Buffalo Wild Wings is a fairly new addition to the conglomeration of chain restaurants on South Duff, and one of only two (the other being Panda Express) chain restaurants in town that we go to. They're still working the kinks out, but I suppose the beauty of a chain restaurant is that they're all the same no matter which one you go to - that's kind of the point. For a long time, ALL the beers tasted the same. It was as though they had a number of different tappers that were all being fed by the same line. They seem to have worked that out, though, so the beer is better. The beer list, however, is not. I'm not just talking about variety of/quality of beers, although this leaves something to be desired, but the actual physical beer list is always inaccurate, and some of the beers are listed on the drink menu and others on the actual menu, which is confusing. The food is the same at every other BWW you've ever been to. The wings are good. I'm a big fan of the spicy garlic sauce and like to try the other sauces and dry rubs, but haven't found one I like enough to order twice. Management is very receptive to suggestions. On our most recent visit, a manager stopped at our table and had a long chat with us regarding our concerns about the beer list. Later in the evening, we flagged him down again to talk about why the carrots seem so dry (they're vacuum-sealed). Whether or not corporate does anything about it is another story, but it's nice that someone is willing to listen to suggestions.

Service was good but server wrote in her own tip (after we left). Manager said he would correct it when I showed him the receipt and bank statement but he didn't.

We love coming here. Great food and friendly staff. The waitstaff always seem WAY too busy though, and thus can't check on tables as often as they should.

I have revamped my review. My recent experiences at BDubs have been great. Love the happy hour specials and the appetizer specials for the between hours.

I will never understand the allure of buffalo wild wings. Standard wings joint that doesn't do anything special. A couple of their sauces are great. Luckily they sell them in bottles. I have recently decided to just pop in, grab the sauces I like, and sauce up the things I like at home. Sometimes that's chicken, sometimes that's burgers. Not at all worth the crazy long wait on game night or weekends.

Ordered $50 of take out for a group of people and they said it would be ready in 15-20min ... That was not the case. After an hour, we were given our food but we had to wait another 10 minutes for them to prepare a part of the order they forgot to make. They said they would comp the $5 of the order for the sandwich they forgot to prepare but that doesn't make up for holding up the whole order and letting $50 of food go cold!!! The wings were not sauced & they used a pinch of dry rub. It's not sanitary, the service was terrible! Get your sh*t together!

I have only eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings a handful of times, and I am not the target market for this restaurant (I don't like beer or sports...yes a square I know), but I feel I should review it anyway. I had the fish tacos, which were awesome! The waitress was attentive and friendly. It's not that the fact that I am gay, but I'm sort of glad the waitresses don't have to dress slutty at BWW...I dig the T-shirt and jeans look. There were a LOT of television sets so you won't miss ANY game. We visited this place on a Monday, but I would NOT want to be here on a big game night. I like crowds, but I prefer to eat my meals in a quiet setting. They had a rather tall wall dividing the dining area and the bar, which questioned if children are allowed in the bar area (I may never know). Also, this BWW seemed a bit smaller than the ones in bigger cities (Des Moines, Omaha, etc), but again, this is a smaller town. I'll come back, of course, but I still prefer Chipotle or Noodles & Company.

This place is a dump filled with incompetent kitchen staff and shoddy servers. Do not come here if you are in a hurry or server somewhere else, you would be applaud. This place is a huge joke.

The wings are the wings an they're great. But seriously, HOW HARD IS IT TO MAINTAIN A COMPLETE AND ACCURATE BEER LIST??? They've got 20 crappy beers listed in the menu, 20 more crappy beers listed on the drink guide, and they always have to go check what good beers they have. PRO TIP: Blue Moon is NOT a craft & specialty beer. It's not. Never was, never will be. UPDATE: I wrote the above while at the restaurant (only written, not posted). Later the manager stopped by our table to see how everything was, and we talked with him about our concerns, and he actually listened to us. He explained that the beer selection was a corporate decision, but also said there was no reason that each table couldn't have an accurate and current beer list. I actually feel like he listened to us, understood our concern, and will do what he can do to implement our ideas. I really appreciate that.

The burgers are literally worse than McDonald's. Everything is way too salty. Overpriced for the poor quality of food. The ambiance is"eh". There are much better locally owned sports bars and places that offer the same style of menu.

Basically like any other BWW. Loud, absentee servers, and sometimes a wait for a table... but its probably the best place to get wings in the area. I wanted to order a drink, but my waitress disappeared, so I guess that wasn't an option. Overall though, BWW is still good in my book.

Crap. Crap. Crap. Did I mention this place is crap? Over 2 hours for a party of 7 over lunch is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anybody for food. Sad too, I'd like to come and watch my football games here and enjoy the food.
