One of the most cordial lunches I've had in whIte a spell. From the greeter too the server top the hospitality specialist who provided the game control, free sample sauce and a shot of the house brew i felt like I had stepped into the neighborhood bar. Even the manager stopped by several times for conversation. I had the lunch special. Gives you a lot of choices. Had the beef sandwich and buffalo chips. Added a trio of wings and an iced tea. Nice deal. Just wish it was a tad bit warmer.

Seriously... The worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. If my children were not with me I would have asked to speak to a manager, but I just wanted to get out. 20 minutes to get a soda, 25 more for wings, 35 more for a garden plate. Hummus and veggies.

Food was great and customer service was even better. The manager, Molly, really made our experience the best.

I would have given 5 stars but i asked our waiter if I could vape and he said he had seen other people do it and then he came back and said his 2 managers said no. Because they were trying to cut down on it. #failforvaping

My wife and I travel extensively around the US, and Buffalo Wild Wings has always been good to us. We enjoy the wide selection of beers, on-line trivia games, and sometimes the food. We'll be more careful after this experience. The food served was wrong (so a delay getting the right food), but most importantly we were OVERCHARGED ON OUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. I keep all receipts, so I know exactly what I left in tip and what the total was. Maybe the overcharge was a simple mistake, or maybe it was on purpose because the bartender knew we were from out of town and wouldn't be back to complain. Either way it's a pain in the a** to dispute this overcharge and wait for a credit. We won't be back.

Beers cold. Chad is the new GM so make sure you say hi to him. Service here is always good. Order your wings "wet" for extra sauce wings. They just completely remodeled. All new TVs, floor, walls etc it's really looks great.

Even though I am not a huge sport fan, I think this chain is great for any sport fan, just like my boyfriend. There are a ton of televisions playing a multitude of different sport games all at once. As for their wings, I love the fact that they have a huge variety of sauces for them, ranging from non spicy at all to extremely spicy. I tried the extremely spicy sauce...it was good. It felt as if my lips and mouth was practically on fire. I had the honey BBQ bacon chicken sandwich. The sandwich was decent. To me, it wasn't anything amazingly special. My boyfriend had the ribs and wings with hot sauce on the wings. I snagged a rib. I though the ribs tasted pretty good. Just as a heads up though, they are on the sweet side. (But I'm a sweet person) I though the sauce was just perfect and they way they were cooked, the meat fell right off the bone. I only wished they were a bit bigger. And as for the wings, they were reasonable saucy. I am not sure if it was only this time, but normally we would get an extra side of sauce for the wings, but this time we didn't. I though the wings were delicious though. Overall, the food seems pretty decent. I think this place is better for the atmosphere though. Great place to go with friends to watch a game.

We've been regulars since it opened. We get take out and dine in. I sincerely appreciate having allergy friendly options for our son. It has always been very good. Lately though, it seems like they've got some management issues. Forgotten food in take out orders. One night we got all the food with no sauce, when my husband called them, they told us to just get the sauce next time we were in. Really? I'd like my sauce and food at the SAME time. Then last Friday we ate there. Waitress forgets the drinks, then leaves no straws. 6 people's food came out, they forgot the salad dressing for the person who ordered a salad... it was 10 minutes before she finally got up and went to the counter to complain that she still had no dressing. The women's bathroom had no soap in one dispenser, the other soap dispense was hanging off the wall and the paper towel dispenser wasn't working. The doors on the way out of the building were super dirty. I've just never seen it like that before. Hoping our next trip turns things around.

You know exactly what you're getting from BWW, and they should get credit for that. I'm not sure why my coworkers wanted to come here so often, but they did, so I ended up here several times. They have some cool arcade games and good service, but I just don't want to spend much more of my life in Buffalo Wild Wingses.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. This is what a wings restaurant should be. You may have seen the commercial with the football referee talking to the restaurant through the instant replay booth, then proceeds to trip an offensive player so the game doesn't end. You may also have seen the commercial with the disappearing patrons when the boss enters and the guy lowering his chair out of sight when the angry girlfriend alarm goes off. Yeah, this didn't happen during my trip. I'm a little disappointed. Tuesday is 40 cent wing night (aka Heaven). BWW has a wide variety of sauces, so I chose 5 each of Garlic Parmesan, Asian Zing, Honey BBQ, and Hot. The wings were excellent, all very full of flavor. The locals I went with were friends with the waitress, who treated us very well. Sports were playing from about 20-30 different TVs positioned throughout the restaurant. As it was a Tuesday night, mostly basketball. They have coin operated touch screen games at the booths, which is cool. They also have the trivia game that you can find at most flare-based restaurants. I always enjoy my trips to any BWW. Usually more so in college towns. I wish I had one a little closer to me, but I can't always have everything. I should work on that...

I am a fan of this chain in general. Lots of TVs with sports, very casual atmosphere and good food. That being said, for some reason this location lacks in the food category. I am not sure if they just use second rate chicken or I am there on their bad days. Food is mediocre at best. I usually get the wings and an appetizer and each time leave feeling like there was nothing great about my meal. Other locations i have been to throughout the country have never left me with that feeling. I will probably give this place one more try, but three strikes and they are out in my book.

I've heard good and bad things about this chain and figure I'll go find out myself. The first time I ordered the ribs and traditional wings with Jamaican jerk sauce combo and they were good. The ribs were tender but a little too sweet for my taste but good nonetheless. The second time I ordered the thin crust Parmesan chicken as an appetizer and it was good but a little too salty. I also ordered 12 wings, 1/2 with the Jamaican sauce and the other with Mango harbinaro and they were delicious. Not sure if they were in rush that night but make sure you check your wings to make sure they are thoroughly cooked because mine weren't. Overall it's a good place to have lunch or dinner.
