more people discover it it can be loud, but the food is with it.

As a visitor from a big city, I was pretty impressed by this restaurant in a strip mall. I came in for an early dinner and sat at a bar table. Started out with a very good sangria, not too sweet, and the special appetizer of the night (basically salmon ceviche with mango, red onion, lime, and crushed red pepper). I ordered the asado barracho (perfectly cooked marinated flank steak with black beans, rice, and fried plantains). I finished the great meal off with my favorite dessert, tres leches cake. This place really hit the spot and is a great value. I'll be back for sure the next time I'm in town. Keep up the great work!

Agree with most of the comments about over priced, but when everything is organic the price is higher. A little disappointed about the "vegetarian risotto " the waitress asked me if it would be ok cooked in chicken broth. Well when a vegetarian asked for a vegetarian meal that means no chicken or beef. Even stock so for this reason plus the slower service and the fact that we felt like we were sitting at a table to close to the couple next to us it gets 3 stars

Faboulous meal! We ordered signature cocktails: Pisco Sour & Mama Diablo. They were unique & very tasty. Our meal included Peruvian Paella- OMG, the best ever ! Peruvian Pan Fried Spaghettini & Sangria Burgers. Everything was a good portion, came very quickly even though they were busy, packed house in fact, and amazingly delicious. Don't forget the Calamari as an appetizer! Make a reservation, they're popular.

Given the limited amount of restaurant choices in the Pullman/Moscow area, Sangria Grille is definitely "top-tier". All their food was locally raised or grown which I think justifies a higher price. The ambience was right as well! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a more upscale dining experience on the Palouse.

A good place for dinner in Pullman and Moscow. Love their spicy sauce.

It's nice they are open in a town that closes when the university is out. They have some interesting dishes and some good drinks. The ambience lacked music and heat.

Unexpected treasure in Moscow. Stopped on our way through to North Idaho. Husband had spent a year in South America in college and really found the empanadas to be delicious. (I did too!) The calamari is a crowd pleaser. Our 7 year old son was craving steak and potatoes, so that is what was prepared for him. Fabulous. Everyone was happy and satisfied. The Pisco Sours were authentic and hit the spot. Will recommend to anyone visiting Moscow. Perhaps the only thing keeping us from that 5th star is the location (in a strip mall, with a beautifully rehabbed Denny's feel.) Really gorgeous remodel however.

we had the coconut shrimp for appetizer, sangria salad, asado borracho and tallarin chicken pasta. sweet potato creme brulee for desert. I was very impressed by this place. definitely a stand out for this area. The service was very good; our server knew her food; she was able to explain the dished we asked about. The coconut shrimp was a bit greasy, but that is the only bad thing I have to say about sangria grill. their food is all local. the wine list seemed a little limited but had appropriate choices for the south american menu. My daughter was VERY impressed by her strawberry lemonade. The asado borracho (beef) was marinated to perfection; very flavorful and tender skirt steak cut. the tallarin chicken pasta was more asian inspired, fresh vegetables, very flavorful. the salads were the freshest I've had at a restaurant in a while.

Drove five miles to take advantage of happy hour specials. Enjoyed the calamari prepared the usual way not over cooked and A good crunch. All menu items were very favorable and this was the first time I had enjoyed them. The Chef really knows his seasoning and presentations. Has an excellent wine list plus they have their own mix of cocktails. Lots of regulars here and good noise level. The greeter was very helpful sitting up a large table and the waitress knew the menu items and the wine list Food was prepared to our request. And was served hot

Walked in no greeting, finally someone noticed. We were asked to wait, restaurant only had three tables seated, when a new party walked in the hostess ran over and greeted and seated them immediately. We continued to wait with no explanation. So we left just two of us, will never go back

There is not a whole lot for me to choose from in the Moscow/Pullman area, and this is one of the places that showed up on my gluten free vegetarian search. It was pretty good... flavorful, a decent variety of options for me to choose from, and I loved the Sangria! (How could we not order a pitcher of sangria at this place?!) If I end up returning to the area I would likely eat there again.

Delicious and fancy place to be at. Asado borracho (marinated steak) is super tasty. Steak, chicken, or tofu saltado is scumptious as well. One of my all time favorite restaurants. Excellent Peruvian dishes! Friendly staff in a cute and romantic restaurant.

  • Jack G.

Our entire meal was great. Most of the meal was locally grown and they had interesting options to choose from. Plates run about $18-25 each but they have a large menu and great appetizers to choose from also. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the food. We will definitely be returning.

I suspect I was just there on a bad day based on the other reviews. It was cold and rainy in mid-June when school was out, yet it was still pretty busy for what seemed like an early arrival. The Scottish Ale was delayed at first because there was some issue with the cask, and then we were told it was not available at all. Two of the appetizers we wanted were sold out, which seemed at at only 5:30 pm on a Tuesday. Service was slow overall. Everything after that just seemed subpar. We wanted to try the empanadas, but they were not available. We wanted to try the peruvian spring rolls, but they were not available. The pisco clams were okay, probably the best of the appetizers we tried. The sweet corn humitas were different and tasty enough. The avocado wraps were too sweet for my tastes, and the wrap was a bit thick and not very crisp. The lettuce wraps reminded me of a teriyaki dish that was okay, but seemed out of character. At least the appetizers were all half off on Tuesdays!

The food was pretty good. Arroz con Camarones is my favourite South American dish. I had the Peruvian Paella and it was close to authentic. The decor is nice but the chairs are wobbly and duck taped. For a restaurant that charges $20+ per meal you'd think they'd have safer seats.

Some of the best food on the Palouse. I had an extremely tender braised lamb shank that was siting on a delicious cassoulet, with some lime rice on the side. Absolutely amazing. My wife had the steak saltado and it was also extremely good. Out waiter was knowledgeable and friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. This is my go-to restaurant in Moscow when looking for some good food.

What a great restaurant in this small college town! Very interesting and gourmet menu and the food was fabulous! The service was great as well. Many people recommend this place as the best in town and it lived up to it . After dinner I went back to my hotel and I started telling anyone that would listen how awesome this place is. If you're looking for a quality high end restaurant this is the place !

