Honestly they're my favorite Starbucks in town. They always know how I take my coffee and they do a decent job. Seriously, what more can you ask for? Sure they're not anything fancy, rustic, or locally owned, but they're a cup of coffee when you need it. Old reliable. Like an old pair of sneakers. They get the job done.

When you travel on the road, I don't know about you but I'm always looking for a little something familiar in the morning. Ok, I couldn't stand the coffee at the hotel, so swung on through for a cup of Sumatra! This Starbucks was right on the way. I went in, it took 3-minutes for someone to get to me (not that anyone was in line ahead of me, just they were messing with a couple of baked items for the Drive Thru!), and I was out. -1 star for the prolonged wait time. Ahhhh Starbucks... What did I do before you?

its my local Starbucks :) Love it because its pretty close to the house. I go in for my passion iced tea, unsweetened :) Friendly staff, its clean :) Its a small one, but I think most of them are. Nice place. I like it. Its a typical Starbucks, but this staff is friendlier than most :)

Even when this place appears to be busy via drive thru, they still manage to get drinks out fast and accurately! I've gone a few times the past two weeks and haven't been disappointed yet. I have never been inside, so can't comment about that.

So I'm pretty irritated with this Starbucks and only this Starbucks when it comes to how they make there coffee I have been to Starbucks in many states since I travel a lot and this one is the worst I have never been this unhappy. The service was good the drinks were terrible last time I was in I ordered what I always ordered and it tasted like water I had them remake it and instead of remaking it they took ice out and added cream or something sweet it was not the taste of a iced coffee like I normally get I didn't say anything cause I didn't want to come across rude. I was really late for work today and ordered the same thing but a venti I usually order a tall but I work with patients all day and really needed the extra coffee I no joke took only a couple sips and the whole coffee was almost gone. They filled the cup almost to the top with ice leave maybe a quater of my venti actual coffee. I can't leave my post since I'm with patients who need my supervision at all times so I can't even go back and ask them," what the heck why is my coffee cup all ice and almost no coffee. I don't get off work for 11 hours so I'm writing this post to tell people if you want your coffee made right don't come here cause I am regretting coming to this place I'm exhausted cause I worked a double shift yesterday and really needed the coffee and now a tall is what I get coffee worth after paying for a venti. Starbucks will lose lots of clients this way if the people at this location keep messing up on my drink as well as my friends have told me the same complaint so I'm finally leaving a review cause myself and other are tired of this location being the worst at making coffee the way it's suppose to be made not there estimate so they add extra ice when they come up short that is not good service that's lazy service

I regularly visit this starbucks when I am in Boise and every time it is the same thing, the employees are busy talking to each other that you feel like you are intruding instead of being a customer. If they could change that atmosphere it would be 5 stars.

Love this particular Starbucks it is much bigger than the other stores in the valley and it is right next to axiom nice to come her in the morning after a workout. Service is always awesome and there are plenty of funny and interesting people! Saul is the nicest guy! He's the Mann!

I visit this store whenever I have an need to be in the area of Fairview and Cole. While the intersection itself is (and always has been) a nightmare, Starbucks is always there to meet the needs of those seeking a java jolt, a tasty snack or some tea. I never feel rushed ordering and the baristas are always fun to talk to. Now if only Starbucks would open more drive thru locations in Boise!

Across the street from Golds Gym. Don't blink or you'll miss it. Numerous wall outlets, a plus for us battery life challenged. Quite an impovement over many stores with only one or two outlets! Counted 4 on the west and south side for 3 tables.
