Starbucks - what can I say. Morning, noon, or night this is the love to be! I have nothing negative to say about Starbucks at all! However, this particular location has its limitations. It is one of those smaller stores, meaning less seating and a more crowded environment. I wouldn't recommend coming to this one to get work done. On the other hand it does have a drive thru, which is always nice. Overall this Starbucks is just like the rest to me - one of my favorite places. :)

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I just moved to this neighborhood 2 months ago. I've ordered the same drink, DAILY, for years. Never had a problem like I do with this location. Here is what has happened the last 4 days... Day One, ordered a Quad Vente Carmel Macciato get to the window and I'm handed the wrong drink. I explain this to the girl at the drive thru window. Her response?? "sorry I must have heard you wrong. Have a good day"! Had I not been in my way to work I would have gone in and the line is always slow and very long at the drive thru. Day Two, drink made wrong again. Day Three, I grab my drink and put it in my cup holder. At the stop light I pick it up to take a drink. The lid is cracked, clearly they didn't notice, when I pick it up to drink the lid comes off and I now have got coffee all over me. Have to go home to change and now I'm going to be late for work. Day Four (today), I get to the window, ask if it's the correct drink. I'm assured that it is. Start to drive away and it's a drip coffee. I didn't pay $7.26 for a drip coffee. I go to the drive thru speaker and explain the situation. I'm told to pull back around where I have to wait behind 3 cars. I have one day off a week, today. Just wanted my coffee made correctly. Once I get to the window, I receive the correct coffee BUT it's 3/4 foam. Not ok. Did I mention that I used to be a Starbucks Manager 10 years ago?? Once home I called the manager. Voiced my concerns to Katrina, I think that's what she said her name was. Of course she apologized and offered my next drink free. Her reasoning for the constant errors is that she is training 3 new people. That is false. Remember, I've been going there everyday for 2 months?? All faces are the same. That was a blatant lie. I will now buy my morning coffee elsewhere. $7.26 a day times 365 days a year??? You do the math, Starbucks!! So disappointed and what a waste of money!!

After paying 5 dollars for a drink I expect my soy milk to not be chunky. Probably won't take the chance again. The service is really great at this location and on any other date I would have given them four or five stars. All I'm saying is, if I were pouring a drink for a customer and I noticed chunks in the soy milk I would have thrown it away and remade it with some newer ingredients...

This location is logistically in a ROTTEN spot. A busy intersection. The true bonus is that (unlike the Starbucks further up State Street) it has a drive thru. They have outdoor seating, but who in their right mind wants to sit outside at a busy, often congested intersection inhaling fumes? The really good thing is that since Starbucks is generally AWESOMELY the same for product, you can get your caffeine on the go and be satisfied with the product itself.

What this location has working for them: The fact that they have a drive-thru. Sometimes, I just need a quick cuppa and I haven't the time or inclination to park and go in. They are speedy. I have come during rush hour and even with the crazy volume of people, they get you in, out, and caffeinated in no time. The service is always friendly. I haven't had a single experience where this has not been the case. What I don't like: The convenience of the entrance. Which, I'm guessing is less their fault than the city's...but a word to the wise--the only way to get into this joint is if you are heading east on State Street. If your heading west, you must go a bit up State, turn around, and head back east (and at that point, you might as well just hit the drive-thru at Cafe Capri and be done with it). You also cannot access it from Veterans Memorial...though you can exit there. Really, not the best set up. So, if your heading east on State and need a quick caffeine pick-me-up...they'll take good care of you!!

Okay, I have officially found my least favorite Starbucks. It was bound to happen sometimes and this location gets the crown as the worst location. Mind you, the service isn't all that bad but my main complaint is with the interior. The location is like a cheap imitation of a Starbucks. I am reliant on the chain to work. I usually go to the one on Franklin, however they are under construction right now and I needed to find one near my husband's work so I could get a few hours of writing in. The chairs here are like cheap Ikea chairs that remind me of throw backs from elementary school. The tables are tiny and cheap. It makes it difficult to work at. There are chairs, but the tables mostly face the window and on 100 degree days it gets hot quick. No thanks. I hate to give the place a low rating because the staff seems nice. When I have gone through the drive-thru I have gotten my orders right and they are friendly. So... it's a loss. I would give 2.5 stars if I could. There is just no reason for the poor set up of the inside and the parking lot is sort of a pain in it's design. It's not the staff's fault... so please keep that in mind when reading this review. Thanks!

A Starbucks is a Starbucks, right? Not really I have visited the good and the bad. What I appreciate the most about this Starbucks is the exceptionally friendly service. I have only had fantastic interactions at this location and the staff goes above & beyond to ensure you have a great visit. Plus it has a drive thru, what can be better than not having o get out of your car for your daily dose of caffeine. My only complaint, they don't carry cinnamon chip scones. :(

Love this Starbucks! Super close to my house and always awesome drinks. Really hard to drive in and out of but I know that's not their fault.