  • Marlan S.

You know, this place isn't bad. If you want something in Idaho that isn't a burger and has actual flavor, you could do a lot worse. That being said, the prices are a little high for what you get and I'd just as soon go to Nectar if I'm going to spend that much on dinner.

If you're looking for a nice meal in Moscow, this is the place. The seating area is beautiful, the service is fantastic and the food! Oh my gosh, it is amazing! This is the place to get a steak. They always cook it perfectly to your specifications. Also, their sauteed kale is the best kale I have ever had in my life. I have no clue how they cooked it as perfectly as they did. The waiters/waitresses know the menu well too, that includes giving recommendations for wine. The only complaint we had is that they asked if we would like bread, we said yes, and then we were charged for it. Wish they would have.mentioned that, because every other fancy restaurant we've been to offers it as a courtesy.

Amazing wings and incredible honey avocado wraps! Don't get me started on their sweet potato creme brulee!!!! Honestly, everything made at Sangria is incredible. My husband and I like to go often to try new things on the menu as well as to relive old favorites. By far my favorite place to eat! If you are in Moscow you MUST try Sangria Grille, you won't be disappointed!

Considering how extensive the menu is, the restaurant was much cozier and smaller than I imagined. Very friendly and attentive service. Food was great! -Appetizer: salmon croquettas, peruvian spring roll and lettuce wrap. We liked salmon croquettas the best. -All entrees were great. good portion. My pick was Raul's macho halibut. Tacu-tacu cake was unique in that it was crispy outside and medium-soft inside without strong flavor. -Dessert: Tres leches cake was good but smaller than most other desserts. If you like chocolate, try 'belgian chocolate cheesecake'. This is really rich, dense chocolate cake. Bread pudding and sweet potato creme brulee were great and not too sweet. - Drinks: Sangria was great but could use some more alcohol. Other freshly squeezed juices were excellent. Overall we enjoyed great food, service and ambiance. If I'm in Moscow, I will definitely return. PS: Two cons- No outdoor seating, No complimentary bread (but you get good toasted baguette for only $2)

After a long week on the Salmon river, this place really hit the spot. We were all tired and happy and after a quick shower and change of clothes we wandered over to here for dinner. Wohoo! I wish that I had known about this place for our first night in Moscow. It was definitely a shade on the expensive side, but worth every penny! Steaks, fish, and clams were all prepared excellently and enjoyed.

Hey, this place is definitely better than average here in the area. We came here a little on the later side on a weekday and it was about half full. Staff was quick to us. I was in between really hungry and just wanting something small, and my eating buddy was even less hungry than that. There's a good selection and he ended up with some shrimp and a spinach salad, while I went after the angel hair pasta. All the items arrived together and my pasta plate was heaping, with a fair amount of tomatoes and onions mixed in. There were numerous shrimp in the dish and a nice touch was the lemon that was incorporated in. The acid added a nice kick. I didn't try any of the shrimp or spinach salad, but it did disappear from the table, so I would assume it was pretty good. Reasonably priced, this is a place I'm sure I'll be back to in the future.

Loved everything we tried here: halibut cevice, beet salad, empañadas, and braised lamb. They say all the ingredients are locally sourced and it's not hard to believe, everything tasted so fresh and they have a great looking veggie/herb garden growing right along two sides of the building. Service was also excellent, our waiter knew the food and drink menus inside out and made solid recommendations. They also have an unpublished kids' menu: grilled cheese (on a nice baguette, daughter loved it), a simple pasta alfredo, and buttered noodles.

I'm impressed. I did not expect such a great meal out of a restaurant located in a mall parking lot. Food and service was first rate. I plan on many more trips to Pullman/Moscow and Sangria's will definitely be on the list of dinner stops. Also a very nice selection of drinks.

In town on business and found this on yelp. My waitress was very nice and gave me a lot of recommendations on the menu. The Pisco clam appetizer arrived with a lot of crusty bread to soak up the delicious broth. Had the Halibut Sudado for dinner, perfectly cooked fish and a delicious spicy broth to enjoy with some white rice and lime. Will definitely come again.

It's been a while since I've been in Moscow, so I figured I better make use of this opportunity to come back. I have to say I was pretty impressed. Sangria was packed on a Tuesday, that's a great sign. The wait was extremely short for how busy they were. I tried the sweet corn humitas as an appetizer. They were perfect. The fresh squeezed lemonade was great. I wanted another glass or two to be honest. For my main dish I ordered the steak milanesa. The steak was tender and flavorful. I really enjoyed the rice and the tang in the slaw did help calm down the heat from the rice. I have to be honest though, I think the Serranos are on the hot side this year because the rice was relentlessly hot. I loved it, don't get me wrong, I enjoy spicy food, I just would be careful to order this dish if you're not a hot/spicy food person. Also, service was spot on again. This is the best place in Moscow to get a meal. Period. Edit: I read back over my old review and I forgot to mention that it's obvious that the outside has been cleaned up quite a bit since my last visit and the interior was spotless.

Peruvian food in Idaho...Yep! Not authentic, but delicious! I really enjoyed my dinner. Great service, great food in a college town. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of Peruvian dishes along worth local favorites such as salmon brought together on the menu. One of the best resturants I've found in the region.

