    Nope won't eat here again even though it's the closest to my home. I ordered my sandwich around 7:30 pm after work. They were out of all bread choices except for white or wheat. I wanted honey oat. Ok fine but I've never had this problem at other locations. So I ordered my chicken teriyaki usual. It was fine until we got to the veggies. I ordered all veggies. The tomatoes were cut paper thin and in half. So I got one slice for a 6 inch, when it is usually is 2 thick slices elsewhere. The spinach was hiding and must be asked for by the older lady manager. You only get a leaf or so anyway so why bother. Everything else were light portions of veggies. Ugh! I will drive to a farther subway, albeit that there's one on every corner, to make my $$ worth it.

    This place has TERRIBLE customer service!! Walked in at 8:15pm ... 45 minutes before they close and they already had ALL of the chairs in the entire restaurant on top of the tables. I asked them when I walked in if they were closed and they said "no, we're still open" while looking at their watches. I said, can I take down these chairs so I can sit down and enjoy my meal and they both looked at each other as if it was going to be a huge inconvenience and continued to have a conversation with each other. I said, that's ok, it's obvious you don't want any more paying customers tonight so I'll go next door and eat. And I did. Neither one of the clueless employees even tried to get me to stay. If the manager or regional manager even bothers to read these reviews please no that I will not willingly give my hard earned money to a business that obviously doesn't care whether I'm a customer or not. By the way ... You just lost a customer.

    I do not even get the option to tell you whether or not the food was good because of some events that occurred. Went specifically to subway and by my surprise when I got there all the chairs were stacked on top of the table. Thinking that I must have gotten there later than I believed I looked at my watch 8:16 when they were supposed to close at 9 giving them the benefit of the down went in to ask if there was a reason for this. Came in and asked if they were open and was ignored at first and finally they looked at their watch and said no. So then asked if they were closed on the inside and received no reply just ignored. So I felt unwelcome and lost my business.

    Went to Subway today and my friend ordered a Flatizza. The owner there got done making it and when she went to put it in the box there was a baby cockaroach. She quickly threw it on the ground and thought we didn't see it but I did. I brought it to her attention and she acted like she didn't see it but I kept telling her we don't want that one we want a new one. And finally she admitted and said sorry and made a new one. Goes to show how some people that work at food places are disgusting.

    I love sandwiches from subway. I can get it anyway I want. But tonight, when I walked in at 8:15 PM, I felt like I was being a bother & inconveniencing the staff. They close at 9 PM, but when we walked in, all the chairs were up on the tables & they were sweeping. As we were ordering our sandwiches, we asked "Can we sit & eat here? I know the chairs are up but..." The response was "Well we close at 9." Anybody else get the feeling they didn't want us there? Went next door, ordered a drink & a small side & sat there to eat. Hopefully this is not a regular occurrence.

    If zero was an option..... Two events prompted this review, First this subway served us a meatball sub with meatballs that had gone bad, eat fresh? I don't think so. My friend almost threw up all over my kitchen (it's a 3 minute drive so it wasn't during the trip that it spoiled) I guess I'm lucky that he bit into his first otherwise I would have been the victim. The second event was the same friend telling me that when he gave them a second chance he watched an employee drop 2 loaves of bread on the floor which were set off to the side, to throw away? Nope they made their way into the oven despite being dropped!! Do Not eat here!!!

    The staff is always very friendly and the place is always clean. I would highly recommend this subway to anyone. There is also a lot of great shopping around here.

    There is a tall young girl that works there with such attitude! Other than that food was good! The older lady in the mornings is super nice and friendly!!!

    The genuine friendliness of the owners really make a difference. The wife made my sandwich and was so pleasant. She makes the sandwiches neat (I've been to some Subways that just throw things on the bread). I feel like they don't give as much veggies as other places and they don't have spinach. But it's no big deal, just ask for more or get other kinds of veggies.

    Booooo on you subway. I went in around 7ish to grab a quick dinner to bring home. Quick did not happen. First off there were three employees one looked like she was possibly new and in training or just simply lost!!! One was trying to do everything and another who possibly was a manager but did not think of wanting to help. Grrrr it almost took me over half an hour to 45 minutes to get in and out for 2 sandwiches!! I tried to order that new sandwich that is all over tv commercials that new crunch Fritos enchilada sandwich but they were out then I asked for a meatball they were out of that too unless I was wiling to wait so they could heat some up. I finally ordered my two sandwiches and I was lucky cause after me they only had white bread left!!! Uh don't they have like 4 other types of bread and now only white bread seriously how could a franchise be out of everything!!! FAIL!!!! Being out of a lot of selections is horrible plus many of the garnishments were either all ready put away or out too!!!! I was very disappointed and I think I will not go back again. Hopefully tonight's disaster is not a normal thing cause that's just sad.

    The owners are great as well as the staff. The lines get long in the evening but doesn't seem to be a problem. Clean and professional.

    I never write reviews about fast food or chain restaurants because I figure they're all the same. Not in this case. This Subway stands out from all the rest, and not in a good way. This is the worst Subway I've been to on the island!! This is not the first time I went here and got terrible service. Shame on me, I should have learned my lesson the first time. My first experience- I walked in and nobody acknowledged me at all. I went up to the counter to order my sandwich and the girl working there did not say ONE word to me. I was thinking, uhh, can I order now? So I went on to order, I finally got to hear the girl's voice when she was forced to ask me questions like "what kind of veggies do you want?" Well I ordered a salad the first time I went. They only put 3 slices of turkey on it to begin with (most places put 4 or 5 slices). The lady was cutting up the turkey and some of it dropped between the cracks between the counter. When I saw they were giving me such a small amount of lettuce that didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl I was pissed because I was not paying $6 for it, especially when there wasn't even any turkey! So I explained that the lady who cut my turkey dropped a big portion of it and if they can please give me extra meat. I didn't think they would CHARGE me for it since they dropped the amount of meat I was supposed to get!! Ugh now I am fuming. I think they charge more than most Subways on the island because extra meat I think is a dollar. All I ordered was a salad and a water and it came to $10 and change! I had to go over to Genki after that and order a second lunch because I was starving. Well, I paid $10 for a side salad and water so they ripped me off big time. I needed to run over to Waikele yesterday to go to KMart and wanted some lunch. I figured I'd give this Subway a second chance. I walked in, again, not one word. It must have been the same girl working as the first time because she did not say one word until she asked me if I wanted my sandwich toasted (I don't think they believe in customer service here!) They don't offer spinach like a few of the other subways do on the island so my choices were limited. I ordered a 6 in. turkey sub. She only put 3 slices of turkey instead of four. I had it piled with lettuce and a few other veggies because I was not spending $5 on BREAD. My sandwich tasted like lettuce and bread. You couldn't taste the turkey at all. They don't say hello here, thank you, nothing, and they rip you off by not giving you the food for what you pay for. Why come here? No reason, go to Genki or KFC if you want fast food that won't burn a hole in your wallet and will actually stop your hunger.

    This is probably one of my favorite Subways by far. Run by a little mom n' pop Asian couple, they are always warm, cheery and welcoming. The wife, who does the majority of the food work is incredibly quick at assembling sandwiches.
