First time here was yesterday. Pretty good I ordered online so my order was supposed to be on a shelf but for whatever reason they were just keeping it behind the counter (and were super reluctant to look when I couldn't find my order) I imagine when your order is on the shelf it's even easier to get in and out. I ordered the pesto sacchettini and it was extremely unseasoned, but I was home and can salt it myself. Lol.

It's a surprise to write a poor review on a nationwide chain with standards, but this one really needs improving and I hope this review and others like it will help that happen. We used the drive through and the cashier was rushed and distracted which came across as rude, although nothing she said was rude in particular. My flatbread was burned. The quinoa salad had nearly no quinoa. The baguette was thrown in the bad unwrapped and without butter. There was only one fork (even though each pick two ordered something that needed a fork). And worst of all.... They didn't include our delicious signature cookie. The horror!!!! Panera, you can do better. I look forward to trying again in the future and will revise the review when the service improves.

There are three Paneras in the Quad-Cities, and two of them are pretty respectable. This Panera is not one of those two. The interior is kind of frumpy for what you'd normally expect for this chain, and the employees have consistently had that "I hate my life" attitude every time I've been. The last two times I've driven through, they left the chicken off of my salad (chicken was supposed to be standard on the salad, not an add-on). The manager was nice enough to send coupons for the error/inconvenience, but then they left the chicken off the again when I was using the coupons for the first mistake! If you are really jonesin' for Panera, drive the extra three miles down Kimberly to the other Iowa Panera. Not kidding.

Second time I've been to panera this week and gotten 1/2 a 1/2 a salad... Like hello I was just here on Monday an the portion was more and the box was full... And I come here very week and the portion is never this small... Epic fail! No more panera for me!

First the good. Great, convenient location. Lots or parking. Inside it's clean. Employee's are nice but slow. The food it pretty good and the coffee/tea's are good. Now the bad. What is with the pricing of this place? Why is it so expensive for anything other than a simple bagel or bread? Yea, I know, it's a bread store but since you have offered lots of other items I would have thought it would be competitive to other local businesses ... which it's not. I'll be back but only for a pastry/bagel and coffee/tea in the morning. They are way over priced for everything else.

With some of the negative reviews, I was expecting a disaster. It was far from it, though. Maybe I came in at a good time of day. But, the inside is very clean and much larger than the areas to eat than the other 2 Quad Cities locations. The bakery items were fresh, the food was decently made, and there was not a single problem. In fact, the ingredients on my sandwich were much more fresh than the other locations. Moline still continues to be the best of the 3 locations, at present.. In my opinion, and the Davenport Kimberly Ave location has become unbearably bad. Last time I was at that location, they were out of everything.. Including bread!! My 10 year old daughter even asked me, "why do they call it Panera Bread, when they don't have bread? 'I'm never going back to that location. So, if I'm up for Panera, I'll go to this location in Iowa or the Moline location in Illinois. This location is quite pleasant, at least when I've been here.

Love this panera! I come here daily and they call me by name and are always very efficient and friendly!

Everyone was very nice and helpful! They have great gluten free options! When I asked them to change their gloves due to my severe gluten allergy they happily did!

Slow service, cashier actually walked away to do other things while we were deciding! Once I re-located her and placed my order, she proceeded to add an extra meal, which thankfully I discovered by checking my receipt and got that money refunded. The food itself was not up to Panera standards, I've had better at Subway, and the soup was not the right one. That said, I've stopped in on Sat mornings a few times to pick up bagels for work before and the service then is also VERY slow. (Everytime I've been there I have been the only guest there). I spoke to the manager who promised coupons but really, that isn't what its about. I expect good food prepared correctly. My recommendation is to eat at the Panera on Elmore, never had a problem there.

I got a steak sandwich for about ten bucks. Now i know why they call it panera BREAD, cause when you order a steak sandwich, you get a bunch of bread and hardly any steak. This place is a total ripoff and the food is not real good.

Every time I come here they are so slow. I travel for work and go to Panera a lot and hands down this is the worst establishment I've been to.

I love their sandwiches but I wanted to try their new pasta options. I got the Rustic Penne Bolognese. Wrong choice! The pasta itself was mushy and over cooked. I can only guess they have a cheap kind of pasta they throw a hefty price on- $8 for there small size (and it really is small). The meat sauce was tasteless and had little meat. A can of Chef Boyardee beefaroni would have been a better lunch option.

Gave them another shot and still they fell short. Called at 7:40 in the morning and was told there was 20 minutes left on the breakfast item I ordered. When I got there 20 minutes later, I still had to wait 6 additional minutes. Fail, fail, fail.

This is the same as the rest of the chain as far as good quality product. The prices are slightly higher than most other establishments in the area, but their pricing is on a national basis. The reason they are ranked so low is the poor quality of the service. You can wait for a long period of time without even being greeted. They do not go out of their way to accommodate in any way. It is a disappointing experience over all.