This place was such a great addition to the Palouse. Their unique menu is perfect for any occasion. It is a little pricey, but worth the money spent. I wish it was a little less expensive so I could eat there more often, but it's always a fun treat. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is for two reasons... first, they got rid of their amazing green beans that used to accompany most of the dishes. I used to order sides of those, even if they didn't come with my dish. I miss them! Secondly, If they are busy and seat you at a table... it's likely you will be fairly close to another table of patrons. The tables are a little too close together, so having a private conversation can be a little bit difficult. I love calling in and getting orders to-go... GREAT food to eat at home with watching a movie... and did I mention that you can get their famous sangria drink to go? :)

I still love this restaurant... but the last time I came here with my boyfriend, we sat on that upper level at one of the middle tables. Towards the end of my meal while I was about to finish up my Sangria, I noticed a DANGLING SPIDER that had quickly spun it's web quickly towards my sangria and was climbing towards it!!!! $#@*!)@!(#@! All I have to say is that I'm glad I'm not one to squeal at the sight of spiders, but it was still a disgusting sight and I had to get my boyfriend to remove it, smash it, and request a new Sangria. My only recommendation is for them to clean the cobwebs in the ceiling. I looked up afterwards, and lo and behold, yes, it was pretty conducive to dangling spiders ::SHUDDERS::

I have been to this place many times and am always surprised by the tasty food the chefs come up with. Their food is fresh and their menu changes frequently. I would always suggest what ever special they have. They once had a dish with beet risotto that I really loved. They made the beets so tasty, they got me to eat a dish I despise. I will be frequenting this restaurant as long as I am a student in the area. The only drawback is the outside appeal to the establishment.

Wow, what a fantastic experience. Even though the restaurant was very busy the service was amazing. Our waiter came to the table to check in at least 6 times, which is usually annoying but with such a personable and knowledgable staff, it proved to be a treat. I got the ceviche for an app, which was one of the best preparations of the dish I have ever had. The steak milenesa (I so spelled that wrong) was also quite good, with large portions I couldn't even finish my meal. I will be back for sure.

First, let's start with the positives. The food is excellent. I had a New York strip and it was outstanding. We had an appetizer, and I would rate it a 6/10. Not great, but not horrible either. We had the banana-caramel cheesecake for dessert, which was outstanding. The decor and general atmosphere is also pretty good for a small-town restaurant (with a caveat; see below). With tip, all of the above came to a whopping $80 for two people. This is Moscow, Idaho, people. Problem #1: the moment we arrived, we were asked if we had a reservation. We said no. It was a Thursday night. Why would we need a reservation for a small restaurant in Moscow, ID? Well, apparently, that relegated us to second-class citizenship because we were quickly shuttled to the BAR. We were never asked if we wanted to sit in the bar. It was just assumed that, because we had the temerity to show up without a reservation, we were compelled to sit in the bar. Problem #2: it took a FULL TWENTY MINUTES for the first person to show up at our table just to take our drink orders. The drinks arrived TEN MINUTES later. We're IN THE BAR. The bar is five feet away from our table. Just to recap: that's TEN MINUTES to get drinks after waiting TWENTY MINUTES for someone to show up at the table. We've now been at Sangria for 30 minutes and we've just gotten our drinks. Problem #3: the bar was so incredibly noisy that we couldn't even hear each other talk. There was an (obviously) former or current employee sitting at the bar who laughed so loud (and so frequently), that it was useless to try to hold any kind of conversation. The two tables surrounding us were also so noisy that we just gave up trying to talk to each other and we were sitting two feet apart. Problem #4: after waiting 20 minutes for someone to show up to take our drink order, and then another 10 minutes to finally GET the drinks, we waited another 20 minutes for our appetizer to arrive. Fortunately, we were smart enough to order the appetizer when she brought the drinks, because we had no idea when we'd see her again at the table. By the time the appetizer finally arrived, our drinks were empty. They dropped off the appetizer and disappeared. Didn't bother asking if our drinks needed to be refilled. Didn't just automatically bring drinks like they do at less EXPENSIVE restaurants like Red Robin, etc. They just dropped off the appetizer and vanished. Seriously? When the bartender FINALLY came back to take our dinner order (another 20 minutes of waiting), we had to ASK for our drinks to be refilled. This is just simply ridiculous. We have now been sitting (in the bar) at Sangria for ONE HOUR and we are just putting in our dinner order. Problem: #5: at this point, I probably don't even need to tell you that our entrees arrived FORTY MINUTES after we placed the order. Employing some higher math skills, we have been sitting in Sangria for one hour and forty minutes, in a crowded, noisy bar, desperate for our drinks to be refilled, and we are just getting our food. We arrived at 6 p.m. We didn't start eating until 7:40. Why we decided to prolong our agony is beyond me, but, we decided to order an over-priced dessert to go with our over-priced meal and our non-existent drinks, which led to... Problem #6: It took ANOTHER TWENTY MINUTES for the dessert to arrive. How. Is. This. Possible. Dessert is, far and away, the highest margin item on the menu (yes, I am a former bartender and server). You get the desserts to the table as fast as possible. The only reason this is a two-star review and not a one-star review is because of the food. We sat in their restaurant for more than two hours (at an obviously low-priority table -- restaurants thrive by "turning and burning" their tables), in a noisy, crowded bar (which we didn't request, nor did we want to sit it)...and it just wasn't worth it. We spent $80 for the pleasure of waiting and waiting and waiting. Looking at the experience in total, I would not go back. The negatives related to the service FAR outweighed the food.

I have not been here since 2006, and I am SOOO looking forward to eating here in two weeks when we head to that side of the state. I used to LOVE going here for dinner when I was attending WSU. The food was unique, and the sangria was yummy! They usually weren't too packed, unless it was a holiday weekend at the University. can't wait!!!

  • Alanna S.

Their menu is so varied there's something for everyone - even gluten free and vegetarian people. My favorite dish was the fried plantains over Brazilian risotto. Delicious! Who would have thought something so exotic would be in Idaho? The raspberry lemonade has actual raspberries in it - score. The desserts in general are a bit of a let down. Eat there and hit up another place for dessert. With the exception of a chocolate lava cake dessert fail, this place has consistently been good. It's the place I took family to when they visited. It's not inexpensive, but I feel like it's a good price for the value.

AMAZING DINNER. I would highly recommend the bruschetta and avocado wraps for appetizers. All food is locally sourced. Service was outstanding. Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. I got the halibut and it was great. Would go back in a heartbeat. Yum!

