I have always enjoyed Chipotle because of their commitment to non-GMO food and also consistent quality. This is probably the only chain I will give more than 3 stars for their performance in overall customer satisfaction. This is typical set up and location so nothing exceedingly special about it. Still, I found this place very clean and organized. The servers were very courteous and didn't rush through the order. It will be my regular rest stop while commuting on I-80.

Having moved back from Colorado where I found my love for chipotle I was glade we finally have one in davenport... I've waited a very long time I try this place since ive been home... I finally made it to Chipotle today... The staff was very off putting. It wAs extremely uncomfortable trying to pick what I wanted as I was being stared down by the tortilla dude... Finally when I ordered I felt like someone hit fast forward because they rushed me out of there before I could even blink. Also what's up with all half portions half a scoop of beans, sofritas, salsa, sour, and cheese, & lettuce... What's up with that.. Like chipotle is my life ! Not to mention they bagged my shit up to go and shoved me out the door... Like hello no one hear said togo! That was the only break I got today and I wanted to relax and sit down and and enjoy my burrito... After rudely shoved my out the door w a bye Felicia I decided I'll never go to that Chipotle again... And if wasn't for the non gmo food options I'd give them a one.

Good, fresh, simple choices for a quick lunch or dinner. The lack of a fifth star is for the most uncomfortable wood chairs ever for most of the seating. The other choices are perching on cushy stools, or 2 half booths. Fortunately, the guacamole makes up for these shortfalls.

Standard Chipotle, which is just fine in my book. I stopped here on a road trip, and found nothing terrible nor extraordinary about this Chipotle. Just a good option for me to get a burrito bowl in Iowa before the next mind-numbing hours of my drive back to Indianapolis. Guac please!

Ordered chips and guacamole. Guacamole good but couldn't consume because chips were sooo stale!

Ordered a burrito bowl. Black beans, chicken, sofritas (didn't know it was considered a 'meat'), salsa, no cheese and some guac. Rang up at an astonishing $11.32. Holy crap. That's the price of TWO! Not coming back. Not worth it.

Good staff, a lot of them seem new which is fine, the tortilla guy put rice in my bowl before he put in the requested tortilla and looked confused on what to do. The next guy gave me a table spoon of rice which I noticed after chicken was already added. Not a big deal. All in all it was an okay experience ordering. Until I reached who I guess was the manager. A shorter, clearly strong-willed woman micromanaging the show. After getting my chicken, she was operating the second part of the line. Starts with, "How are you doing sir" "Great, can I ge-" I start "Salsa?" She interrupts at an uncomfortable volume. I blankly stare at her for a moment wondering why the manager of all people would interrupt with a question I was already answering. Taking this silence for confusion she adds, "Mild, medium or hot?" As she gestures to the three. Again I stare at her for a moment incredulously and go to speak again. "Yeah mild, and then s-" "Okay, mild" she interrupts, again too loudly, "sour cream and cheese?" At this point I'm noticeably irritated, which she doesn't pick up on. Finally I just plow through without any more openings for derailment. "Sour cream, cheese and-" "Chips or drink" she starts to say as I finish with lettuce, chips, drink and I have two more on the same bill. To add to this already huge annoyance, this woman belts out, "SMILE GUYS. LET ME SEE THOSE SMILES" every two minutes like clockwork, during order and all throughout the whole dining in period. Despite the other employees being authentically friendly and personable instead of grinning like the damn joker at 11 in the morning like she wanted. She could stand to be removed and replaced with one of her kinder, less traditionally-corporate-style-kindness-wielding subordinates. That aside, the food was fantastic and so was the team. It would have been 5 stars without her.

I love Chipolte period. Excellent every time and extremely filling. Tops Poncheros that's for sure. Fresh ingredients and love the chips too.

The staff is consistently the friendliest of any restaurant I visit in the area, and they are more than likely getting minimum wage. A lesson to all. Clean, fast food. I wish they had more selection than they do for menu options, but I feel healthy eating what they do serve. Recommended.

Being from Denver Chipotle is a home town chain and it was nice to find the same quality food in Iowa.

Love Chipotle as a brand and concept. This one usually runs fairly smoothly and the majority of the staff is efficient and friendly. Occasionally they get overwhelmed with what looks like plenty of staff. The tables (and floors if there are children) don't get cleaned as well as they should during the rush. They need to figure our their adult beverage vendor issues - they haven't had any the last two visits. But, generally spot on.

Chipolte is one of my husband's favorite places to eat and we go there often but the last couple of times has not been great; place not clean and service not great. Friday we went and the manager was sitting with her friends eating - and her friends had brought in drinks from other establishment - wish we could have as their fountain pop had two choices out but no sign. The manager (and I'm only assuming as she didn't have on a shirt but told staff what to do) yelled across the room when my husband said they were out of root beer and one of the staff was going to change the canister "oh we're probably out but go check anyway". The food was cold and the peppers and onions were disgusting tasted like they had been there for too long.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
