Super nice staff and super fast and I am just amazed at how this place always has a positive vibe. We also get food delivered frequently to our house and they are SO fast! I am just so impressed with the whole chain and this location is no different. Top notch all the way!

Service here is just okay, not quite as fast as they say. I've found that the lobby and sitting area is just too small and it gets very very crowded.

We really enjoy this location! Have never had an issue here. Sandwiches have always been accurate and the staff has always been friendly. Whenever we're in need of a great and quick sub, this is the first place we say out loud. Definitely check this place out if you get the chance.

I love Jimmy Johns, and probably eat there twice a week on average. The portions seem like they are getting smaller, and I do wish they'd bring back sprouts...but I'll keep coming back anyways.

If u r looking for a good Sammie go to Hugo's down the road. This place is just a step up from Subway and that ain't saying much. For the price I think I'd rather get a $5 footlong. I also think I chipped my tooth eating their chips

How is it even possible to be a sandwich shop without having deli mustard? If you don't want Dijon mustard be prepared to get yellow mustard in a packet. I was surprised when I asked them to put the yellow mustard on the sandwich and they said they couldn't. To me horrible customer service deserves no return visits. It's like trying to run a McDonald's without french fries. It was a horrible experience getting my sandwich through the drive through trying to drive and put mustard on the sandwich. Too much competition to go back to Jimmy John's.

This location was good when it opened. They stopped offering sprouts even though sprouts are listed on the national web site. The meat portions seem smaller. The bread is still excellent, but that is just not enough.

I love JJs!!! This place has a drive thru window and great dependable sandwiches, a solid fix. Great location when coming from the Boise airport.

Love this place!! We don't have this in CA but I can tell you that any time I go to any state that has a Jimmy Johns, I always bring some home on the plane with me. My favorite is the #3 which is the tuna. I love tuna but it's hard to find places that make it perfect where its not too dry and doesn't have too much mayo. They also put cucumbers and alfalfa sprouts (i know it doesn't sound good but in this sandwich it is!) and I add hot peppers! DELISH!!! My second fav is the #9 which is the Italian. The bread they use is good and i also add hot peppers to this one too. I'm a big fan of this place and they are always fast!

Delicious subs. Tasty cookies. Friendly service. You won't be disappointed. High quality breads. Someone brought a platter of their sandwiches to our potluck, and they went FAST!

I love their bread ... so soft and "real" feeling versus other sub places. The people are nice and the service is quick.

I've been here a number of times and the sandwiches are consistently good. I can't say I'm a fan of the chips or the cookies, though.

When Jimmy John's opened up, it became my favorite sandwich place. I've been to this one on overland about 4 times because it's close to work and have been disappointed almost everytime. The bread is always hard, not fresh as advertised. I have complained and got a replacement sandwich but when I went back a different time, the same situation. The downtown one is the better choice, never had an issue down there.