If there is ONE restaurant to take my parents when they come, it is THIS one. They have a full bar but besides that, the food options are plentiful. EVERYTHING looks good AND tastes good. The service is friendly but the line can be RIDICULOUS on Mom or Dad weekends. Either way I would say this is worth the wait. Only downfall is, this place does come with a price to which I say...WORTH IT! I always try something new every time I go and I am NEVER disappointed. It is a nice place for also a romantic dinner but keep in mind they do charge extra on Valentines Weekend...like 60 dollars a person kind of price... Well aside from that food is delicious, the place is well maintained (besides the outside), and I would love to go back to this spot!

I did not have the best service and I didn't really like the spring rolls or Sangria BUT I wish I would have mentioned this to our server or asked to speak to a manger as I have heard so many good things about this restaurant since then. They seem to really care and always take steps to remake or prepare a different plate that will meet your individual tastes. It was my mistake for not speaking up. I will be sure to visit it again next time I am in town. My daughters friends from WSU all rave about the food and attitude of the owner and staff. Its definitely a place that cares about all their guests. So don't be like me and keep quiet. Tell the server if you are not happy as you will be very surprised at how much the staff cares about your total experience. I was VERY surprised and very pleased!

I've eaten here several times. Most of the food on the menu is very, very good. Just do not order what they call the "Peruvian curry" or aji de gallina- this is NOTHING like the real thing and is a huge disappointment for those who know Peruvian food. I can tell the chef myself what his sauce lacks... Other than that, it is probably the best restaurant in Moscow. For those who don't like tasty, complex food - head elsewhere as this is for those with experienced or adventurous palates that can appreciate the kaleidoscope of flavors and ingredients. Scrumptious menu and drinks but only four stars for such a terrible job on the classic aji de gallina and the exorbitant prices.

I was in town staying close by, and read a few reviews on the place that were encouraging, so we gave it a shot. The server was helpful and the place has a great feel. I passed on the Sangria and went for a mojito and was very pleased. Not too sweet, not too much soda water, and powerful lime and mint. Hemingway would have been pleased. I ordered the drunken beef, and it was cooked perfectly, the rice was moist, the black beans were tender, and did I mention the mojito? My companion had a beef pesto pasta dish that was also very good. I dunno if it was Peruvian, but it was good anyway. Did I mention the mojito was awesome? The rest of the menu looks like this should be a regular place for a frequent visitor. I know I'll be back.

Great service, cool ambiance. Not a lot in the way for vegetarians/vegans but there definitely are some choices. My tofu noodle dish was mostly noodles. It was ayight, would have liked more vegetables. Good selection of cocktails, definitely enjoyed that. My cohorts seemed to really enjoy their lamb, and seafood stew. Would be 4 stars but you've got to impress everyone at the table with the food to make that happen!

I can't tell you how much I love this place! I just recently moved back to the westside after graduating from WSU and am missing this place so much. The food is something that you can't get anywhere else, it is very unique and I have never tasted anything so delicious. My favorites are the mediterranean pasta, the clam pot and every single special I have ever had. The specials are always something I have not heard of before and sound so good. Sangria has only disappointed one time when I got the Peruvian Curry that was too spicy for me to handle. But being the amazing restaurant that they are, they allowed me to return the item and order something new without charging me for the curry. The sangria is sweet but not over powering. I would recommend that you get a pitcher to split with at least three people because it can be very filling if you are eating a full meal there. I have had all three flavors and my favorite is the rose. Please go there and let me know what you get and how it was!! I would be very interested to see how others view this wonderful restaurant. :)

In Moscow for work and tried this place on day 2. I am glad this place is going to be here for the rest of the job. The menu is around 18 pages. They have quite a broad variety of food, drinks, and desserts. I had the lemon pepper halibut with rice and garlic green beans at the suggestion of my waitress. Good call! The flavors were excellent. She suggested the bread pudding as well to finish the meal. Another excellent choice! I am looking forward to trying more of their food while I am in town. Will update more later. Herb crusted salmon was great.

I love this place! My boyfriend and I would go here for our dating anniversaries. My favorite dish is the Peruvian Curry, it's amazing and not too expensive. You can pretty much order anything on the menu and it will be good. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, especially on big college weekends, but waiting in the bar area is a good way to pass the time. The ambience is also great, though much better at night (the little lights on the ceiling look really cool).

As a local motel employee who is asked daily for restaurant recommendations, I thought it was well-overdue that I try Sangria's new menu. Unfortunately, I really miss the old one. Today, I started with the Sangria Salad, which is the same and always lovely. For my entree, I tried the herb-crusted salmon. The fish was cooked nicely, but was so over-seasoned. Ordering something called "herb-crusted," I expect it to be very "herby," but this was just too much. It tasted like someone spilled the spice rack onto my salmon. The potatoes that accompanied were nicely roasted and the mushroom ragu on top of the fish was delicious. For my drink, I didn't order any alcohol, instead having their incredible in-house lemonade. It was wonderful. Beware, however. When my glass was empty, he asked if I would like more, which I did, of course. The lemonade is $3.50 a glass and the refills are NOT free. I was charged for 2 glasses. $7.00 for lemonade with dinner is completely ridiculous - no matter how good it may be. In regards to the service, my server was friendly and introduced himself, but even with a mostly empty restaurant, he was very slow to return and never checked back with me or asked about the food after I received it. The old Sangria menu was one of my favorites, with many dishes that I absolutely loved. Sadly, those are gone and in their place is a menu of over-worked dishes that seem to be trying to be trendy. Overall, rather a disappointment.

I came here tonight on the effusive recommendation of a colleague touting Sangria as the best restaurant in the area. I could not have been more disappointed. The one redeeming point was the ruby Sangria. We had to wait 1 hour to be seated when we were told the wait was 20 minutes. We started with the pisco clams. The clams were gummy and way too salty. I had the salmon special and all I could taste was the gas broiler--- it was $26 for something that tasted like a camping stove. That beautiful piece of fish was ruined especially atop a bed of reheated and over cooked potatoes and greens. The chanterelles over the steelhead were lackluster and again it was all way over salted-- and I'm fond of salt. My companions picante dish was far too picante, too salted and the meat over done. Our server was kind and offered us the chocolate cheesecake on the house... Which looked marvelous but tasted of slightly glorified Hershey's glue. I hope it was an off night for them. However, we won't be going back anytime soon.

