Good service and great food! I've eaten at Dirty Birds all over the country and this one ranks in my top five. Fresh hot fries, friendly service, cold beer, what more could you ask for? The royal red robin burger came out warm, no pink, fresh crisp bacon, with a glorious over easy fried egg perched on top like a king sitting on his throne. Want a good burger? Go hungry....and don't forget to take your blood pressure and cholesterol pills!

Service bad, over 30 minute wait and food cold. Have been here many times and this is by far the worst dining experience any place , tables that came in after use are finished eating before we even got our food. Guess it's a roll of dice. And a in attentive manager. ........after the fact and later had bottomless fries, and salad and no one ever come back to refill so much as a drink!

The first time I went to a Red Robin, I tried their blackened chicken sandwich ...and I was in heaven. That had to be one of the best chicken sandwiches I ever had. Since then, they have removed it from the menu. It must be one of their best selling items, so it doesn't make sense why they'd just discontinue it. I have tried all of their other chicken sandwiches and nothing comes even close. Now, about this location - it is just like any other Red Robin. Good atmosphere and attentive service. It is right next to the movie theater, so the place is always packed. P.S. If you bring back the blackened chicken sandwich, I'd be soooo happy!

Solid, good place for a decent burger, but it seems end up a bit pricy when the bill shows up.

Burgers are always good when ever I go here to eat. need a little better variety of burgers every month or something. maybe a monthly burger special that is a new burger so we can have a bit of variety. love the steak fries though.

Great experience here. Burger and pattie melt where good. Onion rings are excellent. We also had great service!

Service is very good here, very attentive. Burgers are a little pricey for my taste in respect to burgers. However, the burgers are excellent. Endless fries are very good as well. Very clean restaurant.

I like Red Robin. I have voted for them as the best burgers in the Quad Cities in the past. I think the food is good but I had just had the worst experience. I decided after a long day at work that I would make a phone order. I couldn't believe it but it took over 5 minutes for Red Robin to answer the phone. I did all my accounting and turned off all my lights in my business while waiting for them to pick up. I didn't hang up because I figured I was in some type of next caller Que. I had written down my order on a pad, so I wouldn't forget anything. My husband wanted the Big Ghost & I wanted a BLTA. The person who answered the phone said "they didn't have a Big Ghost on the menu." I asked when they changed the menu? She said, "they hadn't changed the menu" and I said, " I'm sure the Big Ghost is on the menu because my husband had just gotten one a few weeks before." The employee started to argue with me. Then she finally found it on the menu. At this point every red flag had gone up but I felt like I've invested so much time, I should keep going. When I got to the restaurant, it was kaotic. I went to the bar. The bartender was nice but for some reason there was something "sticky" right where the pick up order was located and I put my hand right on it. I don't even remember signing the credit card receipt because I just wanted to get out of there. Walking out to the parking lot then some young guy almost runs me over while speeding through the parking lot. Lastly, just to top off the whole experience... I order steak fries for my hubby & sweet potato fries for me. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when I got home to find all steak fries, no sweet potato fries in sight. :(

Good service, good burgers. We liked the atmosphere in there, they also had my wife's favorite beer on tap so that was good too. I had the burnin love burger and it was pretty good! I liked all of the dipping sauce options too.

I am normally very pleased with their service at this restaurant, but tonight the whole restaurant was very disorganised and they to replace my order even after I told them no onion but eventually they replaced my meal. Did you know that their wings are microwaveable chicken strips with barbecue sauce on them?

Korey was a great server. Very professional. Food was great. Don't bother with the chips. Nothing special there. They taste like stale generic chips. I doubt they are actually making them in the back. The Chili Chili Burger was pretty good. I would order again.

Fast friendly and delicious. Their burgers are always cooked to order and I have never had a bad experience with their food or staff. I would recommend this location for family outings any day!!!

I found Red Robins to be very yummy, but that's also because we do not have any in South FL. But I enjoyed the whiskey river BBQ burger. I think their food is great when you don't want a typical burger. Lots of options for different burgers, sides, desserts and alcoholic beverages.

The burgers at Red Robin are rather expensive, but you get a huge burger and all the large fries you can eat. My wife and I love to get the turkey burger at Red Robin. Even if you're not a big turkey fan you'll probably like this burger. They have some good meals for my daughter too like a bottomless bowl of macaroni and cheese and melon. We normally don't have to wait very long. We originally went to Red Robin after we couldn't get into the Texas Roadhouse restaurant next door. Now, we don't even try to go to the TR restaurant and just go to Red Robin. The service at RR is always great too.

Blagh. I was intent on a decent burger, after a really dismal meal a week before. And to be honest, I was headed towards Ruby Tuesday, home of the best burger in town...only to discover they were closed. NOOOO! But there was Red Robin. I'd had a burger once before there, and it wasn't terrible. This time, though... The first burger (that's right, it was so bad I sent it back) was supposed to have onion strings on it. Those unfortunately included several large pieces of cooked onion skin, impossible to chew and completely disgusting. I honestly thought I must have accidentally bitten a chunk of wrapper, but no. A second bite revealed another leathery piece. Apparently whoever prepped the onions didn't bother peeling them first. The rest of the burger was bland meat with too many types of toppings....the flavor could best be described as "Blorch". The next burger was marginally less objectionable, but this time it was hugely overcooked, and topped with no sauce, dressing, etc. So dry, juiceless, bland, boring, and generally awful. The bun was stale and dry. I had been hungry before I came there, but I barely managed to eat half of this abomination to cows. I didn't even bother having the remainder bagged for the dog; she has standards. But the insult wasn't over: I spent the rest of the day with an upset stomach, belching up bad, overcooked beef. Unpleasant to read about? You bet. And much more unpleasant to experience. For this I paid $10....the same as a savory, juicy, cooked-to-my-specs burger chock full o' awesome at Ruby Tuesday. I could have gotten better, more flavorful, more satisfying food at Burger King or Checkers. It is awful to think that this slophouse may have stolen business from the restaurant with the best burgers in town. Oh wait, it's unfair to call it a slophouse. Slops have some semblance of moisture. It's a sad indictment of QC tastes. Of course, there always seems to be demand for mediocrity. Don't eat here. Unless you're 300 pound heifer with a firm belief that a Statue of Liberty wielding a burger is high art. In which case, eat here until you cease being a burden on those of us with taste buds.

I come here when I want a different burger. They may not be my favorite but they have never disappointed me. I like the Steakhouse, A-1 Peppercorn and Burning Love burgers with Garlic/Parmesan fries. Service has varied but is normally pretty good. Can be a little pricey depending on what item you order but is not bad for an occasional meal.

Back in town for my annual QC visit, I asked my friends to take me to a non-chain restaurant. Somehow they interpreted this as "take me somewhere with roughly 400 locations nationwide." I suppose we could have done worse. The fabled Red Robin gourmet burger really wasn't any more impressive than what could be found at a Hardee's when the staff wasn't entirely too stoned. And there's nothing wrong with a Hardee's burger; it's just that it's kind of all over the place (perhaps known in your area as the bastard child Carl's Jr). The bottomless fry concept is a nice idea, as is the ranch dipping sauce. But you have to remember that this is the Midwest. We eat ranch on our ranch. You'll have to do better.

I'll preface this by saying I have nothing against chains. Some of my favorite restaurants are chains. Red Robin is not one of them! Way expensive for terrible food. Fries are unlimited simply because they are so bad nobody could ever want more.
