Whether you know it as Boba, Bubble, or zhenzhu naicha, this place does some of the best bubble tea I've had in the states. They have so many different flavors and options... whether you want the original or if you want to mix a couple of different flavors, whether you want yours over ice or if you want it frozen, you can get it however you want it. While I love the original milk tea with the tapioca pearls, I absolutely love the Rose Milk flavor... I haven't found it anywhere else and there is just something very subtle, but so refreshing about it. The two reasons I didn't give 5 stars... 1) sometimes the pearls aren't done well, it has happened a few times, but when you are really looking forward to it, it can be a bit of a downer and 2) sometimes they don't have any pearls at all and I will say that I tend to take a detour through Davenport just for some bubble tea and when they don't have any... again it can be a bit of a downer. However, overall, I love the store because I think it is one of the more authentic ones... including the little sealer they have to put lids on the cups... reminds me of my semester in Shanghai. I just wish they had stores all over the place!

I like this place... the milk green tea blended is really good! The bubbles are sometimes very undercooked and hard or too gooey they need to get it right if thats the main thing their selling!

Refreshing. Food, coffee and smoothies, but just not your average smoothie. The location inside the NorthPark Mall is a complete negative for me.

Bubble tea is decent, I keep going back only because it's the only bubble place in the area. The best part of bubble tea is the tapioca pearls and sadly the pearls are always too soft. Typically they should have a nice chewiness to them but I have never had good bubbles here. I keep thinking to myself... maybe this time it'll be better but it never is. It's really too bad we could really use a good bubble tea place.

Hubby loves Boba. This is the only local place I'm aware of that sells Boba. Personally, I HATE Boba... but that's no fault of this place. They also serve sandwiches and have a gluten-free menu. I'm glad to see places like this in this area. I hope they continue to exist and prosper.

Who would think I could find some absolutely delicious bubble tea in a mall in Iowa? Well I did and every time I go to visit my folks I stop by the Northpark Mall there to get some. They have many different flavors to choose from as well as some light lunches too.

I used to love this place. However, the quality of service and drinks have gone down considerably in the last couple years. The service used to be quick, attentive, and professional, but the last few times I've been there, one of the male employees (possibly the manager?) has insisted on high fiving me. While it sounds like a small issue, it's so awkward that I honestly don't feel like going in there and have actually passed by several times when I'm at the mall to avoid the awkward confrontation. Additionally, the fact that he only does it to women (I went in with my boyfriend and he didn't get the same awkward experience) is strange and screams sexual harassment issues. Aside from the service, the smoothies are usually not blended well and there's never enough boba (and it's never properly cooked). I'm glad I live closer to Chicago now and can frequent nicer establishments.

Staff isn't always the most friendly. Often the employees are just talking to friends who come in to visit when I've been there. Only thing that makes it worth visiting are the consistency of the drinks.

Got in line with two woman waiting to order... Took 25mins to get my tea... The owner( I assume) left one poor girl with all the orders to do by herself.... I think that's terrible! Tea was good

Never heard of bubble tea before and had to try it, i was not disappointed. Have only tried two different drinks so far but my favorite is rose milk tea with bubbles.