I really like this place. It has great atmosphere, nice service, and a fun menu. I love the drunken steak. It is huge but that just means lunch for tomorrow. I like to stick to the peruvian items on the menu which I think they do best (it is a peruvian restaurant) and most of the reviewers on here tend to agree. Favorites: drunken steak chicken gallina purple corn punch (the cocktail version) I've have the seafood/fisherman's stew once and some of the seafood tasted a little too fishy for my liking, but that was over a year ago and I had just moved here from california. Other than that I wish they had outdoor seating and a better location in general. I really enjoy this place and am so happy that it exists here in Moscow.

I really enjoy Sangria! The food is quite good (although a bit over priced), the service is always cheerful, polite, and on the ball! They have yummy options for everyone weather you are a meat lover or vegetarian. Their sangrias are delicious, and the atmosphere is warm, sophisticated, and inviting. It's a great place to go when you want to go out for a meal that is a little more upscale.

I would recommend this place for a nice dinner out. I started with the sangria salad for a starter. It was one of the best salads I have ever had. Apples, pecans and gorgonzola! I did have to ask for more dressing though. For the main course, I got the gorgonzola pasta and it was sinfully rich. Gorgonzola is rich as is and this pasta was great without being too overpowering. The portions are very large. I had a sample of three desserts: vanilla cheesecake, tres leches cake and coconut passionfruit bread pudding. The bread pudding was my favorite with the cheesecake being my second favorite. I would definitely return.

me + mi mum love this place. it's perfect for appetizers, endless diet cokes (they are quick to refill which is amaze!), and lots of girl talk. but let's talk about the appetizers : crab cakes, wedge salad, and coconut shrimp. OH HI YOU ARE SO GOOD. and the tres leches cake...mmm...kiss kiss. now ask me if i've tried their actual food? yeah. not yet. i just can't get back the appetizer menu!

Came for an early dinner while visiting the boy, who's at the Idaho Rep for the summer. I wasn't expecting much, since the restaurant is located in the parking lot of a strip mall and decorated like a chain. At first, I thought it was an Olive Garden/Red Lobster type deal, but I put my reservations aside and kept an open mind. And I'm glad I did! The food is delicious. The service was genuinely nice and pleasant, although we were seated in the bar for some reason (?). I had the shrimp scampi, and it was truly excellent. The sauce was creamy and thick with just the right amount of spice and kick - no bland Alfredo here! The shrimp were big and plentiful. Definitely a standard to hold future scampis up to. The boy had the cobb salad, and it came with plenty of avocado, chicken, bacon, tomatoes - the works. The prices are a little higher than I'd expected, but nothing out of the ordinary. Definitely a good choice.

Exquisite, plentiful menu. Peru based cuisine is inspired, with choices and wonderful presentation. My suggestion for improvement is for the owner to get over his bias against credit cards in favor of cash. What business is he running -- cash laundering or high end restaurant? Hard to tell. I will go back, but will remember this slight to those of us that don't travel with extensive cash on hand.

One of the three best restaurants in the Pullman/Moscow area. My favorite dishes are the Masa cakes appetizer, Saltado (don't miss this), and Peruvian curry. Great deserts too - Banana Brulee Cheesecake was extremely memorable. Also, fantastic cocktails!

  • Ken H.

The food was fantastic. The prices is what to expect for a nice sit down/date night. I had the avocado wraps (much like chili's southwest wraps but with avocado). Also enjoyed the almond coconut halibut. Would recommend both. Service was slow but good, didn't ding them on the review because the gal was new.

I think this is a chain but we went with friends who had been to college in town who said their menu has been really pared down (think - TGI Fridays!) but they still had an eclectic, varied and sumptuous offering. We rarely spoke while consuming the plate's contents and I don't think the dishwashing staff had to do much to clean up after us.

I marvel that a restaurant with a menu so large can have such good food. For casual dinning the food is very well done for the price. The ingredients are fresh and the flavors inventive. They make their own french fries! So far I have tried and loved the Avocado Rolls, Graham's special Chicken Sandwich, the Four Mini Speciality Burgers with Fries and a Seafood pasta dish that was amazing....of course we had this over several dinners. I'm taking my mom there for lunch today because its that good! Can't wait. The guy comparing Sangria Grill to Applebees needs new tastebuds!

This place fits the bill for a special night out (in Moscow anyway). I had the lamb shanks and LOVED them. Lamb was perfectly cooked and the spices they use are delicious. And the black bean (or maybe it was lentil?) sauce with it is super yummy, too. My boyfriend had the Gorgonzola pasta with steak and thought it was too rich, but he also asked me what Gorgonzola was after he ordered it... so maybe his expectations were off. The sangria is a little disappointing - definitely watered down, but still yummy. Definitely not even enough alcohol in it to get a 12 year old drunk, though. The chocolate cheesecake dessert is AMAZING!! Definitely recommend that as a great ending to anything. Or just alone :) Our server was, uh, a little overly friendly with my boyfriend (I could have sworn she was openly hitting on him in front of me - arm touching and talking directly to him 90% of the time...), but she wasn't rude to me either. What can I say? He's a good looking guy :), it's just we were there on a date night.... so it was a little weird.

I was looking for a restaurant for my birthday dinner. Finding a nice restaurant that is open and serving their full menu on a Sunday is not easy in the Moscow/Pullman area. I decided to try Sangria, as I had heard some good things about it. I was a bit apprehensive, as it doesn't look like much from the outside. It is in a mall parking lot, and the outside of the building looks more like a fast food place than a fine dining restaurant. However, once you go inside it looks much nicer. They have an impressive (and really long) menu with many unique dishes. All of the food that we got was great, and had interesting and tasty blends of flavors. The service was friendly and attentive. I would recommend this place highly, and I hope to go back soon.

