I love Carl's Jr. There food is great but the customer service at this particular joint is horrible. The wait is twice as long as any other cj's or fast food restaurant. The staff is always rude no matter what. I am always as nice as can be (sincere pleases and thank yous)because that would suck to work there and I feel for them but they continue to be rude every time. I just went in there and they messed up my order and when I told them they acted angry and made my sandwich really fast and shitty because they were mad. Absolutely ridiculous. The only reason there is one star is because I enjoy their food. Everything else? Shit.
