Where do I begin? I ordered online and was told the order was expected to be delivered at a certain time. The delivery driver left with the order and everything seemed fine on the tracker online. 45 minutes goes by when I finally call to find out what was happening with the order. I was placed on hold and never gotten back to. Finally the order came. The order was cold and horrible. I went online to request my money back. It's not something I tend to do and I have been a loyal customer for a long time at this establishment. The request was forwarded to the owner of the business. I got a call from Ashley. I told her repeatedly that I wanted everything done through writing. She called me back 4-5 times repeatedly. Finally the last time, I told her writing was the way to communicate with me. She told me to "shut up" multiple times and even told me to "Fuck off." I will NEVER return to this company. I have NEVER been treated so horribly. She needs to lose her job. I'm sure she's gotten away with acting like this before, but not with me. If you want better pizza and a better price, you could go anywhere else. Order your food from Chicago. It'll take just as long to get to your house and they will fly it first class.