We took our son there last night for his 19th birthday .We weren't expecting a whole lot from the exterior and then as soon as we walked in the door I saw the potential. The wait staff was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations. My wife, daughter, son and myself all shared our meals and they were all phenomenal...Between the four of us we tried the risotto, the asado borracho, the seafood stew and the curry. The asado borracho, was a large skirt steak, grilled with garlic and a tremendous reduction sauce. It was so tender you could almost cut it with your fork, and it was very reasonable at only $18. Nice beer and wine selection as well, but you might as well try the Sangria...really good. This is really a fine quality restaurant and it is very reasonably priced.

This is honestly probably one of my favorite restaurants ever. (And I'm from SoCal and have tried a lot) The food here is amazing, the service is awesome, and there's a cool funky atmosphere. This place is listed as American/Asian Fusion, but truly it's Peruvian.American (per the servers). I had the Sangria Saltado which sounded really weird because it has chicken, rice, and french fries... but the waitress convinced me to get it and boy was it good. They have a house sauce which you can use on anything and it is DELICIOUS. The brown sugar salmon is to die for, best salmon I've had. I have yet to have a dish that isn't good here. The prices are fairly high, but the portions are pretty comparable and well worth it. We will continue to eat here!

As far as a higher end dining goes, this is one of the better places in town. If you can go on Tuesday when they have half price appetizers, go there. The food is high quality. Prices are a bit high for the quality but you'll find it's worth it in the end. Occasionally, depending on which server you get or who is bartending, the service can be sluggish. But all in all, a good experience awaits you here.

One of mine and my husbands favorite places to eat out for a special occasion. My husband always gets the lamb shank and I've tried the shrimp scampi, salmon and New York strip steak - all awesome! We also liked the empanadas and crab cakes as appetizers. Highly recommend!!

I didn't have great expectations for Sangria, as it's located smack in the middle of a mall parking lot. When's the last time you had good food in or near a mall? However, the owners deserve a lot of credit, because once you step inside you forget about the sub-par neighborhood. The decor is classy yet modern, and lots of people fit inside without feeling crowded. Most importantly, the food was great. I've unfortunately never been to South America, so I can't speak for its authenticity, but I stuffed myself silly and was really surprised this gem exists in Moscow. Delicious!

I've been to sangria maybe 3 or 4 times over the past year and am disappointed every time I go. I will not be returning. Their whole "we discount 3% for cash" is a load of crap- it actually means "we charge 3% more for credit cards" which is actually against the rules of their merchant contract with their credit card company. The food is way over priced as it is. The food here is lazy. I had to specifically ask the waitress to ask the kitchen staff to make sure the fries weren't sent out greasy last night because the last couple of times I went, the fries came out drenched in frying oil. I got their chicken sandwich. It said it came on challa (which was supposed to have come from sage bakery). It was on a sesame seed bun. I called Sage bakery and they said they don't make challa bread. They do make hamburger buns, but there are no sesame seeds on them. So either the kitchen lied, or they had no idea what they were talking about. The bacon might have been good, if it had been cooked properly, but it was grilled and the middle was raw. It should have been put on a flattop to cook before being grilled. The chicken was overcooked and not seasoned. There was cheese on it, which wasn't listed on the menu. I will not be returning. Edited to say that the owner gave me a call after I emailed him my review and he was very amenable to everything I had to say. I sincerely hope that the kitchen is challenged to put out the best food they can and that they do so on a consistent basis. I will go back and give it another try.

This place was great! The service was awesome. We called ahead since we drove about 40 minutes to get here and we seated right away. The server was so excited about the food that we couldn't wait to order. She knew a lot about the menu and was very helpful. Everything was delicious. We went back the next night for desert. The Banana Brule Cheesecake was amazing. They were so nice to make us one to go. They even made us a Tres Leches Cake to try while we waited. OMG melt in your mouth!

Made a reservation at 7:30 on a Saturday night. They were pretty busy and had to wait a few minutes but not too long. We ordered the crab cakes for an appetizer and they were awesome. They serve everything with their special dipping sauce. I ordered the shrimp scampi and my husband got the lamb linguine. He LOVED it. Both were delicious and great portion sizes. Will definitely be going back! The atmosphere is romantic and stylish.

Awesome atmosphere ~ whoever decorated the place did a great job. I sometimes fantasize about stealing the icecube lights for my apt. My bestfriend wants the fat pig statue. There are many choices of food. A bit pricey so it's really a place to go when celebrating or on a date. Good location right next to a main road and by the mall. Definitely try the flight of the sangrias, where you get a generous portion of all the sangria flavors.

UPDATE 04/23/14 OMG. I cannot stop drooling. I'm so in love with Sangria. Now that they've narrowed their focus and have a full bar I wish I could eat here EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. I love love love their Halibut a la Macho (fish changes seasonally). I want to bathe in that sauce. It is so flavorful and complex. Their ceviche (and subsequent leche de tigre) makes you forget you're in Moscow, Idaho. I've never had a bad special either. They do a fabulous job of creating new and innovative dishes. Service is fantastic. I've never had a bad experience here and can genuinely say that they do a wonderful job with their servers and bartenders! Try this place. Do it. NOW. 10/10/2010 I want to like this place, but to be truthful it reminds me of the Cheesecake factory, which (let's be honest) is the worst restaurant ever. What Sangria has going for it is that the food quality is better, the service is great, and their sangria? Is delightful! I've liked 4 of 6 dishes I've gotten here. Not hated enough to send back but haven't loved enough to go back every night of the week. One thing that is delicious? That spicy green sauce they send out with dinner... oh my... it's firey and flavorful and i've put it on my salad it's so good! Try it, it's good for picky eaters because of the selection, and great for their sangria and green sauce!

Joey and I went here with my cousin Pauli and her friends. Apparently this is quite the place for the college kids as well and the prom set. I have to say it was really cute, yet odd, to see all the prom dates here. I thought the food was pretty good. We had avocado egg rolls and they were really tasty. I really like the "Honey, I Shrunk The Burgers". They were yummy sliders. The one thing I really didn't like was the fried zucchini. It was mushy and tasteless. As, Joey said, for a place called "Sangria Grill" the sangria was just a notch up from a Del Monte recipe, but overall the food and service was pretty good.

