I've only ever used the drive-thru at this location, but it's always been a pleasurable experience. The location is a bit inconvenient, especially because it's on the opposite side of the road as my commute, but it's not so that I hate making the trip in. The nice thing about chain coffee shops is that everything is usually the same. I've never had an issue with a drink or a food order. The staff is always very friendly and converse with me when time allows.

The staff here clearly enjoys working here. Always very lively here, which is appreciated. Although the lounge area is "average" when you consider tables to relax & converse at, there is outdoor seating that makes up for it. As far as seasonal themes to market products, this location offers such as "Frappuchino Friday."The ladies dress up Hawaiian style, and the men wear a Don Ho Hawaii 5-0 shirt. It makes for good fun. The products are still very good, as well as certain new promotional ones such as Oprah's Chai Latte. Parking in this Starbuck's front lot can be challenging, particularly with the last two parking spaces on the front right (very tight). I would recommend parking in the adjacent shopping center lot and just walking over during the busy times of the day (early morning, late afternoon). Overall, a pretty good venue.

It's my local Starbucks. The staff here is a riot! They are always happy, cheerful, and at times goofy. Today's shenanigans was a HUGE fly swatter in back.

Cheer up baristas! This Starbuck's distinguishes itself in one very curious way: the coffee squad that works at this 'Bucks is rather dour. I have no idea why since most people in Boise are really friendly. The coffee and all the other concoctions are the same as at any other Starbucks, and if you haven't been to one then you probably don't drink coffee, so I won't take this occasion to describe the familiar. Here's what you need to know: spacious layout, patio with umbrellas, suburban strip mall ambience, located in a former bank building, awkward drive-thru, and not quite enough parking spots immediately adjacent to the store so use the overflow lot which has plenty of space.

I wonder if I was having an off day in my personality, or if the store was having there own off day. I am a huge Starbucks fan, but I really wasn't impressed with my one visit to this place. I don't like to be negative to my Bucks, but this one and I didn't seem to mix well. Didn't get the drink I ordered and staff just seemed to be distant. Place was very busy, so they obviously do well by others.

Very relaxing and laid back environment enjoy a good cup of coffee and catch up with friends. Love the patio if possible....

since my drink at Starbucks is the same everywhere I go this rating was purely based on the staff. The gentleman in there needed to drink their own product as they seemed either bored or tired.

I've only ever had one problem at this location, and it was quickly fixed once I brought it to the attention of the manager. The way this store is situated makes it a bit inconvenient for a quick drive thru visit, but the staff are accommodating and the coffee is great!

Another Starbucks to add to the list... and this one was just run of the mill. I had the same lovely experience with the staff. WTF??? Do they have to be so darn friendly? It was like pulling teeth to get "how are you?" or a cup of coffee for that matter. That being said, I didn't allow it to ruin my visit. I was just happy to have a Starbucks again! They got my order right, which was a plus... and the location is a cute little converted bank. It added a bit of creativity and flair.

I am a regular - an every day kind of guy. I am always greeted by name and they know my drink and what I like. The staff have become friends and I know, even if they goof up, that they will gladly take care of it. Great people and a great product.