From March 2009 Really great food. We ordered four different appetizers, clams, sweet corn cakes, calamari and empanadas. All of them were good. The corn cakes could use a bit of spice to even out the sweetness. The clams were divine. The empanadas, which can be served with your choice of all three that they offer, were excellent. A bit on the soft side, but good. I suggest the chicken or beef. The atmosphere is rather misleading, but in a good way. It does have the feel of a family restaurant, but has a classy, high range feel once you sit down. It's really a smart concept, attracting both casual and slightly high end diners. Dessert menu is extensive, and features a tres leches cake, which the description floors you before you can even read the other items. I think the owners are younger, and really took great care designing a menu selection that would appeal to everyone, even a foodie.

Sangria is by far my favorite restaurant in the Pullman/Moscow area. It would even fit nicely in my list of favorites on the west side. The food is so good! I can reccommend about 3/4 of the menu, having tried them myself, and I can assume the remaining 1/4 is equally as good. George the owner is also a personal favorite, he is so nice and a great guy! To start, my favorite are the sweet corn tamale cakes. The cake itself is so flavorful, with the avocado, tomato, and other sauces/seasonings on top. Always slather with gringo sauce for added spice! I don't even know where to begin for the rest. The sangria salad, grahams gourmet sandwich, jambalaya, and brazillian risotto are all solid favorites. Feeling adventurous? Try the saltodo. It does not disappoint. It has meat, veggies, traditional stir-fry sauce, rice and french fries, all mixed together. I know you are thinking 'what?! french fries?' but you are going to have to show some trust. To drink- the sangria obviously, but even the cocktails are great. For students, I recommend starting to go ASAP! It's going to take you all 4 years to get through the entire menu!

My wife and I had dinner here tonight when in Moscow for a meeting at UI. Service and food were excellent. Prices reasonable especially considering quality. I had the Asado Borracho which was tender and tasty. Loved the sticky rice and fried onions. My wife had the Emerald steak . Delicious. Multiple tastes. Our waitress was very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. A wonderful dining experience.

Love, love, love this place!!!! Every time I go here I get something new and every time it has been outstanding. My absolute favorite are the lamb chops, heaven :) Then end it all with their Tres Lachas, if that's how you spell it, bar none the best desert ever created. Would recommend to anyone.

This is a decent place to dine compared to other options in the area. The atmosphere is very nice. I like the changes that they have made to the menu. It's a little pricey for the quality of the food.

Downright amazing food and usually great service as well. It's hard to focus on anything but the food, though. The salmon with the mushroom sauce is to DIE for. If you really want to treat yourself, have the creme brulee for dessert as well. I'd have gone here so many more times if I had more money! Dishes are about 12-20$. It's a really nice atmosphere, especially for a date. I wouldn't try to go here on a holiday, though, or after some huge event at WSU or in Moscow. There are always huge lines at those times. Otherwise, it's wonderful!

I was there yesterday. I ordered the peasant steak with fried bananas, black beans, rice and a fried egg. Just outstanding. For desert, I had the bread pudding. Just yummy... Best restaurant in Moscow. This dish reminds me of Sol Food in San Rafael.

BEST restaurant on the Palouse. hands down. everything on the menu is delightful. prices are fair, portions are generous (i always make 2-3 meals out of my leftovers) and the service is the best in town. all the waiters are amazing and accommodating. happy hour is a great time to go as well, cocktails are fantastic (& strong), and appetizers are yummy. would definitely recommend to everyone!

As a recent transplant to the area I frequently have company from out of town. Sangria is always the first place we take them. the menu has enough variety that anyone can find something they'll love. The staff is pleasant but not too in your face. The decor is elegant, but also very comfortable. My dad, who refuses to eat lamb in the states, loved the lamb chops so much that I had to take him back twice during a three day visit. The Tres Leches cake is a real treat. I have never found one so well executed, even living in Mexico for years.

If I could give this place six stars, I would. I can't say anything other than, I love Sangria. I am always willing to go to Sangria. They have the best burger in town, by far, and the selection is great! I have a few favorites, but am always tempted to try something new. The menu is huge (a little overwhelming sometimes), but it leaves you with a lot of choices. I'm a big fan of their pesto pasta, their bacon ranch avocado burger and holy cow, their Farva is amazing. For those of you who aren't familiar with that - it's angel hair onion rings. I get them as a side, with everything - so delicious. Anyway, go check it out, it worth the money.

Sangria is really impressive. They've got a wide variety of dishes and manage to excel at all of the ones I've tried. Everything from burgers, to steak to "Peruvian Curry", to salmon to ribs. Everything is always fresh and tasty. The service is friendly and fast.

I'm always disappointed with the food here. Their menu is massive and really hit or miss. I think it reflects in their food because it just seems bland and unfocused. The service was poor and it was just too expensive for the quality of the food.

    (1)
  • Andrew R.

Oh, where to start? Sangria is trying to be "upscale," but it is a hard feat in a strip mall too-large location with bloated plastic-encased menus. The menu is absolutely enormous, which led me to the suspicion that the food is, yup, you called it: preprepared Sysco/FSA. Ick. Our food managed to be both odd and bland, but was no comparison for our waiter. The 18 year old kid couldn't pronounce the wines, and we had to point to it on the menu for him. He brought the bottle to our table, and then wrestled with it for nearly five minutes before finally getting the cork out. I honestly don't know WHY people keep going here. Moscow may have limited restaurant choices when you live here awhile, but both Red Door and Nectar have excellent food for similar prices. And I guarantee their waiters know their wines.

I was not very impressed with this place at all. I was so excited to go here just because of the name, it sounded to elegant and unique. The place was packed with vegetarian hippies, and the staff didnt know what half of the stuff was on their menu. The menu was way too big, it was almost impossible to decide what to eat, not to mention they didnt have a kids menu, so I had to order an 15 dollar appetizer for my son. The dish I had was really good, it was macadamia crusted halibut, but our appetizer and my fiances food was awful, and it was way too expensive. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.

I know there are many positive reviews for this place but this is about honesty not going with the flow so this is my review. I had a date and let her pick this place out and she did so based on her past good experience. Reservations were not needed as it was not even half full. We arrived and said two to the hostess she seated us but I caught her glaring at my date like looking her up and down and I ha no idea but was uncomfortable nonetheless. The decor was nice candles at the table dim lighting but no background music which is weird considering background music usually makes the atmosphere. So the menu was huge a wide range of foods from pasta to steaks to seafood to about anything one could want so we ordered the calamari as the appetizer and I ordered the rib eye with asparagus and garlic mashed potatos pretty much a great dish no matter where I am. My date ordered a salmon steak with the same sides. When the calamari came out it was fried to long and was overly crunchy border line burnt and they gave us a side of a hot sauce that looked like pesto but tasted blah was not hot at all and really was like drinking water with the way it tasted. So I didn't eat much of the appetizer so when my steak came out I was still really hungry and was expecting it to be delicious! It looked good but was well over cooked I ordered it MR an it came out WD but I didn't say anything as I was trying to just be a positive thing for my date. Not only was the meat overdone but the cut tasted like sirloin and a crappy one at that with really tough spots gross! So I devoured the potatos which were good but didn't eat the asparagus as it was overly done and wet noodle texture. All the while the waitress didn't fill up my soda or water the whole time we were there never asked if our food was ok or stopped by our table for anything till the end when she asked if we wanted desert! We left and I was still hungry even after a 70 dollar bill and as we were walking out the door the hostess did the same thing to my date as she did when we got there! I would bot recommend this place even with all the selection the menu has. I remember a saying a jack of all trades is a journeyman at none which I apply to them having such a large selection on the menu!

Sangria sure doesn't look like much on the outside--just another cookie cutter restaurant in front of your average strip mall--but the inside is another matter altogether. The dim restaurant is well-lighted at the tables, and beautifully decorated. It gives the feel of a high-class place in the middle-of-nowhere USA. The prices are a little higher than other options, but the food more than makes up for it. I ordered the Brazilian Risotto, and it blew me away. The grains were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the fried plantains on top really put the dish over the edge. I can see why it is popular. The food is better than the average place in Moscow (not that any of them are really bad), and the atmosphere/decor resembles some of the high-priced options downtown without stealing away all of your green. I would definitely recommend this place for anything from a casual dinner with the family, to a date, to a prom on a budget. **Update Sangria is now my 2nd favorite restaurant in Moscow. The beer list is amazing. Mirror, Mirror (double Pale from Deschutes) and Arrogant Bastard can both be found on tap. And the sweet potato fries are wonderful. Throw in the fact their burgers are actually made from ground beef instead of frozen patties from Winco and I'll eat there twice a week.

So I have gone to Sangria multiple times and I have mixed feelings on the place. Sometimes the experience is good and sometimes it can be just alright. They do have some great dishes and others can be kind of lame and tasteless. A good rule of thumb for this place: If the food seems incredibly exotic it probably will not be prepared properly. (And no tofu is not exotic and pretty yummy I must say!). There are so many things on the menu it can take an incredible amount of time just to figure out what you want. Its nice to have variety but I feel if they cut some of the things off the menu and increase quality I would give it a 4.

My husband and I just moved to Moscow. We did a lot of research and decided to come to Sangria's for our 10th Anniversary. Even though it was a Friday night, we were seated within 5 minutes. Our waiter, Danny, was the best waiter either of us have ever seen! The atmosphere was pleasant and clean. For appetizers, we had Avocado Egg Wraps and the Fried Zucchini Spears. I had the Cream Basil Pesto Pasto and my husband had the Tofu Burrito (not sure of name). For dessert, I had the lemon custard (can't remember the name) and hubby had the Tahitian banana dessert (can't remember that name either). All of it was amazing! We spoke to one of the owners afterward and complimented him on the entire experience. The prices were more than satisfactory and portion sizes were huge! Far too much for the average person to consume! Not only would I whole-heartedly recommend Sangria's to anyone else, I will be returning there within the month!

My friends and I have been here on multiple occasions to enjoy a good meal and a good time. The food is yummy, the service is friendly and the place's atmosphere is great. My favorite thing, the green spicy sauce they give you on the side. It tastes great with every dish! A must visit if you are ever around town.

For a restaurant in small-town nowhere USA, Sangria is a delight! We finally discovered this place the 3rd year our son was at WSU and were disappointed it took us so long. Their menu is huge with a wide variety of flavor options. There is definitely something for everyone and the portions are generous. Their drinks are tasty, and I even like the non-alcoholic strawberry lemonade enough to order it instead of wine. Real berries, not just flavored syrup. It's a little on the spendy side for college students, but a great to place for the parents to treat them. Plus, it's right by Winco so you'll save a little money there if you're also taking them grocery shopping.

I went here for the first time with my husband and a friend from out of town. We went on a weeknight so it wasn't super crowded but it was pretty full. We were seated right away. Our server was very good and knowledgeable about the menu. The guy who dropped off our appetizers however was not. We started with the crab stuffed wontons, which everyone really liked, and the calamari which was also good. We all got the Sangria flights, which were good. I think the Ruby is the best and most like actual Sangria. My husband ordered the "King and I Shrimp and Chicken," which was excellent and had been recommended by a friend and our server as the best thing on the menu. I ordered the Milanesa Sandwich, which I think could have been good. The chicken was extremely overcooked on the outside edges which was very disappointing. The sweet potato fries were pretty good and they give you a ton of them. Our friend ordered a salad but didn't really eat much of it because the lettuce was pretty brown. The prices seem a bit on the high side but they do give you a lot of food. We will definitely be back. I've heard good things about the hamburgers. I can see how this place could be really hit or miss, especially with such an extensive menu. I think they would be better off if they cut their menu in half and focused more on a few specialty items instead of trying to do everything.
